I like the design and layout of the hotel. There were billiards, cards, sofas, pool, and a very nice bar.

Big noise challenge with this hotel. Walls are paper thin. Noise carries badly and the metal framed loft construction is a poor substitute for living comfortably.

The property itself was Nice but what makes this an excellent stay is the staff, their customer service was very much on point and the continues cleaning that I witnessed while walking the lobby and enjoying the lounge bar at different times was great to see.

We arrived at 4 PM after the 3 PM check in time, and the lobby was full of people. I thought there was a party or something, but realized that all these people were waiting on a room. There were quite a few rooms that were not ready. We had to wait 20 minutes for a room with a double bed, but was told to king bed was available. We decided to wait but after about 15 minutes I went to the desk and asked could we have the king bed. The guy who I spoke with the first time when I checked in, was very nice. The woman who I talked to about taking the king bed room was very rude. She then gave me a double bedroom. At first sight the room was very nice and clean, until we are ready to take a shower. There were long, dark, hairs all over the shower.

Front desk was simply amazing! He went above and beyond. Absolutely, no complaint only praises. Would definitely recommend! The property was well kept, and the room was super clean. Loved everything about the hotel.

It was a great place to stay. My only 2 things were the restruant there wasn’t open until 5:00 so not for lunch. And the maid stole my anxiety pills.

The floor has a lot of squeaky noises when the people on the upper floor walking. It needs better noise insulation.

Staff was friendly and informative. Glenda answered all my questions and suggested places to eat and entertainment in the bar. Our room was quiet and close to ice and laundry room.
