It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL.
About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL
The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables.
I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people.

They traveled by transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul Airport, stayed for a night. Choose a place next to the shopping center to rest and buy something, and not to go to the city at the same time. The hotel is not new, but cleanliness and service at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite diverse, not luxurious, but choice is. The customer-oriented service, the requests are responded adequately, the number was given higher, as we asked, allowed to leave free later, as we didn't manage. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, for transit or business trip I would strongly recommend, for recreation is unlikely to suit, the place is very specific - around the track, shopping and industrial zone. The hotel was clean, the workers were very kind and laughing. The tea watch and the discounts were much better and delicious than we expected. Health in the boss' hands. It's a good idea that there was a quiet area in the spa section, but once in this section we met an interesting guests with children aged 3-4, once bombing the pool, fortunately they didn't take a long time (!). Maybe it would be good if there were staff in the spa department that checked these situations and warned if needed. Secondly, the spa department was overheat everywhere. We already use a very hot water, a steam room, sauna, etc., and then the temperature is a little disturbing when the temperature is at 30-35 degrees. The temperature of the two pools is high, the jacuzzi only in the quiet area is a little colder, I wish there was a thermal pool and a normal pool. Eating-drinking, market, taxis, etc. are available around the hotel.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in.
I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically?

I would never have thought that the hotel would be this clean. It is absolutely very good, from the sparkling clean room to the beds, from the corridor to the bathrooms and toilets. I read in the comments that the breakfast should be improved, but it is not relevant, they make a breakfast plate per person, everything is plentiful, we were 4 adults and 1 child, we will definitely come back. I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and everything was fantastic. The apartment was easy to find using Google Maps, and it offers free parking conveniently close to the main entrance. The owner was very helpful and even assisted us with bringing our luggage to our room, which made our arrival so much easier. The apartment was clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. This hotel left me with very mixed feelings. On one hand, the food was amazing, the staff polite, and the spa area good. But on the other hand, there were downsides:
1) The hotel is located away from the main skiing area. If there's not much snow and no ski-in access to the main slopes, they recommend taking a taxi, as there's no shuttle service. You can forget about ski-in/ski-out.
2) Although the spa area is well-designed, for some reason the jacuzzi wasn't working, and the water was cold.
3) The equipment rental and ski center in general. Firstly, they couldn't answer questions about what was operational and what wasn't. Secondly, the prices absolutely did not match the quality. Renting a helmet cost half the price of a full ski set – I've never encountered such pricing before. And of course, the prices in the main skiing area are better, even if the equipment isn't as good.
My summary is this: if your main goal is skiing, and there happens to be a problem with snow, this hotel definitely doesn't justify its cost. If your goal is relaxation and the mountains in general, then I think it's an excellent option, especially if the spa area gets repaired.FromSGD 447

The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

This is our second time to stay at Turkuaz hotel. We like this hotel and would like to stay at here again. Room is comfortable and clean with good size of space. Staffs and facilities are all very good. Breakfast is super good with great varieties. This time our bathroom is quite small which the door even could not fully open before hitting the toilet. It’s a little bit hard to get in and out of the bathroom. We highly recommend Turkuaz Hotel.

The breakfast was very good and rich enough to eat. The eggs with pure egg flavor are very extra points. After eating the earthy breakfast with chips and fried cheese strips, a watermelon is very greasy, but it seems that watermelon is not available every day.
