Choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! The environment is quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. The room facilities are very well-maintained, and all the amenities are fully stocked. The service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful; any request is handled promptly. It's perfect for both short stays and longer visits. It's definitely on my re-book list!

This is the best hotel in all of Kuala Lumpur!!! My husband, baby, and I stayed here, and these were the best accommodations in the entire city. We had already tried 5 different apartments in Kuala Lumpur by then, and nothing felt right. The cleanliness was perfect, and the views were magnificent – the best I've ever seen in my life. The staff was top-notch. They very quickly helped resolve an issue with the induction hob (the large burner wasn't working) and even provided a brand new small saucepan so I could cook for my baby. And all this happened almost at night! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Wishing you continued success!

Great value for money, clean and tidy. However, the toiletries are pretty basic. The twin beds can be combined into a large bed, but it's a tight fit. It's about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the city center, which makes it quite affordable and comfortable in comparison. There's a coffee machine that dispenses hot water directly.

Situated in Chow Kit, WP Hotel is conveniently close to the city centre. Our room was immaculate, featuring pristine white walls and a very clean bathroom, with a wonderful view overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers. We also enjoyed our first dinner at one of the many local restaurants located just a short walk away.

I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur and it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the city skyline. Every detail felt luxurious, from the bedding to the bathroom amenities, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. There was a wide variety of options, from local favorites to international dishes, all prepared with great quality and attention to detail. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The dining ambiance was also calm and refined, making it a perfect way to start the day. The hotel facilities were impressive, and the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and transportation. The service was excellent — staff were always ready to assist with a smile, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall, the combination of a beautiful room and excellent breakfast made my stay memorable. I would highly recommend Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway in the heart of the city.

The rooms were comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money. The only downside was that my room had a connecting door. If you’re unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors, you can hear quite a bit, which made it difficult to relax at times. Other than that, I had a really nice stay and had so much fun seeing the little geckos wandering around 😂

This was my 4th or 5th time staying at Momo's Hotel, but standards have seriously dropped. I booked a Queen bed but was given two single beds pushed together. To make matters worse, the signature body wash felt diluted with water compared to my previous stays. The most unacceptable part was a severe privacy breach: I requested a toothbrush in the morning, but I think id due to a staff communication error, housekeeping opened our door without knocking the door while my girlfriend and I were barely dressed, however the housekeeper got apologised immediately to me. When I reported this unauthorised entry during checkout, the receptionist not really take it seriously without any real apology. As a loyal customer, this poor service and lack of respect for privacy is deeply disappointing.

I booked a two-night stay for a business trip, and the location was super convenient. It's right next to the LRT station; you just exit and turn left, and you don't even have to leave the building. The hotel restaurant is right next to the lobby and front desk, and the food is decent – not too expensive for a hotel restaurant; pasta was about RM16. There are also convenience stores like 7-11 and Mynews, plus a Zus Coffee, right outside the subway station. The room itself in the hotel building felt a bit dated, with some wear and tear on the walls and ceiling. However, the facilities like the shower and toilet were fine – good water pressure and consistent hot water. The only minor drawback was the lighting; it was a bit too yellow and dim. It's fine during the day if you open the curtains, but if you're working in the room at night, the overly yellow light can be a bit disorienting. Overall, it's great value for money. For the price, it's definitely one of the more affordable options in the area, and cleanliness wasn't a major issue.

Although it's called an apartment, it's managed like a hotel, with a front desk, room service, disposable toiletries, and even daily housekeeping! It's no secret that labor costs are expensive abroad. Most apartment-style B&Bs don't provide daily housekeeping for consecutive stays, let alone personal amenities. But Sfera has it all! ~For me, after a long day of traveling, returning to a hotel exhausted and seeing a clean, tidy room and bedding 🛏️ is truly a joy and comfort~ My room had two bedrooms (one large, one standard) and three bathrooms with a kitchen and bathtub 🛁, perfect for two generations. I bought some pre-made meals from KK downstairs, heated them up in the microwave or oven (the hotel provides its own), and enjoyed them in my room. The elevator requires a room card, so takeout orders are placed on the takeout stand at the front desk on the first floor (G). Unlike in China, where robots deliver food, you need to go downstairs to pick it up. Luggage storage is available at the front desk after check-out, but it's on a rotating schedule and often unmanned. If you need urgent help, someone will come out only after ringing the bell. 😐 The hotel's swimming pool is on the 5th floor, and the gym is on the top floor (S floor). Access is available from 8 AM to 10 PM with your room card. They're large and clean. The pool has separate areas for children and deeper water. The gym has a terrace with a direct view of the Petronas Twin Towers or the TV Tower, perfect for family outings. Although it's close to the Petronas Twin Towers, it's still quite a distance to walk. It's a 5-minute walk to the MRT (Light Rail) station, and a taxi takes about 10 minutes to get to KLCC or Sungei Wang Plaza (around NT$20), which I personally find quite convenient. Next door is Summersuites, which also offers apartments, but you get what you pay for. The next door is a private landlord, while this is a hotel. The comparison makes it clear why it's so expensive. Location is super convenient! Nearby to KLCC and all public transportation for going around KL. Really easy to find all sorts of food at any time. Room was comfy and clean; housekeeping staff was very accommodating and attentive. I liked the view and that they provided water filter, placed outside of the room. Just a heads-up that it can get noisy at late night due to traffic outside as it is near to the major intersection of KLCC. Breakfast buffet has a wide variety but I felt the quality was just alright. Reception was very friendly during check-in, and check-out was easy with no hassle, although reception staff during that time was a bit abrupt and rough, but maybe I just came by at the wrong timing. Sound-proofing of the room is very poor. I stayed in a room that is very near to the elevator. Kuala Lumpur's 5-star hotels are generally on par with budget hotels back home in China. Most hotels in the 1000 RMB price range are pretty similar, so I already had expectations. The pillow had an odor, so I brought my own disposable sheets. Other than that, everything else was barely acceptable. The front desk staff was an Indian lady, and the Malaysian cleaning guy was quite responsible. The rooftop pool is small and not very clean; I saw an Indian guy without a swimming cap, so I don't recommend getting in. The breakfast offers a DIY hot pot, and the Teh Tarik (pulled tea) is quite good. You can blanch some wide noodles and other noodles. The main draw is its high value for money. There's a farmers market downstairs with a popular durian stall. I don't recommend walking to the Petronas Towers; it's too hot, and taking a taxi is much more convenient. I also don't recommend taking the subway, as different lines belong to different companies, and most transfers require exiting and re-purchasing tickets. For anything over 800 meters, I strongly recommend taking a taxi! I can't stress this enough!

Hotel Review Location: Excellent—just across the road from Kampung Baru food area, very convenient for foodies. Check-in: Allowed early check-in at 1:30 PM despite 3 PM standard time due to room availability. Much appreciated. Staff: Special mention to the staff member resembling celebrity singer Hafiz—excellent service, kept everything smooth and entertaining. Kudos. Room (1619): Connecting room arrangement was inconvenient; needed to prop the door open (1619,1620) TV in father's room not functioning (1618) Major issue: Strong sewage smell in bathroom—disturbing and needs immediate attention Toiletries: Initially not refilled—no lotion, body wash in my room; no shower gel or conditioner in dad's room. Staff replaced with hand-packed amenities. Appreciated the gesture. Food & Dining: Breakfast buffet: RM37.10—excellent value; surprisingly good nasi goreng (first time I enjoyed it) In-room dining: Nasi Goreng Tamu was good, but sambal prawn was too sweet Hotel breakfast preferred over outside options—area dominated by nasi padang, which isn't to our taste Overall: Okay stay. Responsive service on toiletries and excellent staff, but bathroom odor and room setup issues need fixing.

My stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur was fairly average overall, and unfortunately, it did not quite live up to my expectations for a leisure or vacation stay. Check-in was quick and straightforward, which was a plus. The room itself was cozy, although I found that the toilet took up a rather significant portion of the room. The air-conditioning, however, was nice and cold, which I personally appreciated after being out in KL’s heat. Unfortunately, there were several issues during the stay that affected the overall experience. I had specifically requested a high-floor room, but was assigned Level 1 — which is essentially Level 2 when viewed from the international floor numbering perspective. This was disappointing, particularly as the request had been made in advance. I had also informed the hotel via email well before our arrival that we were staying to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, there was no special gesture or even acknowledgement of the occasion throughout our stay. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, but even a simple acknowledgement or small gesture would have made the stay feel more thoughtful. There was also an issue with one of the bedside table lights. The touch sensor appeared to be faulty and the light would not switch off when pressed. As a result, I had to sleep facing away from the light, which was quite annoying and something that should have been addressed before the room was assigned to a guest. Another issue was the renovation or maintenance work taking place early in the morning. At around 8:30am, there was considerable noise coming from the room/floor above. I eventually had to call the front desk to ask what was causing the noise. While I understand that maintenance and renovation works may sometimes be necessary, starting noisy works that early in the morning was not ideal, particularly for guests who are on holiday and would like to rest. The biggest advantage of the hotel is definitely its location. It is within walking distance of TRX and Pavilion KL, making it very convenient for shopping, business, or attending events in the area. Overall, I would not highly recommend PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur if you are specifically looking for a memorable vacation or staycation experience. There were simply too many small issues that added up during the stay. In my opinion, the hotel is more suitable for business trips, attending events, or travellers who prioritise location and convenience over the overall hotel experience. For a leisure trip, I would personally look at other options in KL.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Pavilion, making it very convenient for getting around and taking taxis. The service was excellent. The front desk, bellboys, concierges, AC repair staff, and the team who replaced a faulty kettle and replenished toiletries all provided quick responses and polite, enthusiastic service. As for the facilities, there are four elevators, so we never had to wait long, which was very convenient and efficient. However, the in-room amenities weren't quite 5-star. There was only one box of tissues, the bathroom only offered bar soap (no liquid hand soap), and the toilet paper holder was awkwardly placed. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortably firm, and the air conditioning was nice and cold after it was adjusted. Breakfast also wasn't 5-star. The food selection was average, with only two tea options, though all the fruit was pre-cut, and the food itself tasted quite good. The hotel's location is superb. It's a leisurely 5-minute walk to major shopping malls like Pavilion, Lot 10, and Fahrenheit88. You can even use the air-conditioned walkway through the Ritz-Carlton to reach the mall. It's a 20-minute walk to the Twin Towers and less than 10 minutes to Alor Street night market and famous bak kut teh restaurants. They offer a free shuttle bus to the nearest MRT station and KLGCC Mall, so getting around is easy. However, I noticed many operational issues. Housekeeping wasn't finished even in the evening. At the breakfast buffet, which was supposed to open at 6:30 AM, there was only one staff member, and neither the egg station nor the noodle bar was operational. There were only about 20 sun loungers by the pool, so many people were standing in the aisles, and the pool itself was extremely crowded. This hotel reminds me of The Puli Hotel in Shanghai, with a very comfortable gym and pool. The service and environment within the hotel are excellent, and the location is superb! The executive lounge, however, had a somewhat limited and unvaried food selection. On the bright side, light meals were available for a long period from 9:00 to 24:00, and breakfast offered more variety. I regret not having tried the Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel. The beef congee I ordered for my child in the evening was delicious! I did encounter a peculiar incident: the dry cleaning quality was subpar; oil stains weren't removed, and my 40 momme silk item got pilled. However, after discussing it with the hotel manager, the hotel took full responsibility for the oversight, and I believe improvements will be made. My two-day stay was very satisfying and pleasant. First time staying at any Grand Hyatt hotel and i must say, i’m blown away! I’m truly amazed! Funny though that the hotel lobby is on the 39th floor and i gotta use 2 different lifts to get to my room or out of the hotel. But it’s no biggie. It’s all gd! I’m gonna start off by complimenting Glorya at the concierge, Adam during check-in and Jacob during check-out. Flawless and seamless. Glorya helped me out with directions and my food delivery orders. Now, room wise, what i didn’t like was the water pressure from the bidet. Could be stronger. Next was that the mini bar was pre-filled. I just needed to get someone to remove all the items. Really that’s all. And i wouldn’t even consider these as issues. Room was awesome, huge, sparkling clean, aircon was great, channels were great, digital concierge was great, bed was comfy, pillows a little too soft but manageable, loved the rain shower, the day bed, nespresso machine, walk-in wardrobe, lighting control, basically everything. Location is just awesome. I walked to KLCC & Bukit Bintang. Super convenient. Wanted to visit the gym but just couldn’t find the lift to access it. Maybe next time. I look forward to my next trip to KL and stay in Grand Hyatt. Thank you!

This hotel seems to be Japanese. Although it's an older property, the internal facilities definitely exceeded what I paid for. The bedding was so comfortable that I literally woke up angry in the middle of the night at other apartments I booked later because their beds weren't as good. Facilities: It has a kitchen with clean and usable utensils. Space: Nearly 50 square meters, very spacious, much larger than the typical 30-square-meter rooms. Service: I arrived half a day early and hadn't booked an extra room. I booked a half-day room upon arrival at 6 AM, and thankfully, there was an available room, and they were very accommodating. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center's tourist area, making it easy to get around. There are Chinese drivers offering chartered car services right outside the entrance, and the prices are pretty good. Nearby, there's a Xin Wah Bak Kut Teh restaurant with great food. The durian stall next to the hotel is open 24 hours and is quite cheap. The rooftop pool is very photogenic, filled with people posing for pictures, and offers amazing views of Kuala Lumpur's night skyline. Avoid the Western breakfast place next to the hotel; it's overpriced and terrible. Just cross the street and you'll find plenty of cheap and delicious options.

Nice hotel with a great location! All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is very strategic and easily accessible, around a 15-min walk to KLCC and only about 6 mins to Bukit Nanas Monorail Station. We stayed in a family room and it was comfortable. The beds were comfy, and the TV had Netflix and YouTube, which was nice for relaxing after a long day out. We also really appreciated the thoughtful gesture from the hotel for giving my mom a cake for her birthday. It was such a lovely surprise and made our stay a little more special. 🥰 The only downside was the breakfast. The choices were quite limited, so it would be great to see more variety, especially more local Malaysian food options. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality from the team!

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and had three beds. The only downside was that the bed in the living room felt a bit exposed, lacking privacy, and it could get noisy. While they advertised views of the Petronas Towers, you could only see them from the side. The place was generally clean and tidy, but I did notice a lingering odor, and the carpet didn't seem perfectly clean. If you're particularly sensitive about hygiene, you might want to consider this or request an extra cleaning. On the plus side, there's a breakfast spot within walking distance of the hotel that's worth checking out.

Check-in convenience: Good Safety: Very safe. There's a mall downstairs, which is super convenient. Facilities: Excellent. The AC, washing machine, fridge, hot water, etc., all work great. There's even a microwave and induction cooker, so you can cook. Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Surroundings: There's a market nearby and plenty of food stalls for dining. The streets are clean, which is nice.

I deliberated for a long time over where to stay in Kuala Lumpur this time, and finally settled on Arcoris Residences. The room was spacious enough, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. To the left of the hotel is Pavilion, and to the right is TRX, plus it's very close to the subway. I'm quite particular about cleanliness, and I couldn't tell if the sheets had been changed, so I used a disposable sheet. If you're concerned about that too, it's something to keep in mind. Overall, it was still a decent stay.

Self check-in was convenient, and communication via WeChat was smooth, ensuring our needs were met promptly. Towels, toilet paper, shower gel... the washing machine and fridge worked great. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony made drying clothes easy. The price was also very reasonable. Oh, and you get a stunning panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur's nightscape. A local market is within a 10-minute walk, and a large discount supermarket is just 5 minutes away, where durians are cheap and delicious. Above the supermarket is a mall, and on the second floor of the mall, you can directly access the subway, making getting around very convenient.

Short version: - Super location for city trips (600m to Petronas Towers) - Sensational rooftop pool - Great city views also from the apartments (if booked) - Fast service Domero (towels / toilet paper) Challenges: - Cold water when showering (despite complaint) - Partially in need of repair (balcony door / shower drain) - Only 2-3 elevators for 51 floors / approx. 400 units / > 1,000 people? > Long waiting times! (Note: Maintenance announced for 1 day - which is fine, but why were 1 or 2 elevators out of order for up to 4 days???) Conclusion: I would book again due to the location, the rooftop pool, and the good value for money…

Great location, right in the city center. It's about 800 meters to the towers, a leisurely 10-minute walk. The room has everything you need! You could easily stay here for 2-3 days or even for a longer period. There are all the essential shops on the ground floor. The only downside was the rather large deposit – 200 local currency units in cash – but it was returned without any issues upon check-out. A taxi to the airport via GetTransfer was 2400 rubles, or 120 local currency units with Grab.

This is our 6th time here, and we really love this hotel because it's clean and comfortable. However, this time, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the bed, haha. It's the first time we've gotten a bed like this; it was very uncomfortable. As soon as we entered the room, we had to clean it a bit because it felt sandy and the floor was quite dirty and black. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The wait for the elevator from the parking lot to our room was a bit long, probably because there were a lot of people. Nevertheless, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location, and the cleanliness was acceptable. We booked three two-bedroom suites for seven people, which felt a bit like overkill. I was hesitant to book initially because many reviews mentioned poor room hygiene. I decided to take a chance, and luckily, the three suites we got were actually quite clean.
