5-Star Hotels in Banten, Indonesia

It was a wonderful stay and a perfect start to our honeymoon. The hotel made the experience extra special with a beautiful towel decoration, a congratulatory cake, and lovely mirror decorations in the room. We also needed to print quite a number of documents, and most of the printing was provided complimentary, which was very kind and greatly appreciated. The room amenities were excellent, with good-quality shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and other essentials provided in generous quantities. The room was cleaned thoroughly, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a memorable experience.

This is a very recomended hotel for leisure and winding down. Supported with service and hospitality exceeding for the price. Looking forward for another chance to stay at Novus Jiva Resort Anyer.

It's quite a distance from the airport, but they do have a shuttle service. The only downside was a musty smell in the room, which definitely needs improvement. Breakfast was decent and quite varied, mostly Western-style, and mainly convenient.

If you want to experience the true essence of Javanese culture, I highly recommend staying here. It's a fantastic choice for art lovers, as the design aesthetic beautifully incorporates Javanese heritage. The breakfast primarily features Indonesian cuisine, giving you a great opportunity to try authentic Javanese dishes. Don't miss out on trying jamu, the traditional Indonesian herbal drink – it's definitely worth a taste!

Service are great, when I was concern about the noise, the hotel staff suggest to move my room higher, but the market noise went away after certain hour. Toilet maintenance can be better. The grouting in the toilet floor is mouldy. The room are clean and spacious. Breakfast exceed my expectations! Lots of selections and it was so good!!
