I chose this hotel because it was close to my business trip destination. There are no convenient facilities nearby. The staff is friendly and the management is good. However, they clean it once every two days~ It is a quiet and cost-effective(?) hotel.

While location is not as central , the room size is good .  You gain some , you lose some . So this is good for customers who drive or you can uber easily.  The accomm in Central Area is just too expensive and the room is usually small. So Sheraton is value money .  Good room size for the amount.

Breakfast was good, but not able to take back to your room. Additional deposit needed upon arrival not refunded until 14 days later. Would've stayed elsewhere if had known

The place to leave is very close, and the past is very convenient. The surrounding environment is also very good, and the transportation is very convenient. The super king bed can accommodate four people, a place that I like very much.

Great value for money. While it's a bit on the outskirts of Boston, it's quiet and comfortable, and getting a taxi is convenient. Complimentary breakfast is a definite plus. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the service was good.

Room decor was a bit tired, but spacious. Would have liked a coffee pot, but not a big deal. We only spent one night. Overall the property was beautiful. We stayed in the motor lodge. There are several locations on property to stay.

Very cost-effective resort, our two-room suite is adjacent to each other, convenient for a family. We drove in after visiting the Williams Clark Art Center and the distance was close. The hotel's service was good, and we immediately changed a suite when the air conditioner in the room was broken. I will stay in the autumn.

Website clearly states ”No Pets” , upon checkin we see several people walking their dogs on the grounds. So much for that policy. I have allergies to dogs and can only hope that a dog was not previously in the unit we rented. Overall clean, but the black mold around the shower head and around the top of the shower in unit 848 was a bit concerning. Was quite surprised when getting hit with a $27.92 charge for ”Resort Fees” otherwise known as ”Junk Fees” upon check-out. Was not informed of any additional fees upon check-in. Office manager was unmoving on this. This has been reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff are all kind and helpful. The location is just right. The room is at a satisfactory level.
