Hotel is beautifully decorated. Art deco is nice, but the rooms are severely lacking in amenities. No fridge, microwave or mini bar. When you're in a city typically you eat out a lot and sometimes you wanna hold on to leftovers for later so that was kind of a bummer. The location was great, but the noise was very hard for sleeping. The road is constantly noisy and they put us in a room right above the front door so it was constant talking and cars pulling in. There is an indoor small swimming pool on the ground floor and a well-equipped gym. Room cleaning, no tooth brushing supplies and slippers, breakfast is purely Western, not many varieties but very affordable.

But they never sent the bill, and they inexplicably charged me for breakfast, claiming it was a third-party booking and therefore not included in the free breakfast offer. The hotel front desk was unreachable; they took no responsibility for their statements and just took the money. They didn't reply to emails, and no matter how I asked, they gave the same old excuse. Overall, the hotel is still quite good. Opposite is the FOX Theatre, and there are plenty of food to eat. I was pleased to find that I could walk to the former residence of Margaret Mitchell. I was even more pleasantly surprised to find that this hotel has a long history. At that time, Vivien Leigh and Clark Gable lived, and Margaret Mitchell also jumped there. Dance. The entrance to get to the front desk if your driving is on the side street, they offer parking but it’s $40 per night (kind of expensive), my first interaction wasn’t pleasant because the guest service representative was very unprofessional, our room was located on the 6th floor facing the aquarium, very clean but really small. They ran out of face towels and it was really hard getting extra toilet paper. Overall, the location is excellent it’s directly across from the aquarium, coke cola world, the breakfast club and so much more. You can walk or ride a scooter to the Mercedes Benz stadium.From€129

I encountered significant issues with their payment system. They do not accept cash for parking, and during check-in, my credit card was charged a deposit with the assurance of a refund within 24 hours of checkout. The staff replies to calls but do not follow through with the requests. We waited for towels for 2 days, sheets for 24 hours. The barman was great and the food fairly decent. But the scenery outside the window is very good, and you can feel the reputation of Atlanta Forest City. Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.From€214

這是我入住體驗最差的一次，感覺酒店管理有問題，這個價位的酒店在服務細節上遠沒有達標，以上是本人主觀認識，下面講一下客觀情況，第一天check in時前台沒有一個服務人員，衹聽到有人在後麪小房間聊天的聲音，我hello了一下，沒人睬，等了3-5分鐘終於從小房間出來一位女士辦完入住，進房間發現卧室洗手間內有異響，控制面板電流聲（較小），台盆上方天花板有較大聲異響（嗒嗒聲），晚上睡覺肯定有影響，於是打了bulter service電話講了異響情況，希望來處理一下，三十分鐘沒反應，忍不住直接到前台反應，要求儘快解決或換個房間，均不答應且態度生硬敷衍，我要求見manager on duty,回答我經理在忙，我因為外出有事，在禮貌表達了強烈不滿後離開酒店，晚上十點多回來後發異響倒是沒有了，一夜無事，第二天離大譜的事情就來了，凌晨三點左右，睡夢中突然被吵醒，發現窗簾正在自動打開（發出沙沙聲），全屋燈光自動打開，燈火通明，走到客廳發現同樣情況，同時第一天入住時的異響又再度出現，直到早上一直未睡，因為上午要自己開車去機場，已沒有精力和酒店交涉，前台交了鑰匙就離開。認真寫了這麼多，是為了讓更多的人不要踩坑。From€520
