The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable.
The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair.
The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors.
The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure.
The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included.
There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant.
Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible.
The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

Overall a normal hotel, good location. Of the minuses:
- when booking it was stated that parking is free, but it is paid
- there is a construction site nearby, in the morning you will wake up with the builders 😁
- breakfast in a neighboring hotel and very mediocre, I would even say not tasty
- upon arrival, we spent a lot of time searching for payment in the hotel system
- in the morning there was a water outage altogether

Guest UserThe place is good and well-organized, with everything you need like a washing machine, iron, and a small kitchen. It's clean, but not the best. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas within walking distance.
The only issue I had was that after the apartment was cleaned, my pajamas went missing. I asked at the reception, and they said the cleaning staff wasn't there. Since check-out was early in the morning, I gave them my number to contact me if they found them. Honestly, this whole thing made me uneasy; if pajamas can be stolen, what about other belongings? I was a bit stressed and insisted on following up to see if there would be any action, but unfortunately, they didn't care at all and didn't take the matter seriously.
If you book here, make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don't let anyone in to clean.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with fresh renovations. The location is super convenient: attractions, the promenade, the sea, and restaurants are all within walking distance.
The room comes with towels, a bathrobe, a hairdryer, a kettle, tea, coffee, cups, glasses, and a large TV.
Breakfast was pretty standard: eggs, omelets, sausages, fresh and stewed vegetables, bread, pastries. There was also cottage cheese and yogurt, and pancakes. I would have liked to see some porridge added.

yx gohVery clean room, and a friendly front desk. The hotel is conveniently located near some good restaurants. However, it was a bit strange that a lot of non-guests were coming and going from the lobby on my floor.

A MajdI was extremely pleased with my choice of residence in Batumi. The location is excellent and you are never more 100 meters from banks restaurants entertainment centres Sea Etc.
The staff at Bellevue are simply excellent and in case you need any help you get the full cooperation . The facilities at the residence are of a superior nature and you have everything that you need and everything is of quality brand.
I can not wait to go back.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.

Роман ПодольскOverall, the apartment was decent for a one-week stay. The pros: great location near the sea, being on a floor above 20 with sea views was spectacular. It had two rooms, which was convenient, and we could cook our own meals (there was a stove and all necessary cooking utensils). Shops were nearby. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the towels, bed, pillows, and mattress were all good. The apartments themselves are still quite new. Now for the cons: terrible soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin (you can hear snoring or conversations from next door). The Wi-Fi was bad, constantly freezing or slow, and the TV used internet-based channels. There was no housekeeping; they changed towels once in a week but never even cleaned the toilet, etc. The bathroom had a horrible sewage smell, it was a nightmare. There are only three elevators, so there can be significant queues in the evenings. All in all, for the price we paid, it was tolerable, but we're unlikely to return here (to this specific hotel).

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beach and next to Europa Square, making it convenient for exploring the old town. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite good. Excellent value for money!
