"This is my third time at the hotel. I like a lot. The rooms are large, and there's always a seat on the beach and by the pools, no matter what time you arrive. The restaurant also always has tables both indoors and outdoors. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The layout is well-designed—no crowds anywhere. The café-pastry shop is excellent. Cons: poor housekeeping and the food has become poor. It can't be compared to previous years. The selection has been significantly reduced, and many dishes are now unappetizing. Sometimes they undercook, sometimes overcook, or overcook. You definitely won't go hungry, but it's just not very welcoming."

"Great hotel and great service from staff food great ,drinks plentiful, you had to ask for named drinks or you get the local drinks If you book with the water guys outside on beach beware (they have nothing to do with the hotel)booked trip para sailing cost £135 for 2 of us it was great but then wanted to charge me 200 euro for drone footage and pictures which I politely refused so be aware they seem to make the prices up but this has nothing to do with the hotel as I couldn't fault it We did try the al la Carte but it was awful and rushed might have been a 1 off so unsure"

"We had an amazing stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek and it exceeded all of our expectations in every way. The quality of all services was outstanding from the moment we arrived until our departure. Everything was organized professionally, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable and stress-free. This resort is truly heaven for children. There are so many activities, facilities, and entertainment options designed for families, making it a perfect destination for anyone traveling with kids. Our children had an unforgettable time, and that made our vacation even more special. The Ela mobile app was extremely useful throughout our stay. It made it easy to access information, make reservations, and communicate with the resort team, adding a modern and convenient touch to the overall experience. We would also like to thank the guest assistants for their excellent support. A special mention goes to Mehtap and Nice, who were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with any request made a real difference and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options available throughout the resort. Every meal was enjoyable, and the culinary standards were consistently impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the Japanese restaurant, Akari. The experience was totally perfect from start to finish. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional, making it one of the best dining experiences we have had during any holiday. Overall, our stay at Ela Excellence was fantastic.
