This hotel offers incredible value for money! My friends and I booked a package that included a room, breakfast, hot springs access, and a ski pass. The ski pass was for Fulong and valid until 4:30 PM, which was perfect for returning to relax in the hot springs afterwards.
The room itself was comfortable, with plenty of hot water and even a humidifier. Breakfast was also delicious and had everything we needed.
The service was excellent. Our window was frozen shut and the room was a bit warm, so I contacted the front desk. The receptionist immediately sent someone to open the window and adjust the underfloor heating. I was very satisfied and would definitely give it a 5-star rating.
I'll definitely choose this place again for my next ski trip.

First off, I have to commend how pet-friendly this place is. While there's a small cleaning fee, I think it's perfectly reasonable.
**Environment:** The location is super convenient. You can walk to the ski hall in about 70-80 meters, even in your ski gear. The yakitori pub downstairs stays open late and has great food. Plus, our room offered direct views of the ski slopes.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel is incredibly clean. You won't even find a speck of dirt from ski equipment in the lobby.
**Service:** Every staff member in the hotel deserves high praise for their excellent attitude. They proactively gave us tips for skiing, and since we had our dog with us, we even got a room upgrade. The housekeeping staff was very professional.
**Facilities:** The only area I think could be improved is that while the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or dishes for food.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I hope they keep up the great work!

The service was incredibly thoughtful: Our stay at this hotel with our child was fantastic! The staff were warm and attentive throughout. As soon as we arrived in the lobby, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage. During check-in, the staff patiently explained everything, showing great care in every detail. Throughout our stay, from arrival to departure, every single staff member prioritized the needs of families with children, making our whole family feel wonderfully cared for.
Convenient location: The hotel's location is excellent. There's a shuttle every hour, with a clear timetable, which is a thoughtful touch. It was very convenient whether we were heading to the park or returning to the hotel to rest, saving us a lot of time and effort while traveling with a child.
Well-equipped facilities: The room facilities were comprehensive. Not only were there disinfectant wipes and children's slippers, but they also specially prepared mini cartoon-themed items for the little ones.
We went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Every corner of the place is beautiful. Check-in and check-out were both very convenient. I added Aria on WeChat and she answered a lot of my questions during my stay, responding quickly and helping me out a lot. A big thank you to Aria! I've been trying to lose weight recently, so I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find a scale in the room and a gym on the first floor. My main reason for staying was to see the snow, and while the leftmost part of the balcony had a slight obstruction due to the building's curved shape, I was generally pleased. The room also offered great photo opportunities. Everything else was also excellent. There's a restaurant conveniently located inside Building D. There were hot springs, but unfortunately, I didn't get to try them. The ski rental hall on the first floor made skiing super easy. The room was incredibly spacious; it was my first time experiencing a 2.4-meter-wide bed! The room was very clean. I'll definitely be back.

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

An incredibly satisfying stay that exceeded all expectations! This time, on a ski trip to Chongli, I booked a room at the Housnow Homestay based on a friend's recommendation. The actual experience, however, completely surpassed that of a typical hotel.
1️⃣ **Exceptional Service**: After booking, the owner immediately created a group chat, adding relevant staff for check-in arrangements, housekeeping, ski equipment rental, and more. The owner's service was personalized and customized throughout; they went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. I was particularly embarrassed when I accidentally left something on the table at the entrance, but the staff immediately sent it via SF Express – truly outstanding service.
2️⃣ **Excellent Facilities**: The room was incredibly spacious. We stayed in a two-bedroom, one-living-room unit, and each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. There was also a Xiaomi humidifier (absolutely essential in Chongli). Since the homestay shares a lobby with Xuelu Residence, we were immediately impressed by the warm, solid-wood Christmas ambiance upon entering. The homestay's rooms also featured warm tones and solid-wood furnishings, which I absolutely loved. It's worth noting that the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and all the bathroom fixtures were ROCA, which was fantastic.
3️⃣ **Convenient Location**: The homestay's location is excellent. From the lobby, it's just about a hundred meters walk to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort lobby, where you can get your ski passes and start skiing. Within a hundred meters, you'll also find the Thaiwoo Lifestyle Zone with a Lawson convenience store and dining options. There's a parking lot right downstairs from the homestay, and the elevator goes directly there, so you don't have to go outside – super convenient!
In summary, it truly exceeded all expectations. The owner is a person of great character with meticulous and thoughtful service. Many thanks! I'll definitely choose your place every time I come to Chongli, haha. I'm going to recommend you to everyone I meet!!! Wishing the owner a booming business~~
The hotel environment is very good, with ample parking spaces. The front desk lady Sally is professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. The hotel is very close to the Tangquan Palace outdoor hot spring, a five-minute walk. It is very convenient. It is a perfect accommodation for a hot spring trip. Excellent choice, highly recommended👍👍
It was another pleasant weekend. It was very comfortable to sit on the small terrace, bask in the sun, drink tea and read books. The private hot springs and public venues have their own merits. There are also many choices of restaurants, and many parent-child activities have been added. The most important thing is that the service here is constantly improving. I am especially grateful to a manager named Li Dan for giving us high-quality service. From the guidance of the itinerary to the handling of details, we feel like home. The children are very happy. I am already looking forward to coming to Ruige again next time.

The hotel is close to the scenic area. You can take the scenic train to the foot of the Great Wall, climb the mountain or take the cable car. It takes more than an hour to climb the mountain. The hotel is in the style of a northern courtyard, with a large lobby, complete room facilities and good sanitary conditions. See the picture for the specific layout. The breakfast is rich, especially the fried dough sticks are well made. Parking is convenient and free. There is an ancient town next to the hotel (built later)

IIlaha BalakishiyevaOur stay at this beachfront hotel was wonderful. The clean room and stunning ocean views made for a relaxing retreat. Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.
GGuest UserThis was my first stay here. We had a 3-bedroom family suite, perfect for a family stay. It was spread over two floors, which was great, featuring 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The suite was spacious, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The facilities were a mix of new and old, but the overall environment was acceptable. However, there was a strong smell of dog urine in the hallway, and even running an air purifier didn't help.
Upon check-in, the hotel offered complimentary hot spring tickets or movie passes. We chose the hot springs, which were quite good, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. It was relatively peaceful and not crowded.
Breakfast had limited options, but the noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons were delicious. The only downside was that it didn't open until 7:30 AM.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the station, which was quite convenient. However, it doesn't pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance, but at the town entrance instead.

DDasugegeThe hotel room exceeded our expectations. We upgraded to a sea view room, which gave us a direct view of the people enjoying the hot springs. The soundproofing was adequate, though perhaps it wasn't summer, as we could still hear people shouting in the hallway. The hotel offers a variety of room types; several of us had rooms with park views, rooms with courtyard hot spring pools, and rooms with a starry sky view. The hotel has a large restaurant with private rooms, and you can purchase set meals online. The only inconvenience I felt was the lack of a small supermarket. While there is a supermarket in the hot springs building, it doesn't have a particularly large selection of seafood and snacks. We only played on the beach and the slide area and didn't explore other areas. It's still a great place for a family vacation.

GGuest UserThe experience is very good. There are not only beaches but also hot springs. It is very suitable for the elderly and children to travel. The service is also super good, especially Feng Ting at the front desk, who is very enthusiastic. She also took the initiative to inform the activity time. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately. The service is superb. I will go again next time.
JJing NTC908The room is spacious, the layout is quite satisfactory, the health is OK, each waiter is very good, eating on the second floor, very convenient, soaking in the hot spring on the first floor does not need to go out of the hotel, cost-effective, compared to Beijing, similar hotels are twice the price, convenient transportation Beijing self-driving to the top of the sky for up to two hours it. Talk about the lack of, I live on the 15th floor, the room is too hot, it is hot to sleep at night, and finally open the window and pull the curtain to sleep. I think the water in the pipe is hot. The reason for the private soup in each room is that the hot spring hotel cannot be avoided; Holiday Inn has three elevators, the elevator speed is relatively slow, and the elevator is often full during peak hours for meals, and the waiting time is too long, forcing some tourists to take the stairs back to the room, giving people a bad experience. Five points praise for service and cost performance

GGuest UserThe suite is very large, the top floor is very high, and the children are very convenient to run. The balcony is transparent and you can make tea around the stove to see the scenery. There is a garden behind the hotel, the scenery is very good, the wall is recommended, and the photo is very good! The downside is that the carpet is dirty, the curtains are not tight, the house is bright early in the morning, and I sleep very uncomfortable. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Don’t eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.
MM47854****Absolutely amazing! They upgraded us to a mountain view room where we could see the ski slopes. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the town, with the cable car just outside and a great coffee shop downstairs. The room facilities are all very new. The hotel has its own ski rental hall, offers capsule coffee and various teas. Every staff member is responsible and enthusiastic, and the service is incredibly thoughtful, always proactively offering help. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, everything is freshly made. The congee, jellyfish salad, and all the pastries were super delicious! They offer fruit in the morning and cookies and yogurt in the evening, which is a really warm touch! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Thaiwoo!
