|18.18km from Bahrain EmbassyThis hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe.
The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK!
The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too.
There is a convenience store and souvenir shops in case you forgot a gift for someone too.

It's really close to the museum, and getting to Giza train station by metro to buy tickets was also easy. There were a lot of police cars around, so it felt very safe. The room itself was very new.
The only minor issue was that I had booked a pre-payment model, meaning I would pay upon checkout. This usually isn't a problem in my home country, but here, they unexpectedly required a $150 deposit. The platform was responsive and said they would follow up if the deposit wasn't returned later, and the hotel also informed us immediately after receiving the payment. It was just a small hiccup, nothing major. Overall, it was a very good stay! 👍

The room was clean but a little dated. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. I was disconnected/hung up on 3 times when trying to confirm that someone would be able to check us in when I arrived after midnight. I was told it would be fine but we had to wait for someone to check us in. The pool was great and we have no complaints. We had arranged a driver to take us on our tours so I am not sure if the location is good or not. Great hotel and would recommend it.

Checking in, there is a little brother to send me the location, the surrounding supermarkets and attractions, very convenient. There is cleaning every day, but I am running customers, the living is not dirty, did not let the little brother clean every day. Hotel breakfast is relatively simple, but it is so happy to have a porridge and an egg pickle abroad! Lunch and dinner are more in line with the Chinese population. Praise! It would be better if the bed was softer.

The rooms are clean and the staff (especially Anas) are super friendly while doing whatever they can to make your staff in Egypt the best. They've got connections and can even help with making tour recommendations and reservations. Best of all, there is no pressure to take additional services if the price isn't what you had in mind. They're very accommodating . In fact they are more of a family run business while focusing more on you as a person and less as a customer. You'll come as strangers but leave as friends.

They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience.
Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them.
I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind.
I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

The lobby looked promising, and the staff was very nice. However, the rooms looked borderline ******* and did not feel super clean. There were weird hallways and random rooms that we had to walk into before going into the hotel room itself well the staff was amazing. I cannot say that it is Hilton standard or quality and was extremely disappointed. Considering Hilton is a worldwide brand.

There is an underground parking garage, and the waiter will park the car for 250 Egyptian pounds per night. The welcoming guy at the door and the designated driver are great, warm and friendly and helpful. The room is too small. Excluding the bathroom and wardrobe, the actual usable area is about 18 square meters. If two people live in it, it is very crowded. It is not as beautiful as the pictures on the Internet (the pictures on the Internet should be due to the shooting skills). The breakfast is too bad. Except for the ham sausage, there is almost no good food. It may be rated as five diamonds because there is a swimming pool and a gym, but it is actually far from five diamonds. It feels like a three-diamond level, not recommended.

And it is located next to the big Hilton hotel. But it was not hard to find it. And there were a lot of staff around who kindly showed us the way.
The hotel is on the 16th floor and the hotel opened only six months ago so we were kindly met. We were given keys showing two rooms and said we could choose any one we liked. It is very customer-oriented, very cool for the first time I have this attitude to your guests.
We chose a room worthy very worthy. It had a spacious balcony, the view of the Nile as we wanted, and even the pyramid was visible. The room was all the facilities of the hood fan, the tug.
We lived in four of each couple had their own room and the master bedroom , more precisely the master bedroom with his own bathroom. We didn't take the shoes with us, but the hotel representative was happy to give them to us. Since our price did not include breakfast we went to Hilton Hotel breakfast , excellent decision to all advise.
The hotel brought us more fruit. The apartments had everything for long stay washing machine, toaster, and dishes all the cooking tools .
We're delighted with this hotel. It sees this balcony has done all day. It was a special place for a special time.
If you are in Cairo I advise you to stay at this hotel.

The rooms are well maintained. There is a staff at the reception 24/7. Guests of all ages and nationalities can be accomodated.
Suggestion for improvement:
1. The towels to be issued upon check-in and not upon request.
2. The lift need to be upgraded as I was ever caught inside when there is a power trip. And often the lift did not operate because the lift door was not closed properly. Understand that the lift is not manage by your hostel. Please request for it from the building owner as it is not acceptable.
3. Consider centralized air condition system. Anyone can turn off the air conditioner affecting others.

If we refer to the European standards of 5-star Kempinski hotels, there would be a lot to correct. From the fact that the staff should respects privacy (they just walk into the room, while I were naked going to shower and then leave, without apologizing and laughing loudly), to the fact that there is a glass screen in the shower (same in 3 different rooms) leaking water, floods the bathroom or, say, the security service harassing you at 2 in the morning because of a ”suspicious” item in the suitcase, although the same thing was in the suitcase of the previous two arrivals and no one paid attention (it was a steam iron). In general, the staff is forced to be polite and they are very slow. Just a very kind restaurant receptionist and one nice waiter in Osman restaurant. I believe that this is the maximum that Kempinski manages to achieve in terms of its own standards considering the mentality of Egypt.
