The entire hotel relies on air conditioning for ventilation, as windows cannot be opened. The double room was small, just barely adequate. However, the surrounding area offers excellent accessibility. It's about a 10-minute walk to Muji and the famous HARBS cake shop (the original, historically significant branch). Popular restaurants like Gyoza no Ohsho, Umahachi, and Chen Mapo Tofu (Matsuzakaya store) are only about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is located between Sakae and Fushimi stations. We usually opted to take the subway one stop from Fushimi to Nagoya Station for shopping at Takashimaya (which houses the renowned Din Tai Fung on its upper floors). Getting to the airport was also convenient, involving a subway transfer to an express train. So, the hotel's location is indeed exceptionally convenient, with easy walking access to shopping centers like Mitsukoshi. During our four-day stay, we noticed a high number of Korean and ********* tour groups, which made it quite noisy. Therefore, it might not be suitable for guests who prefer a quiet environment or wish to enjoy hotel amenities. However, this type of budget hotel is very popular, with its affordable price being its biggest advantage.

The spacious room and the layout of everything in the room created a comfortable atmosphere that made us feel comfortable staying in the room for a long time. The staff was very responsive and friendly when we first checked in. The hotel is located not far from Nagoya Station. If I come back to Nagoya City, I will stay again at Hotel Nikko Style.

This hotel is conveniently located on the 15th floor of Nagoya Station Gate Tower Mall. Floors 9-10 house Bic Camera, and Uniqlo and GU are on the 11th floor, making shopping incredibly easy. There's also a popular restaurant on the same floor that often hosts lively events. You'll even find a pharmacy and convenience store on the same level.

This older hotel has a great design, and the lobby is particularly unique. The Italian restaurant serves delicious food. What's really convenient is its proximity to the airport; the airport bus drops you off right at the hotel entrance, and you can catch the bus to the airport just across the street. There's also a small park right outside, offering an unobstructed, pleasant view from the windows. The surrounding area has plenty of good food options and pharmacies, which is handy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great location 👍🏻 Good to stay as we are morning flight have to check in 8am next day and the hotel free buffer breakfast are serve on 630am 🤠 By walking distance only 10min from hotel to reach international Airline check in counter. Once we reach hotel lobby while doing check in trough kiosk & there’s already many airport trolly convenience us to use from lobby to our room, also next day till airport check in counter as we have many luggage & boxes 📦 Highly recommended to all if travelling on early morning flight, u will definitely have good rest peace of mind. Room are spacious, clean & comfortable bed. Lobby free welcome drink is great too 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again when flight back from Nagoya Airport 🥰

Very satisfied, the hotel staff was very quick to respond to requests! The front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly when I had questions. The best part is that check-out is at 12 PM, and the surrounding area is really well-connected for shopping, though there aren't many drugstores around!

Opposite this hotel is Mikawa Anjou station 🚉 Many restaurants nearby & also convenience shop like family mart just step out from hotel lobby cross the road 4min will reach. The hotel SPA 🧖🏻♀️ is super great 👍🏻 We ready enjoy at during our stay 3days at the hotel. We drive 18min to reach new Mitsui Outlet at Okazaki & another 15min drive to reach Big Aeon mall Okazaki. Hotel location very good 👍🏻 Clean & very comfortable spacious big room which is hard to get in Japan. Front desk service is excellent 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again when we are in Mikawa Anjou. Highly recommended to all this great hotel. We are happy to stay here 😊

The room condition was good for the cheap price. I think I will visit again next time. I especially liked the coffee refill every day. It is also close to the station, so the location is good.

Pros: 1. Good location 2. Comfy bed for rooms with 2 beds (twin *2 set up) Cons: 1. Slow insufficient elevators to tansit from lobby at 24F to 7F or 1F (to get out of the building) 2. AC vent blows right in your face (pic 1) 3. Do not book their kind bed room as it is not an actual King bed. It is very misleading to sell king bed room when it's actually 2 beds pieced together with a thin mattress cover. (And the mattress cover is made to hide the twin bed from direct view) 4. Like others said, the sides are too small to quickly get out of the bed. Have to shuffle to the bottom of the bed to get out. Fell asleep in the middle of the bed, felt weird but was too tired and passed out. Woke up with sore back from the bed and sore drybthroat from the AC blasting in my face all night. Took a look and it seemed like a king bed (pic 2), but it felt weird so checked again and found that its not a real king bed, but 2 bed pieced together with mattress topper wrap to appear like a king bed. I felt cheated that I was sold a room with king bed but it was not a real king bed. I expected better attitude from a 4 star hotel especially it is a newer hotel and in Japan. This action is a violation of Meiyo (honor) and Shokunin (craftsman) ethics. Pic 4 & 5 & 6 helps explains it from a third party view (I wanted to make sure what I felt was not biased or due to personal preference, so I double checked with google AI for ”third person” perspective) In summary: Selling two bed pieced together as a King isn't just a ”hack”—it's a betrayal of the Wa (harmony) between the maker and the user.

I have always enjoyed IHG indigo properties in Japan and this was not an exception. Great amenities and wonderful landscaping surrounded by beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. However, do take note that the location is not that convenient and requires a 10-12 mins walk to the nearest subway, not the most ideal if your flight is very early or traveling with young children.
