Flight.News
Auckland faces a moderate risk of severe thunderstorms from midnight Friday until late Saturday morning. Localised downpours with rainfall rates of 25 to 40 mm per hour may cause surface or flash flooding, especially around low-lying areas, streams, and narrow valleys, as well as slips. Driving conditions will be hazardous due to surface flooding and poor visibility in heavy rain.
