The hotel is very large and has a spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast with ipodroom view ...very special as a situation. Interior parking and friendly staff and available. The only neo outdoor pool opening from 1 June and with 27 degrees there was a bathroom

The room was very quiet and I didn’t dare to speak loudly. The environment was also very good. The door opened to the sea. It was pet-friendly and the staff were very attentive. The pizza in the pizzeria was authentic Napoli pizza and tasted great (personally I think it is more cost-effective than the buffet). It was the first time I only stayed for two nights, which didn't feel like it was enough. At least two days and three nights would be the starting point. In terms of transportation, it is best to drive, followed by train and taxi. The swimming pool is very clean, the beach is also very clean, and you can even see a lot of fish

I was expecting a villa with a pool like the one in the first photo, but it turned out to be in a small village. The room was very basic, but everything worked properly, the bed was fine, and the linens were clean. Dinner was delicious, as was the good breakfast, with lots of pastries, omelets, sausage, and cheese. There weren't enough vegetables for me, as I don't eat pastries; I would have liked an omelet with vegetables. The hotel is for the elderly. We had a lot of old ladies with us! It was a true paradise for them. They even served soaked prunes for breakfast.

I was alone, but the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I was able to relax while listening to the sounds of the waves and the birds singing.

Very perfect hotel, very good location, very close to the Temple Valley, the hotel has its own beautiful garden to see the Temple Valley, next to two supermarkets, 18 minutes drive to the Turkish ladder.

Good new hotel, all the facilities were excellent! 5-10 minutes walk to the embankment and bus stop, parking nearby free. Please and polite owners. Recommend! Definitely come back!

The hotel exceeded expectations, it was clean and hygienic, in fact the transportation was very convenient, it was a five-minute walk from the train station, the room had a large balcony where you could sit and drink coffee, it was much quieter than in a small town.

A very cost-effective hotel with its own underground parking lot (free). Before checking in, park your car at the main entrance of the hotel (only temporary parking). After getting the room card, you can swipe the room card and lift the barrier to enter the underground parking lot (the same entrance for both entry and exit). The hotel has a good restaurant. There is a gas station at the entrance (really at the entrance), and a large supermarket next door. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, with a single bed at the entrance, so it is also suitable for three people to travel and live. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh. It is the best choice for next time you come to Modica.
