The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The rooms are a little small, but Abdullah kindly gave me a lovely room with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. He was the only staff member who treated me exceptionally well, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and attentive service.

The hotel environment is great. Walking to Dubai Mall takes some time, and it's hot with a difficult-to-navigate path. There's currently no public transport available to get there. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the window, which is nice.

Traveling solo, this place was decent. On the first day, the front desk proactively upgraded my room. The second day, I was going to book directly at the front desk, but the price had gone up. So, I ended up booking through Trip.com again, and they didn't change my room, which was actually great! That's because my room had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa from the window, so I was quite happy with it. It's an apartment-style hotel with a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, pots and pans, a stove, a range hood, and a coffee machine – you can cook your own meals, but only simple ones.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Marry, Mr. Zaheer, and the entire team. They were always one step ahead, providing everything I needed before I even had to ask. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and brand new. I particularly enjoyed the modern elevators and the thoughtful use of technology throughout the rooms, which made the entire stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The level of service, attention to detail, modern facilities, and overall experience truly exceeded my expectations. I honestly cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so special. This was a last-minute stopover for our first night in Dubai. Even though we only stayed one night, the hotel's location was excellent. Just a few hundred meters and a right turn led us to Dubai's main street with all the skyscrapers. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Since we were traveling with a child, they kindly provided an extra duvet free of charge and converted the sofa into a sofa bed, which was spacious enough for us and our little one. It was also super convenient to go for a run in the morning from the hotel to the main road where the tall buildings are located. We were very fortunate that the airport closed due to the Iran attacks the day after we left the UAE. I hope all the hotel staff and tourists are safe, and I wish for world peace!

The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious cuisines, and the breakfast selection was outstanding. The private beach and pools were immaculate, and the serene atmosphere made it feel like a tropical escape right in Dubai. What truly stood out was the attentiveness of the staff — always friendly, helpful, and ready to make every moment special. It’s an ideal destination for relaxation, romance, and family getaways. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

The location is undeniably electric, and the property itself is a visual masterpiece, but here’s the catch: unless you proactively ask, the staff won't volunteer a single detail about the amenities, leaving newbies like me to wander aimlessly past the spa and multiple pools. Be prepared for a bustling, busy front desk and a hefty deposit that catches many off guard (pro tip: budget for it). However, once you get past that initial chaos, the experience shines—Numa restaurant is a culinary highlight worth every dirham, and the housekeeping team is almost too attentive, checking in on the room with Swiss precision. The true unsung heroes, though, are the gentlemen operating the elevators and the concierge team, whose old-school warmth and efficiency feel like a luxury relic in this otherwise hyper-modern playground. It’s not a seamless stay, but it’s a memorable one—just come with your wallet open and your expectations calibrated.

The hotel is at good location as well as its very neat clean and comfortable. The staff are also very polite. I really appreciate the service they provide us with warm welcome in the reception. I recommend this hotel for budget friendly, comfortable and peaceful stay.
