I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.From$101

1. The attitude of the service staff is very good, calling a taxi is very fast, the parking service on the first floor (1500yen/day, unlimited times ~ 10pm) and the luggage storage service are very convenient.
2. There are supplies and coffee next to the counter elevator on the 14th floor. The sky bridge on the second floor leads directly to the transfer station and shopping mall opposite (the vendors include owndays, ABC mart, Starbucks, a coffee shop and a curry shop). There are Lawson and FamilyMart on the first floor. You can walk there. Don Quixote

Location is good, right next to Mono Rail and 7-11 Convenient Store. Cleanliness is decent, rooms are OK Size.
But if You are a vegetarian then you don't have much options.
Something I want to point out, Reception staff was helpful most of the times. Since we are vegetarian, they helped us in looking for the restaurant and locating them but once while from the room my son Called to ask for Salt they told him that the restaurant is closed, so can't get. When asked for Extra Face Towels it was told to come down and get it. It just happened once but 4 Star Hotel and this attitude makes me think if I want to book again!
One bad behavior can dismiss the efforts of all the people who are working towards the common goal.

It is a valuable hotel with free access to the pool and free entry for one time everyday for the hot spring. Few parking slot near the hotel and only charge for 500 yen a day. There are also a supermarket within 5 mins walk and a convenient store right inside hotel.From$39

The location is very close to Shouli City and can be reached in 1 minute on foot. The hotel is not far from Naha IC AC. It is not too traffic jam to go out on the highway in the morning. There is a family on the first floor of the hotel, from 07:00 to 24:00, it is very convenient to buy breakfast, buy milk, buy instant noodles, buy bubble. The front desk staff explained the accommodation service very carefully. The first time I got the wooden door card, I was very textured. As for whether there is a Chinese service, I don't know, because I didn't meet the Chinese service staff this time. This time I stayed on the high floor and had a good view. The room is a room type with two double beds, but the Japanese double bed is just bigger than the single bed. It is not recommended that families with more than Chinese students book this room type, which is more suitable for families with primary school students or young children. After researching thoroughly for our anniversary/babymoon, we were happy this hotel was close to the bus terminal as well as downtown area with all the restaurants (roughly 15-20 mins). Hotel also came with detergent (for a fee) to use in their washer/dryer. Now the downside - this hotel can't possibly be a 4 star hotel, DO NOT fall for it. The hotel lobby is dated as is the room. We booked a double room/suite that's supposed to come with a double bed and view. Instead, we got a room with sofa and 2 twin beds facing a hotel with a smiley face and the sea somewhere in the back. So for the first night since it was late, we squeezed into 1 bed. On the second day, I went to the front and told them what we had booked and asked if they can change our room because I had paid a higher rate. What ended up happening is they pushed the 2 beds together and Voila! Now we get a ”double bed” with a crack in the middle. Luckily we only had 2 nights of this left, my poor husband slept in the crack of this hard AF bed. The bed was old and excruciatingly painful. My husband couldn't believe how hard the bed was! We contemplated sleeping on the floor if it wasn't so dirty and we had thicker blankets. Imagine being 25 weeks pregnant and having to sleep on your side on such a hard bed - my back, hips and shoulders were sore for days after leaving Okinawa. I thought the pain was from being pregnant until it resolved as we continued our trip and ended up in a different hotel. I have never slept on such a hard bed - and I've slept in hostels, shared beds with multiple friends, and had slept on cracks numerous times during my travel. By far, this has been THE WORST experience. I've also been more comfortable on a motel 6 bed. So do yourself a favor. Don't stay here unless it's cheaper than any 1 star hotel you see around. It'll likely be a more comfortable stay for much cheaper. From$36

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! The reception at the reception, guidance, everything was great. It was a hotel that I chose right next to Tomari Port, but access is better than expected, and people who plan to go to a remote island by boat are highly recommended. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were beautiful. One thing that I was worried about was that the bottom of the bathtub was stained, but it was a bit disappointing, but not so much.SOLD OUT

I and my friend was really satisfied with your hotel. Customer services are welcomed, let us feel comfortable, staffs are all polite and kindness. Hotel environment is clean, and cozy. When my brother went to Okinawa for work, I first went on a trip with my parents and my ３ 18 years ago. Although there were years when I didn't go several times on the way, I was taken care of by the Loisir Hotel (Spa Tower Naha from the middle) for two nights and three days on New Year's Day almost every year. Stayed at pool suite tomari with 3 family members. The hotel's penthouse part was like a villa, and the room had a high ceiling and a very open feeling. Surprisingly, I could see the sea far from the room. The highlight pool is surprisingly large, enough for three family members to play while looking at the red tile roof and feel the feeling of Okinawa. Breakfast was room service, but the fish was very delicious. However, the conductor is bad, the villa site is an ordinary key that is not a card key, and the building is auto locked, so the coming and going to the pool is not a door but a sweeping window. Also, if you leave the bathroom door open, ２ １ of a sink will collapse. In addition, I could only take out or stop the shower, and it was a pity that the output was very weak. Although Naha itself is very built up so kind of just like any other nondescript Japanese city albeit with interesting vegetation, it's a convenient location with lots of food options. The condo itself is right next to a Shell gas station with an adjacent Family Mart. There are 3 apartments per floor at this rather new-looking 10-storey building and the reception is downstairs from 9 am -7 pm plus a number to call outside these hours, very courteous with badly translated English instructions. We stayed 10 nights and room was scheduled to be cleaned every 3 days. Room key also opens the door to trash/recycle area outside. Basically you get a 30 m2 studio apartment with a spacious balcony where you can see the ferry terminal and a bit of the ocean & a small dining space plus all the amenities, new and spotlessly clean with a washer/dryer & shower/bath tub. Everything you can probably think of is provided, including cooking utensils & a separate washlet toilet - even Netflix on TV! AC & WIFI work well although you can also get a SIM card at the airport vending machine to help you navigate the small streets with Google Maps: 4000 yen for 10 days unlimited data or 3500 yen for 1.2 GB over 30 days. Our double bed was comfy but quite narrow, barely any movement possible for 2 adults - manageable for us but definitely think twice if you're a bigger couple or maybe consider twin beds. Very quiet inside. Less than 15 minutes to walk to Kokusaidori 国際通り shopping street with loads of shops (24-hour Don Quijote + drugstores) & restaurants but also plenty of enticing eateries within a short walk from the condo スマートコンド泊. Naha Main Place mall サンエー那覇メインブレイス , which has Cinemas Q & Tokyu Hands + LUPICIA tea, is under 20 minutes on foot. Closest beach might be Naminoue Beach, 25 minutes on foot. It's just a 5-minute walk to Tomari Port ferry terminal とまりん where you can get to the Kerama Islands in 50 minutes (Zamami highly recommend) or Tokashiki Island in 35 minutes - best check JMA website for potential high wave warnings. About 10 minutes to walk to Miebashi monorail station to the airport or Shuri Castle. This condo is best if you're planning day trips to the surrounding islands and don't mind walking a bit to the main shopping areas. Buses are fairly convenient with stops written out in romaji/English. 40 minutes / 600-650 yen by bus to American Village from the port - lots of buses go by the stop out front. Chinese Didi app works for taxis too (70 yen per 365 m plus 560 yen for the initial 1.75 km; can pay by cash if no Chinese ID). If you are not driving, there's a Hip Hop Bus / Jumbo Tour office (M-F 9-6 or book online) 10 minutes away where you can book daytrips for under 6000 yen & the closest pickup spot is 'Okinawa Kariyushi Urban Resort Naha' 沖縄かりゆしアーバンリゾート・ナハ next to Tomarin, basically the same building, but pickup is actually closer to the park.

There is a considerable distance from the hotel. Also, umbrellas are essential on rainy days. The car has a parking lot. Beautiful at the hotel that opened! Check-in is smooth and the staff is smiling and polite, and the explanation is firm and polite. There are 2 elevators and you can wait a little. The elevator works by touching the room key and pressing the button to ride the elevator. If you ride from the accommodation room floor, you don't need a card touch. The room is auto locked with a card key. When you enter the room, there is a card holder on the wall, and when you stab the card, it will be electric. The room is twin and spacious and beautiful. The bathroom bus of the unit bus is deep and slowly put in. Amenities such as toothbrush, razor, cotton swab are not installed in the room, so you get at the front desk. The desk is wide and the height is just good, and the desk work such as the personal computer is easy. However, since the chair is not backrested on the sofa, the work for a long time is tired, so it is good to work on the round table, but in that case, the outlet becomes far away, so an extension cable is necessary. There are lots of Mr Kinjos around, many of which seem quite old, but this hotel appears to have been built more recently. The hotel is located near a monorail station and within 20min walk of Kokusaidori. We drove to the hotel and there is a carpark just a across the road for 700yen/24hrs. The check in was smooth and quick. They took MasterCard as payment. It looks like the reception is only there 1500-2400. We were on the top floor (level 10). The room is basically a studio apartment. There is a kitchenette with induction stovetop and microwave. There were not cooking or eating utensils but I think from the information booklet you can ask for them. The bathroom was great and has a separate shower room, a Japanese bidet toilet and a washing machine. There was no dryer but there was a very strong exhaust in the bathroom that dried our towels completely overnight. The bed was a comfy double bed. The room overall was very clean. It is also located right next to Sakaemachi arcade which is full of izakayas open late into the night. There is also a 24hr supermarket located just on the other side of the arcade. Overall this was a great place and I would stay here again.

The room is the largest one of the several hotels I have stayed in Okinawa. It is fully equipped and the washing machine is fast. The dryer has to operate 2 times to dry the clothes. If the counter also provides better laundry detergent, you can buy it according to the amount, because I bought at least a box of 6 bags in the convenience store.
I don't know if it is raining and wet on the first day. When I open the air conditioner, there is a little smell regardless of the cold and warm air. I opened the terrace door to sleep that night.

The coin-operated laundry room opens next to the front desk and is located in the backyard or courtyard. The washing machine is 200 yen for 30 minutes, the clothes dryer is 100 yen for 30 minutes, and the washing powder is 50 yen per bag, at the front desk or something. There is no money changer because it is a place like the outdoors. You should get 100 yen coins and detergent before the front desk is unattended. The 100 yen dryer is a bit dry, although 200 yen is not enough. It depends on the amount of laundry and humidity when using the dryer.
Wifi is very comfortable and TV can only be played on the ground. The water pressure in the shower is sufficient. Minimal convenience facilities. Except for guest rooms, they are also placed at the front desk when there is no one. It's nice to have a large pajama.
If you don't take a ferry to remote islands, there are better hotels with similar rates as Kokusai Street, but if you just stay for a short time, that's great.
