The luckiest thing about this trip is that I chose this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff member Wang Yanxia was warm and considerate. She quickly checked me in and recommended nearby delicacies. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and varied. The location is also great, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it!

Overall, it was okay. We had a small issue on the first day, which left a bad first impression, but the hotel staff handled it very proactively, so we can move past that. However, the hotel's facilities really need an upgrade. Not only is there no master switch for the lights, but it's also miles away from the bedside, so you have to get out of bed to turn them on and off. The showerhead was also heavily clogged with limescale. On the bright side, the bedding was comfortable, and we slept well. Breakfast was lavish, definitely worth waking up for. The last photo perfectly reflects the hotel's attitude.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for traveling to Yinchuan's main attractions. There is parking, the room is large and well-equipped, but there is no small refrigerator, which is a pity. The breakfast is popular and has everything you need.

Nice hotel, walking distance to yuhuangge, cc mall, and many restaurants. Friendly staff, welcome drinks. Every time when we waiting for our taxi at lobby, staff will serve us hot tea.

Really great stay. Can host foreigners. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, loved having the free self serve laundry which was clean and easy to use and provided soap power as well Breakfast was great. Had read other reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Someone commented about the lack of western food - not sure why you would travel to China and want/expect that!? Yes, a very Chinese breakfast which we enjoyed, a good selection and filled us for the day. Room was well stocked (but no coffee if you can't live without bring your own). Would definitely stay again if we came back.

It is still slightly luxurious in the same level. After all, it has authentic pedigree. The food is super good, with many varieties and a full range. The freshly made beef noodles taste very good. The front desk staff is very responsible and helped me pack the trekking poles I wanted to check in. The hotel is new and modern. Excellent location. Walking distance to the Yinchuan railway station, bus terminal and bus rapid transit stop. The room is very clean. Excellent room service. The hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away. The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me. Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.
