The hotel service was excellent, and they even offered free high-speed train station pick-up. All you need to do is book with your butler in advance and provide your train number, and they'll take care of the rest. On the day of arrival, a lovely staff member was there promptly to pick us up and even helped with our luggage. In the afternoon, they provided a beautiful afternoon tea, which was a great opportunity to relax before heading out to explore the scenic spots. The hotel is conveniently located right within Longmen Ancient Town, within walking distance of the Longmen Grottoes. Overall, getting around was very easy, and there were plenty of restaurants and drink shops within the ancient town itself. The only minor drawbacks were that, because of the central air conditioning, controlling the room temperature was difficult. In winter, it felt like two different seasons indoors and out; it was simply too hot inside. Additionally, since our room faced the ancient town's street shops, it could be a bit noisy in the mornings, which might affect light sleepers. Overall, the service and room environment were very good, and I would definitely recommend it!

My last stop in Luoyang was such a pleasant surprise! The butler-style service made me feel meticulously cared for the moment I walked in. I booked a courtyard hot spring room, and it just so happened to be snowing heavily in Luoyang. Soaking in the hot spring indoors while enjoying the snowy courtyard view was absolutely blissful! The breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte. The à la carte dishes were incredibly well-prepared! I ordered the eggs Benedict and waffles, and they were super delicious! Even the fruits served with the waffles were fragrant and sweet, which really shows the hotel's high standards for quality. Plus, the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the station, which was a huge convenience for me traveling with luggage and a child!

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Stayed here during the Chinese New Year. The lobby had Lullaby Lynn dolls, which really added to the festive atmosphere. The twin beds could be pushed together, which was great for families with kids. The room size was decent, and it even had a separate bathtub. What really made the experience special was the live Guzheng performance during breakfast. It was a wonderful touch!

The hygiene was excellent, and the service was good too. The leisure facilities were quite nice, and parking was very convenient. The room service was easy to order and delicious. The only downsides were the lack of a laundry room and a limited breakfast selection.

The service was absolutely amazing, a truly exceptional experience! Before check-in, the front desk staff contacted me to confirm my arrival time, and they were incredibly responsive throughout, promptly bringing water and refilling my hot spring. They even proactively offered suggestions for nearby attractions. The room facilities were high-end and comprehensive, with a well-designed private hot spring bath that ensured excellent privacy. Toiletries and toiletries were plentiful and of high quality. The attention to detail was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay, and most importantly, it was incredibly photogenic – this is what a vacation should be like! Highly recommended!

The room is not small, but it is not enough for a bath. You have to go to the first floor of the hotel, and there is no way to bathe in the room. The breakfast was average and tasted moderate. Most of the hot spring pools are open until 22:00 in the evening. There are pools for children to play in. Because of the tight schedule, I was not able to experience it. The overall attitude of the hotel service staff is very good. I remember that there was a room lady named Wendy Zhang Chunxia who responded to the inquiry and introduced the other facilities of the hotel. 趁着假期帶娃來泡温泉，這家酒店可以説是我住過最好的酒店之一，整體給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。從入住打預抵電話到離店，每個環節都安排得妥當周到。我訂的私湯房，房間超大，大概有80平左右，湯池能泡八九個人都不成問題，辦理入住的時候，前台給娃送了小零食，還有浴球，温泉水超級好，水温40來度 泡澡剛剛好，娃在裡邊玩的都不想出來，幸好離得比較近，過年的時候，有機會一定帶娃再來玩，強烈推薦大家來，絕對不會踩坑
