Although it's not at the center of the city, it's easy to get to the center by public transport, and there are few restaurants and supermarket nearby. The hotel is situated in a perfect location. It is in downtown and a few steps from the tram B. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed. My room was very quiet, although pretty small. I won’t recommend it for two people. The staff is gentle and professional. 🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill.
🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday.

Hotel location is very good and safe in the center of Bordeaux. This street is quieter at night. My room has a nice balcony. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The attitude towards the guests is very professional and helps in everything.

I enjoyed my stay in Bordeaux at this Appart Hotel. I walked there from the train station, it is not far but not close. At the beginning, I wasn't able to find it as it is off the main street, but once I know my way around, it's not bad! There are washers and dryers on-site and you can purchase tokens at the reception. I was told there is a sauna but I didn't have time to check it out. The lady at the reception is friendly, and there are candy bars and ready-to-microwave meals available for purchase. I would definitely come back to this hotel as the room has a microwave, fridge and pots, kitchenware for cooking a light meal. The room and bathroom are a bigger than most hotel bathrooms and bedrooms. The two photos are the nice view from my hotel room.FromJPY 10,250

For a multinational competition team, having a microwave oven, kitchen and refrigerator can solve too many problems. Of course, it would be even better to have an oven and washing machine. The bed in the bedroom is good, but the sofa bed is really uncomfortable. It can be comfortable even with air conditioning during the hottest hours. There is a Carrefour city nearby, but the price is a bit expensive. If you want to go to Lidy, a cheap supermarket, you have to take the tram for two stops, but you can walk there . The entrance of this hotel in Bordeaux is small, it is only a single door, in the back streets, there are one-way streets that cannot turn around and are difficult to drive. Long parking is not allowed. Self-driving cars have to stop and walk for five minutes in the underground public parking lot of Bordeaux Exchange Square , 25 Euro a night. The hotel has its own restaurant, the front desk and other pictures are quite different from what is provided online. They are actually simple and all self-service. The accommodation only gives a very retro key, which must be handed over to the front desk every time you go out. The elevator in the hotel is very small, the room is small, the bed in the triple room is small, and the bathroom is also small. The room has a double-layered window that can be opened, carpet floor, good hygiene, and complete toiletries. Do not open the windows at night, because outside is a garbage dump, it is very noisy in the middle of the night, and there are always loud noises of loading and unloading. A bit quirky modern decoration, but the room is quite big, and everything is super clean with helpful staffs at all time (can feel the Marriott signature here). Gina restaurant on level 9 is not bad at all though a relatively limited a la carte menu (restaurant is also breakfast place with a very good breakfast buffet). There is also an indoor pool on level 9, great for winter though level of chlorine was quite high (so you don't soak as long as u wish?). The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the whole process of guidance from entering the door to staying. The rooms are modern and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are high-end and the wet and dry are separated. Daily cleaning is meticulous and even the corners are spotless. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety. It was great. A great chart for those who want to stay in Bo-bo (boheme&burjuvazi) for the first time to go to Bordeaux. The rooms are quite clean, the hotel staff is quite helpful.
