The hotel is located on the edge of No. 12 highway, it is easy to find after getting off the highway, and on the edge is holiday inn express. There are gas stations and McDonald's nearby. The hotel lobby and restaurant have just been renovated and are very nice. The hotel room is also larger, there is also a swimming pool, and free parking. There is also a free breakfast. But the biggest problem is that the hotel seems to be in the stage of brand handover. It has just changed to a new brand, and management cannot keep up. In the first room arranged for us, I opened the quilt and felt that the sheets were not changed at all, so I asked to change the room, but basically there was no change of sheets. I found a lot of hair on the sheets and pillows, the bed The supplies were very old, and there were a lot of pilling and wire drawing. To be honest, I felt very sick at the time. I wanted to check out and change the hotel. Later, my family felt that the trouble would be gone. Then I found that the bathroom light was not on, so I called the maintenance staff to see that it turned out that there was no light tube inside, so I installed it. The toilet is not easy to use either. The shower head is also leaking and it is not closed tightly. The next morning, I found that the pillow that had fallen between the bed was wet, and only then discovered that the bathroom wall was leaking, and the carpet near the bedside was wet. No wonder there was a smell in the house at night. In short, the stay feels very bad. Although the price is cheap, if I can choose again, I will not hesitate to live on the holiday. Objective analysis, in fact, the hotel infrastructure is still good, the furniture seems to be gradually updated, if the bedding and room hygiene Do it well, it still has a certain appeal. I enjoyed myself! Upon arrival the staff were kind and readily available for any help we needed. Room was spotless and our stay was quiet and peaceful. But due to COVID 19 there was no complimentary breakfast, the gym and pool were closed, and also due to the two hurricanes Marco and Laura our trip was cut short because Red Cross needed the rooms. I booked the hotel and got confirmation form Trip.com about the successful booking. After a six hours drive with little kids, we arrived at 8.20 pm and got told that the hotel is booked out. Middle of the night we had to find another hotel for 5 people in Baton Rouge. Very poor job by trip.com....they did not even called us. Lobby was almost as hot as it was outside, restaurant/ bar was located in the same area, sweating while eating just doesn’t work for me. Door to the room stuck so bad had to use your shoulder to open it. The phone in the room didn’t work, the snack selection downstairs consisted of cliff bars and some kind of cookie.. woke up early by talking outside my door, when I got out of bed to go use the bathroom after being woke up I walked through wet carpet and a half flooded room from a water leak. The rest of the morning until I left I got to listen to a shop vac run. Checked out and mentioned the flooding I got a head shake then asked if there was a discount for the flooding. He said he couldn’t do anything because I booked through a third party but would have the manager call me. Still waiting on that call…….. I’m a Hilto owner and it’s ashamed I can book a room cheaper through Trip than I can HiltonFromCAD 123

The room is large and the environment is very good, especially the living room is great, the sofa bed is large, the whole room can sleep six people. That's great! The staff was very nice and gave us cookies and water. The whole city is not big, the hotel is right next to the highway, and it is a dozen minutes drive from the center. Free parking. Will consider next time!

The room was very large and had all the facilities one would expect.
The location was good, albeit a little far from downtown, however, at the price it was on a Saturday night, that’s a fair trade-off
