We enjoyed our stay at Vista Vallarta in December 2024. The was great and very helpful.
Our room was in the new tower and was big with a great view of the ocean and beach. The room could have been cleaner as the floor looked as though it was mopped with a dirty mop and the walls were dirty. The bed and bathroom were clean and our water was stocked daily. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee provided (maybe you need to ask for this?)
The pool was heated and the service as the pool bar was great. The food was also good and service was fast during the day. The restaurant does close early (8:00pm with last call around 7:30pm) so if you are looking for any nightly entertainment there is none at this hotel.
The location is a bit of a ways from central Bucerias. If you enjoy a long walk it is walkable. We had a golf cart so it was easy to get around.From€220

This is a spacious, corner unit (1,800 sqft) with a large wraparound balcony opening to a breathtaking, 180-degree ocean view and direct beach access. It is dedicated to luxury and comfort. Automatic shades (push a button and take in the views) and 10' ceilings give you a sensation of open space. Enjoy the heated infinity pool, elevator, lobby, gym, 24x7 gated security and direct beach access. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. The building sits directly on the beach. Our building built an ocean breakwater / jetty that protects our beach and makes it very kid friendly. This is a "new" building that was delivered in 2023 about 1.5 miles (2.4km) north of Bucerias Centro in an absolutely beautiful beachfront location. Baklava is a new restaurant that is directly beside our building (walk from the pool!). Sukha Beach house is less than a 5-minute walk on the beach. We are only ~20 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic), ~15 minutes to Punta Mita, ~10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta / Vidanta, ~25 minutes to Sayulita and ~5 minutes to the Marina in La Cruz. There is a small restaurant in the pool area where you can buy beer/wine/cocktails and small plates like nachos and guacamole. Rate is in US dollars.This cute 2 BR/2 BA condo has a master bedroom with a king sized bed & an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has lots of space and two twin beds. There is a full guest bathroom too. Air conditioning is available in each bedroom and the main living space. There was a CO and SMOKE DETECTOR in the common area as well as one of each inside of each bedroom. Guests deactivate them seasonally.The kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, a microwave, coffee makers, a margarita blender, a water cooler, a counter oven, & a slow cooker.Condo Sereno has wireless internet that reaches to the pool.Condo Sereno is located in the Suites Malvinas, an older three-story six-plex. It is on the second floor. There is no elevator. Suites Malvinas is on a cul-de-sac which makes for low-traffic. There is one off-street parking spot. In addition, the caretakers of the property live on-site, gates are locked in the evenings and lights are on for safety.There is a shaded private upper level beach with lots of room for entertaining, relaxing with a book or taking in an always spectacular sunset. The garden area near the pool offers plenty of room to spread out and relax! The common area with the Z-shaped pool & palapa is very inviting. The pool is well maintained, and has two levels; a shallow-ish end and a deeper end for a refreshing dip. Our unit has two dedicated sling lounge chairs.If you fancy the ocean and the beach, we have a beach umbrella, a mat, & beach chairs.If there is anything we have not covered, please send us an email and ask. Gaze out at the ocean, listening to the surf, while lounging on the large patio of our 4th floor oceanfront condo. With a coffee in hand in the morning or margarita at sunset, you will surely appreciate the spectacular view north of the sunset over Punta Mita and south towards Puerto Vallarta, framing the five mile stretch of tranquil beach. The most beautiful infinity pools in Bucerias awaits just below you. There are views from most places in this unit; the open and spacious dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, master bedroom and bathroom as well as a look straight through the open door of the guest room. Other comfortable amenities include two sets of motorized UV protecting blackout blinds and see through blinds if you want the view but a bit less heat. The patio stretches the full length of the condo, from Master Bedroom on the left to the living room on the right. There is a separate laundry room. The immaculate and well kept building has a gym with machines, free weights, exercise balls, treadmills and stationary bikes on the first floor with glass on three sides for views out to the pool and ocean. It's a lovely place to get a bit of exercise after a walk or run on the beach!The feel of the condo building and grounds is intimate, classy and usually pretty quiet (other than the ocean). There is 24 hour security and the grounds are and well kept. Location, location, location…The condo is a short walk to restaurants, cafes and local shops to the right up Lázaro Cárdenas and a very short walk left to downtown Bucerias where you’ll find the traditional square with taco and churro stands, bands and Huichol Indians selling their wares. A slew of restaurants, bars and other attractions are walkable to the north or south.If you plan to explore the Riviera Nayarit or south to Puerto Vallarta and have a rental car, we have a secure dedicated parking spot.***IDEAL RENTERS***This building is part residential with long time owners who spend much of the year in Bucerias and part owners who visit but also rent to others. Ideal renters will treat our unit and this building as if it was someone's home - as it is for many. Being a good neighbor is important to us and there are HOA rules that must be followed. You will be expected to read these rules and sign that you understand them. Violations may result in deposit being withheld. Our unit is great for couples, families or friend groups (4 people max) who are seeking a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere and understand the importance of maintaining this during their stay. It sleeps up to four adults comfortably (one King and one Queen). There are two single inflatable beds with a pump (ideal for kids) in the guest bedroom closet, if kids prefer not to share a bed.***BUCERIAS AND COVID UPDATE 3/21***The state of Nayarit has recently relaxed it's COVID restrictions due to improvement in numbers meaning beaches, restaurants, shops, gallaries and the like are open. Masks are required inside all businesses and many locals wear them in the streets. I was here in early March (Lisa) and so found Bucerias to feel safe with mindful behaviors as you would anywhere to prevent the spread of COVID (masks, distancing and frequent hand washing). The condo itself has COVID protocols in place which will be sent to you should you plan to rent our unit. You are expected to follow these protocols as our guests out of respect for the health and safety of you and others around you. In between guests, the unit is cleaned with a high quality disinfecting agent used in healthcare settings called Virex II 256. We enjoyed our stay at Vista Vallarta in December 2024. The was great and very helpful.
Our room was in the new tower and was big with a great view of the ocean and beach. The room could have been cleaner as the floor looked as though it was mopped with a dirty mop and the walls were dirty. The bed and bathroom were clean and our water was stocked daily. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee provided (maybe you need to ask for this?)
The pool was heated and the service as the pool bar was great. The food was also good and service was fast during the day. The restaurant does close early (8:00pm with last call around 7:30pm) so if you are looking for any nightly entertainment there is none at this hotel.
The location is a bit of a ways from central Bucerias. If you enjoy a long walk it is walkable. We had a golf cart so it was easy to get around.From€220

Our room was in the new tower and was big with a great view of the ocean and beach. The room could have been cleaner as the floor looked as though it was mopped with a dirty mop and the walls were dirty. The bed and bathroom were clean and our water was stocked daily. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee provided (maybe you need to ask for this?)
The pool was heated and the service as the pool bar was great. The food was also good and service was fast during the day. The restaurant does close early (8:00pm with last call around 7:30pm) so if you are looking for any nightly entertainment there is none at this hotel.
The location is a bit of a ways from central Bucerias. If you enjoy a long walk it is walkable. We had a golf cart so it was easy to get around.
