Great location beside Harbour City and Gateway Arcade and only 5 mins to star Ferry. Staff were polite but not overly helpful. We were supposed to have a welcome fruit bowl but didn't. Room was a good size and very comfortable but the electrical fittings are over due for refurbishment. Will use again because of location.

Arriving at the end of Chinese New Year is a challenge - for both hotels and non-mainland travelers. The hotel managed the flow of visitors well. The concierge service is top notch, friendly, fast and welcoming. The only downside I have to state is that the cleanliness of the room is more in the 3 star category. I had to change my room due to a strong odor coming out of the AC, which was likely caused by the excessive mold around the AC. The room change was however swift and without issues. Overall, the location is what sells this hotel. It is conveniently located for all types of Hong Kong travel.

Mong Kok Hong Kong|0.18km from city center
We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

- Location is very good, easy to get to Jordan station never had to use a taxi. A lot of shops and restaurants all around. You can walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade and the K11. U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

The signages are good at the airport, you follow the signage which will leads you to the hotel. Breakfast is good 👍 as well. Shower divert is not working well but for the price paid, for the purpose of short stay I think it is a valuable hotel.

Lovely experience. So far, it has been the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The service was very attentive and basically without faults. You'd expect a desk or workspace in every room to be de rigeur in a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately this is Hong Kong. My previous hotel did not have that, and I ended up with a very sore back from being hunched over. The Ramada, however, at least has a little adjustable tabletop and a stool in the room. But what was really a godsend was the lounge / business centre next to reception. Lots of tables in a bright and comfy room, it became my office of sorts. The staff are nice and accommodating, letting me use it in the middle of the night as well. Thanks to them and the room, I was able to clear my work and fully enjoy my last few days in HK.

Nice hotel with a great shuttle bus. We came from China on the ferry, there was a shuttle bus from there, but we didn't know about it, unfortunately. On the way back we used a shuttle bus and that was very convenient. If you take a ferry boat to **************, this hotel is perfect for you as their shuttle bus has several stops, and one of them is China HK City is a ferry terminal. The room is not big, but there's everything you need (a shower, a fridge, a safety box, TV, set of two cups, teabags and coffee, a bottle for water, towels, hairdryer, adapter for phone charging, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel). There is a restaurant, you can get breakfast there, but we didn't have it, so I have nothing to say about it 😉

In a residential building, I thought it was a fake youth hostel. After checking in, I found that the experience was great. I recommend it with five stars. 1. The girls lived in a five-bed room. Land is very expensive in Hong Kong, so the house space was larger than expected. 2. The room is very clean, and the quality of the guests staying there is also relatively high, and the hygiene is well maintained. 3. There is an independent bathroom with a wash basin, and the other wash basin is at the door, separated from the room by a thick curtain, which can be used for sound insulation and will not be disturbed by the sound of opening the door. The bathroom is also separate. The design is very convenient. 4. The beds are very comfortable and have light shading. Each bed can be charged and has lights. 5. There is extra space on the upper bunk, which is convenient for storing luggage and packing things. 6. Various small details and very considerate designs everywhere, it can be seen that the hostess is a very caring person. 7. The hair dryer is from Dyson, which is great. 8. There is a public area with free snacks. The rooftop has a great view. You can chat casually or blow dry by yourself. There are many foreigners. If you have enough time, taking some time to chat is the most interesting experience of staying in a youth hostel. 11. The subway station is not far away. There are many restaurants in the direction of the subway station.

Highly recommended! Friends who go to Hong Kong can stay here with confidence. Because it was newly opened and there were no reviews, I was quite worried before going there. Environment: In the Lixin Building next to Jordan Station, the first floor of the building is filled with shops, but the upper floors are quite clean and the staff are simple. There are basically three hotels on the fifth floor. Lucky Star Hotel is newly renovated and seems to have only 8 rooms in total. The owner can understand Mandarin and no deposit is required! (Emphasis added) The sound insulation is average. Occasionally, you can hear the sound of other rooms pressing code locks and the sound of cars outside the building, but you can just bring your own earplugs. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price... Facilities: The single room is small, but has everything you need. Including British standard to national standard plug, hot water bottle, hair dryer, shower gel, disposable cotton bath towel. But I didn’t see any shampoo or toothpaste. I washed my hair directly with shower gel, and it was quite smooth. You can probably ask the boss for toothpaste. Hygiene: The toilet is also clean!

I stayed for 1 night. The room I stayed in had bedbugs (10 bed male dorm). I saw 2 of them crawling on my bed curtain, but I don't think I had any bites. I told the manager about it but she said that she didn't believe me because no one else complained. This can happen in even the best hotels, but you have to deal with bedbugs quickly or they will become a big problem. The guest house is generally clean and well kept but the 10 bed male dorm mostly has long stayers and the room smells like it has long stayers, complete with a big pile of junk in the middle on the room.

The owner of this hostel owns also many other hostels in the building, so when arriving two days before our booking (this hostel), we were guided to other hostel (Castle Inn) for the whole stay. The room looked exactly the same, so I bet these hostels are quite similar. We found the owner’s number on the hostel door and after a call he kindly helped us with no delays. Payment was also laid-back, I paid something upon arrival and the rest the next day after changing more local currency. (Last two nights prepaid online, no problem with that) If you book anything from Chungking Mansions, expect very small rooms with backpacker style. Knowing this and comparing the price to the Hong Kong hotel prices, it wasn’t a problem that the room wasn’t too clean and we needed to ask for second toothbrush and a new light bulb. The stay was no luxury but private and convenient. BTW, on the whole Chungking Mansions might seem chaotic and filthty at first glance, but actually it’s a lovely place of cultural encounters to explore if you have an open mind!

The room is good. Even though it looks old and compact, it is clean. The blanket has a lot of fluff from the washing machine stuck on it. It's like you accidentally took a tissue and blended it with you. But the rest is very clean. There is a hyacinth smell. Disinfectant solution There are housekeepers who clean every day. There are no insects. The bathroom doesn't smell like pipes. There is hot and cold water, soap, tissues, towels, slippers, and toothbrushes (if you don't have any, you have to ask them. At first there was nothing. But he added it later. And you didn't have to pay extra money.) The bedroom can accommodate 4 people easily. The bed should be a little smaller than 5 feet. If your body size isn't too big, you'll sleep comfortably. Then leave your luggage before checking in. You can also check out after. The check-in counter is a bit confusing because the signs are not clear. You must check in on the 11th floor of the building. There will be the name of the accommodation written on the glass door. Press the bell and they will open the door lock for us to leave our bags and check in. As for which floor will I stay? They will send us again. The wifi is fast. The elevator wait is a little long at times.

Note that if you want to check in in person, the reception is located at a completely different address -- walk straight ahead after getting off the ferry and it's a shop on the right that also handles bookings for several other bnb places. Otherwise, if you show up at the hotel itself, check-in is by WhatsApp only, which is a bit annoying. Also note that there's no lift, and the hotel is situated on a slope, so try to avoid bringing a lot of baggage. While the opening hours of the restaurant / lounge area on the top floor are supposed to be until midnight, it is unstaffed and the air conditioning is turned off after breakfast hours, so I wasn't able to use the space despite it being a nice area to do some work or read.
