Went to Macau with Mr. to see an exhibition. The room was clean, spacious, and the bathroom had a smart toilet, which was excellent👍. The front desk staff were warm and polite. This hotel is about 2 km from Senado Square and Grand Lisboa, easily reachable on foot. There are many small shops around the hotel, making dining very convenient. Highly recommend this great hotel!

The hotel is great, especially Erica, Delia, and Yoyo at the front desk who provided warm, thoughtful, and professional service. The hotel facilities are very complete, with many thoughtful touches like a Dyson hairdryer, a coffee machine, and an automatic toilet. The sunset viewing platform is particularly stunning; watching the sunset and the evening glow from there is truly beautiful. I would definitely consider coming back again.

Had a fantastic three-day, two-night stay at the YOHO Treasure Island Hotel – even a lazy person can enjoy a luxurious experience here! We stayed in the Pure Gold (Treasure Island) Lake View Room this time. The room offered expansive views, directly facing the Macau Tower. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom came with a bathtub and dual sinks! ✅ The hotel's infinity pool and gym are on the second floor. The pool directly faces the Macau Tower. With the sunset, any photo you take captures a stunning 'orange sea' vista. Plus, it's a heated pool all year round, so you can enjoy a swim even in winter! The gym is open from 8 AM to 10 PM, equipped with various fitness machines to meet different workout needs! ✅ YOHO Treasure Island Mall has everything: shopping, dining, and entertainment! From trendy brand boutiques to imported supermarkets, from Pop Mart blind boxes to Bona Cineplex – you can spend a whole day downstairs! Made fresh!! Seriously juicy~. 3️⃣ South Beauty A must-visit if you love Sichuan cuisine! You can also try their Macau-exclusive Cantonese dim sum! 4️⃣ POP MART Macau-exclusive IP check-in spot, with a 'Molly' experience area and hidden edition figures. I even got the Star Man I wanted! 5️⃣ Bona International Cineplex The 'Starry Sky' theater is super beautiful, with a large screen and stunning sound effects. Christmas trees and apple decorations were everywhere, making for endless photo opportunities. This popular hotel is really crowded, with many tourists checking in just to experience it. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to Taipa Ferry Terminal. The shopping arcade on the third floor has a wide variety of brands, and some stores even had promotions during Christmas. The hotel room facilities are a bit dated, but they are spacious enough, and the staff are all very friendly. There's a shuttle bus back to Hengqin in the evening, but the last one departs at 8:20 PM, so don't be late!

Overall a solid 4 star. The property is big and new. Casino is well run, odds are not the best (like dealer stand on all 17 on black jack). Staff are very helpful. My suggestion is for the Frozen Snow attraction. They start handing out ticket at 12pm, but there was like 200 people lining up at 11am already. Instead of just handing the ticket out and have people come back, they make everyone wait in line, just to pick ip the to ticket to come back at a later time. Really wasted an hour or so of 200 people's time. The waterpark was great. For tickets to attractions and dinner, you get discount as a hotel guest. However! If you charge the cost to your room, you dont get a discount. I hope this policy is changed as for foreigners, we dont have alipay/wechat pay, so we prefer to charge to room and settle it all at the end.

Great hotel with an excellent location and service. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. Jockey Club metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby. All the famous casinos can be reached within a few minutes by bus. The view from the room is very nice — you can even see Zhuhai. Taipa ferry port and the airport are also not far, which is very convenient. The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. All our requests were handled promptly, and the reception kindly allowed us to check out one hour later than the official time. thanks to Charles for helping us with the shuttle bus schedules.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a classic, old-school charm in its hallways and rooms. Since my check-in was on the Mid-Autumn Festival, the hotel even gave me mooncakes. The breakfast tasted pretty good.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a bus stop right outside. The airport shuttle bus conveniently stops directly in front of the hotel, which is a huge plus! While the hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, they are complete, and the shower always has plenty of hot water. The staff are enthusiastic and always ready to help! I really enjoyed the food at the 18th-floor restaurant and the hotel's breakfast buffet. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

This hotel is quite old, with a very vintage feel and a strong sense of history.~~ Facilities: Average, generally quite old. I was particularly unhappy with the hairdryer; it was stuck in a drawer, couldn't be pulled out, and was tethered by a cord, making it incredibly difficult to use. It's not like I'm going to steal a hairdryer, it's not even valuable... Hygiene: Decent. Environment: Close to Fisherman's Wharf, overall pretty good. Service: The front desk staff were quite cold, making me wait until well after 3 PM for check-in. I don't think I'll be returning.

This was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace, and I was very satisfied. The hotel room was spacious, and the service was excellent. The sofa bed in the room could also be opened up. Baby toiletries and bed rails were provided. The heated pool was also very comfortable and clean. There's New Yaohan on the second floor for shopping and dining. It's also convenient to walk to other hotels. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. The hotel is also a ten-minute walk from the Light Rail, making it easy to visit other hotels. It's a fantastic choice for families traveling with children!
