The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was my first time staying at this hotel. The name sounded impressive, so I decided to check it out, hoping to see if I'd opened a box. I was pleasantly surprised: the room was exquisite and cozy, with smart amenities throughout, impeccably clean, branded bedding, and a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The breakfast was hearty and featured Ningxia specialties. The service was warm and attentive. I browsed the gym, self-service laundry, and luxurious conference rooms, all very popular. Parking was also convenient, and the price was excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped with amenities like an air purifier, humidifier, safe, and electronic scale. The breakfast is rich and varied. They even have smart robots that make ordering takeout super convenient, as it's delivered directly to your room. The hotel also features a laundry room and a gym, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again.

Who knows the family! The facilities of this hotel are really amazing. The smart toilet and high-speed WiFi in the room are directly full of goodwill. There is also a free parking lot downstairs. Friends who come by car don't have to worry about it. It's really great!

This time I came to Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Jinfeng, and was greeted by Amy, who efficiently checked me in, provided considerate service, and helped me upgrade my room for free. She was also very enthusiastic and had a very good experience. I recommend it and have extended my stay.

It's a new hotel, and a high-end brand under Huazhu Hotels Group, so my expectations were quite high. However, I barely slept a wink. The room temperature was a scorching 28 degrees Celsius, with no air conditioning. Even turning off the heater didn't help; it was stuffy and hot, and the window could only be opened a crack. Despite having the window open all night, the noise from the street outside didn't stop, and the room temperature was still only 27 degrees Celsius in the morning. When I checked out, the front desk said that heating had started these past few days, and south-facing rooms were very hot, while north-facing rooms were cooler. But why didn't they mention I could be moved to a north-facing room when I called the front desk last night, even though the hotel wasn't fully booked? The room facilities were also lacking; for example, there were no glasses, only two paper cups besides a coffee cup, and no trash cans above or below the sink. I hope they can improve this, at least informing guests of the room temperature upon check-in!

Overall, good. Not near to shopping mall. Initially, a room is given smaller than expectations as stated in the booking description. The hotel was listening to our feedback and changed a bigger room the next day.

The futuristic capsule hotel offers a novel experience with smart controls, which is pretty good. However, the cleanliness is just so-so, possibly due to limited conditions in the desert. The breakfast and dinner selections were very limited. The most surprising thing was that a hotel primarily for families didn't even have children's cutlery in its restaurant. The butler service was practically non-existent; I had to wait a long time for no response before making a voice call. Although there weren't many guests on the night of our check-in, the service response was still very slow. I hope the hotel improves its service. The evening bonfire show was quite good and unique. For photos in the astronaut suit, they insisted I post on Xiaohongshu first to get it for free, and the suit itself was extremely dirty – the neck rim was completely black, and the suit was torn. The shoes they provided didn't even match. While the photos turned out okay, the overall experience was hard to describe. All in all, experiencing it once is enough. If you absolutely want to stay in the desert with family, the Starry Hotel is a better option.

Bring my treasure to Yinchuan to travel in this hotel experience full marks! The hotel's pet-friendly policy is super intimate, you can rest assured to bring your dog to stay, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and smooth, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the details are full. The room was clean and tidy, the space was spacious, and the Mao children lived comfortably and comfortably, without any cramping. The overall service is professional and warm, convenient to travel, cost-effective, highly recommended everyone! ! !

I booked this last-minute when I arrived in Yinchuan. It's located near Gulou Pedestrian Street, which makes transportation super convenient. There's a really good cold noodle shop right across the street. The service was excellent; they even brought me yogurt. The place was clean, too. Highly recommended!
