It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL.
About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL
The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables.
I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people.

Our family room was quite spacious, clean and buffet breakfast was also good. But the hallway was very dim and we had problem with the lift too because it was quite small compare to normal size lift. The location of the hotel is near to a mosque or Cami which we had the pleasure to pray fajr. My father and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and were generally very pleased. The hotel was extremely clean and its location was great. It was within walking distance of shopping malls and restaurants, which made it very convenient.
Although I couldn't use the thermal pool, my father said that he found it very clean and liked it very much. The breakfast was fresh and delicious; there was something for everyone's taste. The service staff was very kind and thoughtful. When they saw my medicine on the table, they immediately brought me water, which was a small but very sweet courtesy.
The room cleaning lady was also extremely kind. We were also happy that she never left our treats unfinished.

Kaldığımız oda ***et kullanışlı ve temizdi. Banyoda musluğun üzerine diş fırçası vs koymak için küçük bir raf koyarsanız; daha iyi olur. Bir de camları kapatıp açarken kornişler camlara çok yakın olduğundan biraz zorlanıyor.

The hotel was clean, the workers were very kind and laughing. The tea watch and the discounts were much better and delicious than we expected. Health in the boss' hands. It's a good idea that there was a quiet area in the spa section, but once in this section we met an interesting guests with children aged 3-4, once bombing the pool, fortunately they didn't take a long time (!). Maybe it would be good if there were staff in the spa department that checked these situations and warned if needed. Secondly, the spa department was overheat everywhere. We already use a very hot water, a steam room, sauna, etc., and then the temperature is a little disturbing when the temperature is at 30-35 degrees. The temperature of the two pools is high, the jacuzzi only in the quiet area is a little colder, I wish there was a thermal pool and a normal pool. Eating-drinking, market, taxis, etc. are available around the hotel.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk.
We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.
Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.

I spent three nights at this hotel and was very satisfied overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The room was clean, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and hygienic. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day.
The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious—it included fresh fruit, a variety of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes. The coffee was also very good.
The hotel's location is ideal—central, with good public transport connections. Many attractions were within walking distance.
My only minor criticism: the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

I completed the reservation with the spa option when booking the hotel, but they said that the hotel was also authorized and not served for the entry, but they had already made the information. I would ask to continue using the open pool without problems but the pool was in the incredible piste to be held with a lot of dead bees and mosquitoes. Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min.
Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel.
Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei.
Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.FromTWD 1,823

The hotel is a little unsatisfactory and close to the highway, there is no own parking, but it wasn't a problem because it was quiet on the street. The hotel has a very nice hot atmosphere inside and design. We didn't use spa but its rooms were clean and wide. They have a pleasant design and ease. There were only white sleeves in a box we didn't want to use it. Besides, we had kettle bags of tea, water and granules in our coffee room. I'll come back with the soaps and the little stuff in the toilet, with a very sweet thought. It was the only type of breakfast but it was enoughFromTWD 1,464

This is our second time to stay at Turkuaz hotel. We like this hotel and would like to stay at here again. Room is comfortable and clean with good size of space. Staffs and facilities are all very good. Breakfast is super good with great varieties. This time our bathroom is quite small which the door even could not fully open before hitting the toilet.
