This was my first time staying at this hotel privately, but as it's a new one, it was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and the space was more than satisfactory. My only complaint was the food in the restaurant. They're committed to cutting costs, so they keep the staff to a minimum, and apart from the all-you-can-drink option, they only offer beer and sake; you can't order sours or highballs. Why? There's a wide variety of food, but most of it is thawed and reheated. I guess this is common in business hotels these days.

The surroundings are exceptionally quiet, making it ideal for relaxation or even a bit of meditation. It may not be the best choice for families with children, as there are very limited amenities catered for them. Service, however, was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond — when my rental car had a brake light issue, they noticed it before I did, stepped in to assist, contacted the rental company, and ensured it was resolved the very next morning. That level of attentiveness is rare. Location-wise, it is quite remote. There’s little within walking distance, so getting around or finding food requires some planning. But if you’re here for peace and an onsen experience, that quiet isolation becomes part of the appeal. A memorable stay overall, especially for those seeking calm, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

The building is old, but it is not understood that it is clean and cherished. The flowers on display were beautiful and the rice was very delicious. And the customer service was really polite, and I was often noticed that the color 々 was, and I was able to spend it with a very happy feeling that I noticed and acted before I asked. And the bath was the best.

But the owner is really nice, she helped us with a lot of stuff, including with luggage transfer and taking us back to the train station. She also made us food because she’s worried we’re not eating enough and it’s cold. On top of that, if you are planning to go snowboarding or skiing there is a shuttle bus near by that takes you to the Kawaba ski resort for free!

For the hotel booked by the Nawata Fireworks Conference 🎆, the front desk curling brother is very friendly and helped us a lot. The fireworks started at 7 o'clock. We arrived at the hotel at 6:30 to check in. Thank you, curling brother, for constantly calling to help us call the car. During the car, he also took the initiative to help us take pictures.  The emotional value is full. It calmed our anxious and uneasy heart. We had to cut the first fireworks. There was only one plug-in potential in the room. The hotel knew that it was insufficient. It prepared an extension line and a mop. But the style of the hair dryer was too old. The hair was not dry and it was hot. The toilet and the new toilet board were not suitable. Pay attention when going to the toilet. The room was clean, the shower water was hot enough, and the air conditioner was cool enough. Unfortunately, the TV does not have Netflix,  so I have a four-point ratio in terms of facilities.

The traditional Japanese hot spring hotel has two open-air hot springs, a soup of Chicheng and a soup of rock mirrors. When you take a hot spring, you can see the opposite mountain view and beautiful scenery. Laoshen Hot Spring is at the entrance of the tail owl, and plans to go to the tail to hike early in the morning. The woman of the hotel will hear that I am going to go to the stern, and I will help me to contact me for the next day to go to the tail of the bus. I feel that the service attitude is really touched.

I stayed at this hot spring hotel before going on the Oze trekking tour. The fact that there is a shuttle bus from Ueno to Jomo-Kogen Station at 2pm when taking the Shinkansen is a big plus (lol). I had to rush in the morning to get to Oze, but breakfast was scheduled for 7:30am. The service of moving it up to 7am was fantastic. I'd definitely like to use it again next time.
