It is on the Mediterranean Sea, but there is no beach next to the hotel and there are not many businesses around it. The hotel facilities are generally relatively new, but the quality of the service staff varies, and individual staff have bad attitudes. In addition, there were no towels in the room. Pros: Huge and comfortable suite, good breakfast, adjacent shopping center. Cons: Lack of communication regarding services, staff need training for more proactivity and a smile. Food in the aquapark is very mediocre and overpriced, and it's open to non-hotel guests… not to mention the unpleasant smell and the endless, unbearable whistling from the lifeguards. For the price of the room, the aquapark should be included; it costs 4000 dinars for adults and 2000 for children, even if you are a hotel resident. Overall, a good hotel, but management and service need an overhaul to truly live up to a 5-star rating. I will not return due to the unyielding stance of a receptionist and the manager regarding the breakfast, as a matter of principle.
