AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight.
One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view.
As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

MMarinaHotel is good - it is on the coast, there is a pool with lying and music, issuing a towel. Its exit to the sea and a piece of beach, also with lying. Choose a room with sea view - really there was a balcony and a wonderful view on the sea.
There is nothing in the bathroom from cosmetic ingredients, it is necessary to ask for a respiratory.
Disappointed food - these breakfasts are just the worst thing to imagine. There are cucumbers, tomatoes, a couple of cheeses and sausages. Very strange eggs. Friends. One day there were pancakes, the second day some biscuits and the third day there was cookies. Coffee is cooked, but there are no big cups.
Escape at 10 a.m., although Tripcom is indicated in 11.00.
To the city center is far away, walking not to get, buses don't go, just taxi. Around many restaurants, supermarkets and exchange of currencies there are. Long embankment. For beach recreation the hotel liked, but food is just a nightmare

GGRCLCAThe hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The cleaning was innocent throughout the stay.
We also enjoyed a massage during our stay, and it was really top: an excellent moment of relaxation with a professional and careful service.
The spa area was not gone because of moisture problems (svampen presence and strong smell), which was a little disappointing.
In general, a good stay with beautiful benefits, despite a few points to improve.

MMarion AnthonetteVery close to the airport, perfect for people traveling very early or late. Breakfast starts as early as 3am just to accomodate early travellers which is an advantage.
Breakfast was nice too. We had a shuttle drop us off at the airport ( arranged by the hotel)

GGuest UserGreat hotel that is right on the doorstep of the airport. Fabulous staff, free parking, great pool and facilities and the double room was superb. Thought the added suncream in the room was a great touch.
The only dissapointment was the restaurant, overpriced and by far the worst meal we had in Albania but this shouldn't deter you from booking the hotel. 10/10 would reccomend 🙌

PPhotoguyThe hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room.
The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station.
I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Can’t believe it’s one of the cheapest for what it offers in the area! Brilliant and fantastic stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel is just opposite the airport parking lot. It is the best hotel near the airport. The name outside the hotel should be ARK. The facilities are well maintained. The room is large, with a large Hisense TV. It can receive EU special Italian signals, fast Wifi, and a clean environment. The front desk service is very enthusiastic and the room was upgraded for free. There is a children's play area on the second floor, and a restaurant and bar downstairs. They accept Euros and can also exchange local currency.
