"The building and facilities are very clean, and the breakfast area has a pleasant atmosphere with a nicely presented food selection. Overall, it was excellent. One small note: the staff sometimes seemed a bit rushed to take away forks and knives. A little more time would be appreciated. Overall, it’s a great hotel for families. And a funny moment — my Cheetos got stuck in the vending machine, and because my English is limited, I ended up giving up 😄"

"The two beds were perfect for my friend and me. Having a convenience store nearby was super handy for grabbing snacks or anything we needed in a pinch. We walked to downtown in about 20 minutes, or you could easily take the bus too. My only minor complaint was hearing footsteps and conversations from the upstairs neighbors. But it wasn't too bad, so it was fine. Being on the first floor, it got a little warm at night when we closed all the windows. Other than that, everything was great!"

"Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least."

"This is a hotel not too far from the airport, and they provide airport pick-up and drop-off service. It is certain that their staff are very active and enthusiastic, but we still accidentally hurt our feet because there are many hidden nails in the carpet. Yes, it is nails, there must be more than 7, because I have found 7, I don't quite understand why this is still arranged for guests to stay, it is really dangerous, if it is a child, the consequences will be more serious."

"I used this hotel for a transit layover. I was thinking of just hanging out in the lobby, but then I got scared of the cold and booked a room. It turned out to be incredibly good! It was clean, had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We also received vouchers for breakfast, which made it feel like great value for money. Plus, our boarding gate for the next day's flight was very close, so we could stay in the room until the very last minute. It was truly a godsend for families with children."

"The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great stay. The hot water in the bath was excellent. My only minor disappointment was that no water came out of the showerhead, so I had to wash myself using the faucet below. Aside from that, the room was cleaned daily, and the amenities were replaced with new ones every day, which I really appreciated. Thank you!"

"It was really great. Everything was fully equipped. But why do you advertise it as if there is nothing there? I had no choice but to book this place because there were no other rooms available, but everything was there, so I had a good rest. The host is kind and responds quickly. Thank you."

"I stayed here for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day. I would like to especially thank Marilyn, who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and was professional and welcoming. Her warm attitude really made a difference. The location is convenient, close to Lougheed Town Centre with easy access to transit, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it was good value for the price, and I would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel is close to the airport and it takes about 10 minutes to get there by the free shuttle bus booked in advance by the hotel. But if you don't drive here, it will be very inconvenient to go shopping in the city. It costs about 11 Canadian dollars to take an Uber to the nearest Whitehorn C train station. The room size is OK, but the soundproofing is poor, and you can hear people talking in the corridor and the sound of water. There is a shower head in the bathroom, so your body will get wet when you wash your hair. There are not enough hooks to hang wet and dry clothes and towels at the same time. Part of the bathroom wall film has peeled off, making it look even more dilapidated. The price is quite affordable, so it's acceptable if you want to stay for a day and wait for your flight. The chop restaurant next to the hotel offers quality steak food, which may add value to the hotel."
