We stayed for 5 nights at The Londoner Grand (Bond Tower) on level 16, facing a near open garden and a far land of further development; side viewing of Studio City, not really a fantastic external view but a spacious internal which is good enough for 2 pax.  We felt room was clean the very 1st night.  Subsequently nights until the night before check-out, room didn’t seem to vacuum as we still saw strands of hair left on the toilet’s flooring.  Throughout the 5 nights, we were quite perturbed about not having a Smart TV in this considered new hotel in this era.  Pillows were a little too soft for us.  But, we were delighted that the front-desk staff able to help reserved memory foam pillows on top of the soft pillows for the subsequent nights. We have no other complains except the above.  In fact, services rendered from the front-desk were superb.  We would love to commend Ms Melody for her exceptional dedication of services rendered to us upon checked-in on the very first night.  She’s very polite, friendly and helpful.  She initiated giving attractions and shows information after knowing we hadn’t been visited Macau for the last 10 years; and when we were in need to exchange smaller HKD notes, she went all the way to the back office to help us exchanged.  We were grateful to have met Melody who also helped to ensure arranging a Birthday cake to be sent to our room on a specific timing.  Apart from praising the service staffs, we love using the Smeg kettle for making our coffee and tea.  Best is, the Jo Loves Pomelo Body Lotion that The Londoner Grand provides, leave the room in really nice fragrance after applying on our bodies. This makes me go all the way to source and purchase after returning to our home country, hehe…

The hotel focuses on a family-friendly theme, making it suitable for little ones of all ages with very well-equipped facilities for children. The staff are warm, friendly, and patient. The complimentary snacks and amenities in the room are replenished very quickly, and the environment is fantastic—everything you could possibly need is right here in the hotel. A special mention to Trip.com for their excellent booking service, which provided a wonderful reservation experience for guests. I will definitely stay here again next time!

At 11 PM, I went back to the room with the kids to give them a bath, only to find that the shower was all scratched up and leaking, soaking me completely. It was a pretty bad experience, so I called customer service. Maintenance took about 20 to 30 minutes to come up and check, and they did offer a room change. However, since it was already past 11 PM, I didn't want the hassle, so I just decided to bear with it. The bathroom design here is terrible. It might work for couples, but definitely not for families. The bathroom uses a pull-open privacy curtain, but turning on the light makes it blindingly bright. My husband came back from the casino at 3 AM and turned on the light to shower, which woke me right up. Given this experience, if I stay here again, will the hotel be able to offer a different room type? This wasn't a very good experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Pousada Hotel in Macau. The location is convenient and the area is quiet, which makes it a nice place to relax after exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.

This stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent value for money. Priced at 857 during the National Day holiday (on the 6th), it was a great deal. The hotel room was quite spacious (around 30+ square meters). I booked a 2-meter king bed room, but it was changed to two 1.4-meter double beds, which was perfect for traveling with a child. The hotel lobby boasts a magnificent French-style decoration. There's a casino on the first floor, luxury brands on the second, a food court on the fifth, and a children's playground and water park on the sixth. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. My child (12 years old) was most thrilled with the spinning waterslide at the water park, saying it was exciting and fun. Yanty, who handled our check-in, had a wonderful attitude and patiently helped us find a non-smoking room. Later, a staff member called to follow up on our stay and offered a small gift for the child, but we had already checked out quickly and left, so unfortunately, we didn't get it. Overall, it was a very good stay. The Parisian Macao will be my top choice for my next visit to Macau.

Booking this hotel really requires constantly monitoring the prices, ugh! I booked 5 days and 4 nights. Seeing the pre-tax rate was 840/night, I thought it was a great deal, so I went ahead and booked it, paying 3,900 in total. Little did I know, the lowest price could drop to 700/night before tax—that's a 700 difference over 5 days! I advise everyone not to be too hasty when booking. As for the hotel itself, the receptionist who helped us with check-in was great. When I asked if they could arrange a birthday cake for my husband, they managed it, and they even upgraded us to an Eiffel Tower view room. The hotel offers many free shuttle buses to various locations, but one thing to note is that many of these shuttles stop running quite early. For example, the one to Taipa Village (Guan Di St) finishes its last run at 8:20 PM, which is prime dinner time. You either have to eat early or pay out of pocket for a bus back to the hotel. However, these are just minor issues. The hotel environment and service are up to 5-star standards (excluding the Grand Buffet for breakfast and dinner—definitely don't bother trying that, it's not good). Everything else was great, and it will definitely be my first choice next time.

Came here specifically for Zaha. Extremely satisfied 👍 Words can't really capture how full of design it is. I rode the elevators back and forth numerous times, giving me the feeling of traveling through time and space. The location is also very convenient. I went to see The House of Dancing Water, and walked over to Wynn Palace for the auto show. Everything is within walking distance. The service was quite good as well. The only minor issue was during check-in when the room wasn't fully cleaned yet, so I had to wait a bit. However, after speaking with the staff, they quickly sorted out a room for us.

😍 If you're looking for the best value for money among luxury resort-style hotels, this place is truly wonderful 😌 🏠 The interior design is very upscale, blending a Southeast Asian resort vibe with the signature glamorous opulence of Macau. While it's not super close to the casinos, you can get there in about 20 minutes on the hotel shuttle or 10-odd minutes by taxi. 🏋️‍♀️ The gym and pool area are both extremely quiet and comfortable. I actually ended up buying a swimsuit at the last minute just so I could go swimming, haha. 🍚 We tried both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants at the hotel. Personally, I thought the Japanese food was better, while the Chinese cuisine was pretty average. The Japanese food was super fresh and delicious. 👍 A big thank you to Ceci at the front desk for upgrading the room for us two mother-daughter duos. Having a small balcony to dry our swimsuits and soak up the sun made this stay even more delightful.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. The entire check-in process was a very pleasant experience, and the staff provided us with some very practical tips. All the employees are extremely polite and will proactively greet guests whenever you encounter them in any area. The view from the room is stunning, and the room feels unexpectedly spacious. The toiletries provided are also of great quality. Highly recommended!

The Grand Coloane Resort, located by Hac Sa Beach in Coloane, generally receives excellent reviews. It's a great choice for families with children, those looking to escape the city's hustle and bustle, and anyone who loves sea views and a relaxed pace for their vacation. The sea views are fantastic; being right next to Hac Sa Beach, most rooms offer private balconies with ocean views. The environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong resort vibe. Downstairs, there's also an outdoor swimming pool suitable for both adults and children. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, patiently explaining local transportation options. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and dinner can be delivered to your room. The Chinese restaurant also has a good reputation. Overall, it's a very comfortable stay.
