LLehuoxiedaxia斯納布魯法尼大酒店是意大利千年古城佩魯賈的五星級酒店，位居老城中心區，環境絕對一級棒！尤其三樓露台，各種手繪桌面色彩斑斕！四下望去，新老城區輪廊線分明，早上山上山間山下教堂鐘聲餘音裊裊，令人心靜自然涼，間或有風琴聲若隱若現，不禁令人心馳神往…… 但是，作為佩魯賈國際音樂節的客人、青年施坦威藝術家和家人，對這家酒店的員工對華人（東方人）的“隱性怠慢”表示非常非常不滿！作為攜程鑽石客户，我個人強烈建議攜程採取不推薦不鼓勵國人去受辱的舉措，維護中國人的尊嚴！ 首先，早餐廳中老年女領班對東方面孔（包括參加音樂節的韓日旅客），每早必問房號，而且從不領位！而對同時或隨後進廳的西人白人不僅不問房號，還親自引位，令人對比反差太大！我從1998年至今公、私出國上百次，飛成白金卡，到歐洲幾十次，還是頭一次在不發達的G7山城，見識到一種難以名狀被怠慢、甚至是隱性歧視！無獨有偶，離開佩魯賈前我們想約來自歐美的鋼琴教授好友聚餐，特別到一層露天吧枱定位，問女店員靠窗桌子有無定位，得知無人訂就提出晚上預約，一男店湊上前問了房號，説不能預約靠窗桌？我説：女店員説了那張桌沒人約，況且我們也是酒店客人，可那個男店員非常“固執”，説不能預訂！我説先交預付款，那個男店員揮手錶示拒絕！這種服務態度實話實説，已經不是相互尊重的問題了！這家老酒店老舊了，但對顧客如此惡劣，我覺得是對中國遊客的無理怠慢！因為我們的臉是東方人、華人，因為我們不是看上去“高貴”的白人旅客？！（明年我們若來佩魯賈，絕不會看這些對國人無理的酒店，順便説一句，我們後來一行人去了當地米其林餐廳，非常嗨皮……）
