5-Star Hotels in Lazio, Italy

A beautiful hotel in the heart of romeo - location simply couldn’t be better. The staff are amazingly friendly and went the extra mile after i busted my ankle in rome. Special mention to the front desk and the door man who always greeted us with the warmth of a long lost cousin and were amazingly helpful throughout. They also have the best cappuccino i’ve ever tasted in my life! i’d recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation.

Location wise this hotel is great as the Pantheon is within 5 minutes of walking distance. Very small room. Overall, in my opinion this more like a 2-3 star Hotel instead of 5 stars.

Elizabeth Hotel is just as its name suggests, literary and elegant. The art design works from inside to outside and the tone of the room make you feel the taste and quality. What is particularly commendable is that every employee of the hotel is very warm and gentlemanly. You will enjoy the treatment like the Queen of England, and the thoughtful attitude is touching. The hotel room is uniquely designed. The room has a spa room that is particularly refreshing. The room height makes people feel comfortable. There are many high-quality juices, sparkling water and snacks in the mini bar that are free. After staying in so many hotels, Elizabeth Hotel can be regarded as a gold diamond or even platinum diamond level. In short, in Rome, there is such a wonderful hotel, it is really home, and the mood of traveling is completely released! I will choose here again when I come to Rome in the future!

The room facilities and hygiene are OK, the style is more Italian, and it does look historical. Unfortunately, the hotel staff initially gave me a room that did not match the booked room type, but after checking and reporting, they gave me another room. Overall, it's not bad, the location is good, the security is good, and the breakfast is OK. Just for your reference.

Our stay at Palazzo Roma was simply wonderful. A perfect blend of heritage charm and modern comfort. The hotel is beautifully renovated and immaculately maintained, preserving its classic Italian elegance while offering a refreshed and refined ambiance. Every corner, from the art-filled hallways to the grand dining rooms with frescoed ceilings, felt like stepping into a piece of Roman history. Breakfast was an absolute highlight — beautifully presented, with fresh pastries, breads, and a delightful selection that made every morning feel special. The service throughout our stay was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel both welcomed and cared for. Our room was spacious, elegant, and perfectly comfortable — a true retreat after exploring the city. Palazzo Roma exceeded expectations in every way, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy, with everything available. The service is very good, and the waiters are warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is very good, but not completely self-service. Only the bread and pastries are self-service, and the rest need to be ordered from the waiter. Because the order is made, it is freshly made and the taste is very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Rome.

The service at the front desk, guest rooms, and restaurant was very friendly, which was very comforting in a foreign country. The restaurant's dinner was also good; the fried seafood platter was particularly impressive, and the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and fragrant. It's a convenient option when you don't want to search for food elsewhere.

Facilities: The hotel is a renovation of an old house, and has the common problems of old European hotels. Hygiene: The sanitation conditions are good, and there are some sanitation blind spots, but they are not often used. Environment: The hotel is located in a relatively balanced location, and the walking distance to each check-in point is basically controlled within 15 minutes Service: The service attitude is very good and can answer many questions

I went to Rome with my family and chose this hotel. The hotel is not large, but it has a sense of design, a strong artistic atmosphere, the front desk is very warm, and you will be asked if you want to drink champagne when you check in. The room was a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable and sleepy. Breakfast is a la carte system, the value is online, the taste is also very good, go out to most of the attractions can walk 15-20 minutes. Fortunately, I didn't choose the wrong one.
