Hotel was clean and service was friendly but inaccurate at times. However, there was construction outside at 6 AM which could be heard very clearly. Staff would also be loud and push around metal carts outside rooms until as late as midnight sometimes

The room was elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hardware exceeded expectations. However, one lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude; she seemed to look down on people, almost to the point of discrimination.

This hotel offers a standardized, industrialized experience, which I found to be excellent. The shared showers and restrooms, serving four rooms, were continuously cleaned by staff, which was also great. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the North Station train/bus station, and also a 20-minute walk from Boston Common/the start of the Freedom Trail. Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away. To get to Harvard University, it's a 10-minute walk to the subway station. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste when staying at hotels in the US. The Revolution Hotel offers great value for money. Also, US hotel prices can fluctuate a lot, so it's important to book at the right time and make a quick decision. citizenM feels a bit more fun and welcoming compared to other modern hotels. The rooms are still on the smaller side, but they’re super comfortable, especially the big bed that takes up most of the space. Everything is controlled with an iPad—lights, blinds, TV—which is actually pretty cool once you get used to it. The lobby areas are a highlight, with lots of space to hang out, work, or grab a drink. It feels more social than your typical hotel. Overall, it’s a great pick if you like a stylish, relaxed vibe without spending too much.

About a ten-minute walk from the subway station. It's not in the city center, but the distance to downtown is still acceptable. The air conditioning in the hotel was terrible. I arrived in late April and still needed the heating on. It was either scorching hot, with the room approaching 30 degrees Celsius, or not warm enough, only 19 degrees. When I asked the front desk staff, their solution was to restart the heating myself. However, after restarting, the heater made an incredibly loud noise, so much so that I needed earplugs to sleep.

Very cost-effective resort, our two-room suite is adjacent to each other, convenient for a family. We drove in after visiting the Williams Clark Art Center and the distance was close. The hotel's service was good, and we immediately changed a suite when the air conditioner in the room was broken. I will stay in the autumn.

The hotel was near many shops and restaurants. Bus/train was across the street. The breakfast they provide was sad, they only had eggs, oatmeal, sliced bread, bagels and pastries. The rooms are small but it did provide what was needed.

There is nothing around the hotel, but you can park for free. If you don't have a car, it is not recommended to stay, which is very inconvenient. The facilities are complete, there is a small swimming pool and gym, breakfast is a typical American style, nothing wrong. There is a self-service washer dryer, which is more convenient!
