We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. Hospitality is good...staff is friendly..and the rooms are clean and well maintained

Great place! The outdoor terrace looks amazing with all the little lights and hanging plants, and it's warm even on a windy and grey day. They are pet friendly, that is a plus for me. They brought us water and a little treat for our puppy. The food was great, beautiful and delicious. You should try the Tuna in the appetizers

This is a surprise! After the chaos, congestion and garbage in Mumbai and Rajkot, the city of Indore feels much better and it is not easy to reach the cleanliness of a small county in China. But the city is much larger than our county, similar to our prefecture-level city. The hotel is clean and tidy. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, first-class service and complete facilities. The backyard also has open dining, small bands and swimming pools. Every day is overcrowded, almost the same as the local high-yield home. In particular, there are four restaurants and an Indian-style Chinese restaurant. The decoration and music are very Chinese! ! The rooms are very well designed and furnished, and the supplies are very attentive. The Ibis in Delhi Air City is a mid-range hotel. The restaurant is completely inconsistent with Chinese taste, and the biggest leek is boiled eggs! ! ! ! In addition, this house can be sent to the airport for free after check-out! There are two disadvantages: one is that the fan is slightly louder, and the other is that the partition wall of the toilet is glass. Despite the roller blinds, the privacy is very poor.

Nice hotel staying here for sometime already

We had an excellent stay, the hotel is in a prime location. The staff is very good. Priya and kamal were very helpful and cooperative. The hotel is very clean, they also have an excellent inhouse restaurant. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended

It's a nice hotel in indore. The amenities and food are also good. The gym and pool were also well maintained, and cleanliness was also at its best.

Overall impressive stay! The check was a bit weird as they take photograph and scrutinise a lot it seems. Room was spacious, reasonably priced, staff was nice. There was a mall nearby as well with many eateries around. Would definitely stay here again
