I stayed at the Aloft Arlington to go to a Dallas Cowboys game. The hotel recommends Best Majestic Transportation. Corey is the person that we negotiated with to take us to the stadium. His rate is $25 p/p, which I think is a little expensive. I was going to use UberXL for 4 of us. Uber would have been $11 to the stadium. The problem is what would the return trip cost. We negotiated a price less than $25 p/p. Corey is a nice guy, very personable. What he is not, is professional. He transported several people to the game, so I’m trying to figure out how he’s getting everybody back to the hotel. Turns out he has a 20 passenger bus. Didn’t tell us that. He took us to the game in his SUV. After the game when we got to the pickup spot, we expected to meet Corey, not a bus. Ok, no big deal-get us back to the hotel. Now there’s this COVID thing going on and places are at limited capacity. The sign on the bus stated “no more than 10 people.” There was 17 and he tried to put more on, but it was a family of more than 3 who didn’t want to be split up. I checked the price for Uber for the return and it was $26. The cost of the Uber would have been less than what we paid Corey. I also noticed parking in the area of the stadium for $30. Lessons learned. Go with your first thought and don’t over think a situation. The rating of 4 is for the hotel. I’d give Best Majestic Transportation a 2. For the price we paid, the service was truly lacking. The hotel overall is OK. I’m not a fan of the ultra modern design. The location is great and the staff is friendly.

First time in Dallas/Arlington area and we chose this hotel due to some kids events close by. Free shuttle from DFW was nice but had to wait quite awhile as they only dispatch shuttle from hotel when you arrive at the pickup post. Nice expansive lobby and fast elevators. The room size and bathroom was decent. Nice shower with good water pressure. The cafe downstairs for morning coffee was Ok even though they brew Starbucks coffee. Staffing made you wait as they're busy on their phones. There is not much to do in the area as baseball/football was over and 6 flags was closed for the winter.

Stayed here for the Dodgers game at Globe Life Park. It was last minute booking the hotel is in a pretty good location lots of restaurants around and the park only being like 1 mile from the hotel. Theirs a guy in their giving rides back and forth from there for a fee. The hotel is somewhat nice for the price but could be a little more cleaner IMO. Would stay again if the price is right.

Friendly greeting, clean hotel. Easy and efficient check in. The best part was checking out. I had slept past check out time and the from counter rep, a guy named Dane, called to ask us if we wanted to extend our stay or if we would be checking out. Most hotel staff just call and ask you to check out. Dane was SUPER professional, courteous, and very accommodating. Hilton hotels are always a step ahead of the rest anyways. Dane took a step ahead of his peers. Thank you Dane. Great customer service and wonderful stay.

I selected this hotel for the sole purpose of its location to the concert to be honest. We pulled up there was a golf cart and rickshaw blocking the entrance (hence not rated a five) the staff at check in was quick and friendly. There is only one elevator not conveniently located however there is only two floors and not really a show stopper. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed is the highlight. Holy crap was it good. Slept like a baby every night. The balcony faced inward overlooking center courtyard. There is no free breakfast but the Bistro in the lobby serves Starbucks and offers some good eats. Here you will further enjoy friendly staff. There are several booths with your own TV. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. The jacuzzi was relaxing especially after a long game of cornhole. The lobby also has Tea and lemonade available and fresh cookies in the evening. Like I always say; if you don't ask you wont know. Enjoy.

The hotel is just next to the Toyota Center and less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre Main Street, where you can take the light rail and bus, go to the Museum District and the Herman Park by light rail 5 or 6 stops. There are also some restaurants next to the hotel where you can eat delicious steaks. Go to the Space Center and hit Uber 30 or less.

There is a shopping mall downstairs from the hotel, and a variety of gourmet shops are next to it. Our favorite Tang Tea Garden is also nearby. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. Buy things directly into the room. The biggest problem with this trip was that roads were being built around, and the road from Chinatown to the hotel was dragged for more than half an hour.

The direct flight from Houston to Beijing is night shift. There is no place for the hotel to check out. I found a good one on Ctrip and the price is cheap. There is no hourly room at the scene. Direct check-in is also more expensive, so I booked from Ctrip. . The rooms are simple and clean, suitable for business guests to move in quickly. The decor is modern. There is nothing else to praise.

I am writing to share my praise over the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time! Your front desk associate Eric who works the afternoon/evening shift is helpful, sincere, knowledgeable of the area and is willing to take the time to offer helpful information, answer questions and assisted in making our vacation worry free and less stressful! I wanted to share my and my son's gratitude for his outstanding service. Additionally, we enjoyed our room, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom had wonderful bathing supplies such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and the coffee was superb - you could use your personal room Keurig or the hot coffee in the lobby which was available fresh and hot with great creamer. The pool was very peaceful and the colored LED lights added a soothing ambiance in the evening. If you want a hotel stay that meets your needs of comfort, style and location - choose the Westchase - Westheimer Holiday Day Inn Express & Suites.

I stayed in a different hotel for half a month from California to Texas. This is the worst one. The bedding looks like chemical fiber, and the pillows have all kinds of taste! !! !! There was no milk in the merchandise department. The younger brother gave away breakfast milk in particular! So the service gives 5 points! !!

We took our kids on a mini "Stay-cation" for Spring Break. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The biggest hassle that I ran into was getting extra towels on the way out to the pool and once we returned to our room. We were a large group and had two rooms so the kiddos needed towels for the pool and of course towels for baths afterward. We ate off property at surrounding restaurants. My favorite part was the hot tub--much needed. Pool & hot tub ar open from 6am- 10pm.

I was a guest at the hotel for one night. My room was beautiful and very clean. Modern decor with a great view. The hotel was very secure. You could only use the elevator if you had a key card. I loved the bathroom; specifically the shower and the magnifying mirror. Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather, the rooftop lounge was closed. The staff was friendly. Only drawback, was no onsite parking, but since the hotel is located downtown, it’s to be expected that you’d have to find street parking or utilize valet.
