It was my first time staying at this hotel. The name sounded impressive, so I decided to check it out, hoping to see if I'd opened a box. I was pleasantly surprised: the room was exquisite and cozy, with smart amenities throughout, impeccably clean, branded bedding, and a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. The breakfast was hearty and featured Ningxia specialties. The service was warm and attentive. I browsed the gym, self-service laundry, and luxurious conference rooms, all very popular. Parking was also convenient, and the price was excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

They even have smart robots that make ordering takeout super convenient, as it's delivered directly to your room. The hotel also features a laundry room and a gym, which is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again.

Yinchuan, the front desk customer service is very good, there are free senior room types will basically be upgraded for free, and there are special people to order takeaways at the hotel. The weather in Yinchuan is still relatively dry, and the face is easy to get shells. It is recommended that people who come to travel should prepare some moisturizing supplies.

The rooms are spacious and bright, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and features like smart toilets and separate wet and dry bathrooms showcase the hotel's quality. The front desk service is warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively upgraded my room – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes as well as local specialties, and the complimentary minibar is a thoughtful touch. Ample parking and excellent soundproofing make this a fantastic value. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yinchuan!

Overall, good. Not near to shopping mall. Initially, a room is given smaller than expectations as stated in the booking description. The hotel was listening to our feedback and changed a bigger room the next day.

The futuristic capsule hotel offers a novel experience with smart controls, which is pretty good. However, the cleanliness is just so-so, possibly due to limited conditions in the desert. The breakfast and dinner selections were very limited. The most surprising thing was that a hotel primarily for families didn't even have children's cutlery in its restaurant. The butler service was practically non-existent; I had to wait a long time for no response before making a voice call. Although there weren't many guests on the night of our check-in, the service response was still very slow. I hope the hotel improves its service. The evening bonfire show was quite good and unique. For photos in the astronaut suit, they insisted I post on Xiaohongshu first to get it for free, and the suit itself was extremely dirty – the neck rim was completely black, and the suit was torn. The shoes they provided didn't even match. While the photos turned out okay, the overall experience was hard to describe. All in all, experiencing it once is enough. If you absolutely want to stay in the desert with family, the Starry Hotel is a better option.

The hotel's pet-friendly policy is super intimate, you can rest assured to bring your dog to stay, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and smooth, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the details are full. The room was clean and tidy, the space was spacious, and the Mao children lived comfortably and comfortably, without any cramping. The front desk lady personally brought us a DIY bracelet kit upon check-out, which was a lovely touch. The room's AC was already on when we arrived, and there was even a humidifier. The cleanliness was impeccable. The only downside was the nearby building construction, but that's really out of their control. Everything else was great, and it's super convenient to walk to Gulou.
