Service was good. Rooms complete. Breakfast was well cared and wide choice. Unfortunately we had the room above the Irish Pub. That's nicely useless. Until 4.00 hours no eye closed. Despite windows close to ventilator, no airco, and was very warm ....These rooms above the pub should actually be used nudity ......

Excellent! We arrived a little early but it was no bother and we were checked in swiftly by a very kind and professional receptionist; she was very helpful too with a great sense of humour. The rooms are very nice, big and clean and the bathroom is big, with a choice of shower heads and a separate bath. The breakfast buffet offers A LOT of options and I was impressed, it would have been perfect if they’d have served vegetarian sausages but that’s me being incredibly picky. Check out was swift plus you can also check out online or leave your keys in a drop box. There is ample parking and the location is very good as you are just off the motorway between Belgium and Germany. We booked directly with them so they offered us a little treat which was super nice. I thoroughly recommend this hotel; the parking, rooms and staff are very, very good!

In Heerlen you got several options for a hotel , if you are in need - whenever I can I will go for the Kasteel TerWorm ... been here before , and I think I will be there again ... So arriving before noon is typically not the best at any hotel, no difference here on the topic - the lady at the reception was kind and get me the key and all the forms - but she asked me kindly to wait till my room will be ready - I went for a walk in the garden and surroundings , you have some picks attached to the review. Room was at the ground level in the courtyard building, room 14 - I got - and it was very clean , spacious and with a good size bathroom that had a tub and a shower - depending on what you want. Bed was comfortable - the minibar for free .... breakfast - a nice selection of buffet, eggs, meat , etc ... so everything for everybody. To distance a bit customers you could choose breakfast till 9 or after 9 ... so to split a bit the guests. Outside my room - I had room 14 - there were 2 chairs at a table and a decorative bush in that bush a duck was nesting between the branches - such a nice thing. Overall I had a very good stay - with helpful staff and a very good hotel experience and for sure if I go to Heerlen again , I would choose the same hotel for my stay. I recommend you try it and if you don't like it just blame it on me .....

First impression arriving at the hotel was a bad smell inside the lobby and nobody waiting at the reception. At the room, first thing you see is a bag on top of the bed, which looks like some present, but was empty, just written that you can get breakfast if you pay (very weird advertisement). Then a sign saying that it's not allowed to order from thuisbezorgd, which was a problem because we arrived a few minutes before the curfew and there was no other option. We went to the reception to ask what are the options for food, and was told to order from thuisbezorgd... why leave the sign in the room then? In general was a 3 star hotel, not 4. The bed was comfortable, I had a good night of sleep, but wouldn't return.

We stayed for 2 nights, the room for 3 was basic but very spacious, comfortable beds, how ever the bathroom area has no door, the wc and shower both have a glass door that you can totally see through, and hear everything, very embarrassing! The hotel is very big and the food is great, breakfast, dinner, drinks- all nice and not too expensive. The service was not good, our room wasn’t ready when we got there, and when we finally got to it, the third bed wasn’t ready (no towels too), the breakfast payment was very hectic, and finally when it rained they wouldn’t open the gate for us to go in the parking area because “the parking is flooded “, after 5 (!) calls on the intercom, we managed to drive in and found a small puddle, not even close to a flood (our other car wasn’t even wet!). It was really stupid and rude and just unnecessary.

We recently stayed at Hotel Winselerhof and we've had a pleasant experience. From the moment we'd arrived, until the moment of departure, We were treated with great service and hospitality. First and foremost, the reception at the front desk was warm and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities, and answered all my questions with a smile. Our room was very comfortable and luxuries. We had the servants' room, and the entrance to the reception, and it was a good room, and it was a good room, but the price per room is not high. The beds were fine, and the bathroom was clean and clean. There was a coffee maker and a cupcake for a cup of tea, even a fohn, the breakfast was fairly extensive and full, so I don't understand all the bad reviews. Maybe we were lucky? One tip is to read the site of Fletcher about the castle Erestein. It says you don't sleep in the castle but in the Hoeva .......
