Although the state is still under restriction, the ****** is open and the people are out. The restaurant in the hotel was closed but the sister hotel across the street was open. All of the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I love Elko!
When we first arrived to check in, the property looked a bit run down. I typically base my stays on photos and reviews, and since this place had an 8.2/10 rating with good reviews and pictures, I felt confident booking it. For something described as a boutique hotel with a spa, I was expecting a more upscale feel.
That said, check-in itself was very smooth and easy.
Finding our room, however, was confusing. The layout isn’t very clear, and we had trouble figuring out which way to go. We were on the second floor, and there’s no elevator—so be prepared to carry your luggage up a full flight of stairs.
Once we finally got to the room, it was very large and spacious, which was a nice surprise. The king bed was comfortable, although it only came with three pillows. Unfortunately, the furniture felt worn and a bit outdated, and the AC unit had a noticeable buildup of dust. There was also no water provided in the room, which would have been appreciated.
One of the biggest disappointments was the pool being closed—especially since it was still 89 degrees at night. That would have really made the stay more enjoyable.
Overall, the pictures online don’t accurately reflect the current condition of the property, which was disappointing.
We stayed here for one night during a road trip and it was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room to set up a pack and play for the baby. There was a dishwasher, sink, and large fridge/freezer. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had plenty of options. I would stay here again.

When I called the hotel Front Desk, the person told me that the hotel does not offer daily clean-ups of the rooms. Instead, the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. That information is not on the the Circus Circus website nor the booking apps that offer Circus Circus as a hotel. I asked for a change of towels on the 2nd day, but nobody came on the 3rd or 4th day (I checked out on the 4th day). The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, but hotel security nor staff came to check when I called to complain. It took +30 minutes while on hold to speak to a staff member about the alarms going off in my room, and I had to leave the door open to get the smoke out. Nobody answered my call, and I was annoyed with the quality of service from the hotel. To be clear, I did not smoke in my hotel room. Others did and the smoke came into my room, and the alarms went off. I was scared and anxious - the sirens were blaring and caused distress. I don't see myself staying at Circus Circus again, anytime soon.

The Four Queens still wins points for skipping resort fees and planting you right in the thick of the Fremont Street bash, but the trade off is noise. Adjoining doors turn neighbor chatter into surround sound, and hallway drafts carry both tobacco and ******** smoke straight under the ‘non-smoking’ sign. One night was enough. Factor in the gauntlet of downtown construction with barricaded parking lanes, narrowed wheelchair ramps, and detours that push rollabags into traffic and the bargain rate starts to feel less like a deal and more like a cover charge for chaos.
Although it's not bad compared with the amount, the facilities are very old. Although the efforts to improve the facilities are seen, it is difficult to receive good comments unless the overall remodeling is completed. Breakfast is available, but don't expect ....
I have stayed in the cheapest hotel in the United States for two and a half months, and the hardware is worthy of such an affordable price.
Facilities: There are no chairs in the bedroom, but there is a countertop and chair in the accessible bathroom.
The air conditioner cannot be completely turned off, and the wind will come out every 20 minutes for a few minutes. Finding a staff member to repair and not solve the problem. Fortunately, the cold or hot air is natural wind.
The rooms were nice and clean. The pool an the spa were awesome! Staff were very friendly.

NNengliyouduodaThe location is a bit out of the way; you'll need a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was incredibly spacious and reasonably clean, but the facilities are showing their age. There was no water in the room, and a bottle downstairs cost nearly 50 [currency, assuming RMB]. No slippers were provided, and the sheets were very thin. The front desk's efficiency can't compare to what you'd find in [country, assuming China]; it's 'free America,' so don't expect much in terms of service. I'll try another hotel next time, if there is a next time.
GGuest UserStayed at MGM because the show David Copperfield is based there, was a decent stay. Room was fine, beds comfortable, check in was smooth. Gym was decent. Valet parking and self parking. $40 and $20 per night. Make sure to check invoice on check out.
TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
GGuest UserI stayed for two nights. On the first night, I arrived early in the morning and there was an on-duty staff member, an older gentleman who provided excellent and very attentive service! He was very meticulous and patient, and I even gave him an extra tip out of gratitude. My second stay was four days later, and the front desk staff, compared to the gentleman who checked me in on the first night, was less satisfactory in terms of service. The hotel room itself was good, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Overall, I'm still quite satisfied.
YYerJoshAmazing experience in The Venetian, it was our first time and you have to consider some great points to know why is the best hotel to stay in Las Vegas:
1. Amazing location
2. Direct Access to The Sphere concerts and Events
3. The Parking lot is easy to access in and out
4. Access to the Rooms are very close to the parking so you don’t need to walk too much
5. Access to food court are really close to the access to the rooms and that is amazing!
6. The Venetian gondolas attraction are really good and the whole decoration around is simply amazing!
7. The Rooms are recently renovated and the Deluxe Kings rooms have the option to see the Sphere and the rooms in the opposite side will see The Strip! So everyone will have a really nice view!
8. Easy access to the Las Vegas Strip Boulevard!
9. If you are planning to attend the CES, the largest technology event in the world you will have access to the Venetian Expo! So is the best place to stay during that event
CCHENAnd its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
YYayayayayaThis hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling.
MMhel&PolWe recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and Casino (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated.
However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience.
We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.
GGuest UserThe Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. I didn't care for the buffet. Way over priced, limited hours and the food not so special. Nothing open after 10 p.m. to eat and no fridge or microwave in the room.! Also, no comps for reward players. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.
GGuest UserOrleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun.
