We had an amazing stay at Pearl of Trawangan! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the facilities were excellent, and the swimming pool was beautiful. One of the best parts was the stunning beachfront location. Waking up to the sea view every morning was truly unforgettable. Gili Trawangan itself is such a beautiful island, and staying at Pearl of Trawangan made the experience even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time with my partner.

I actually cried when we left this villa! I'm truly speechless when it comes to describing the range of emotions and experiences that made up our vacation! It was unforgettable! The warmth and responsiveness of the staff, the excellent location, the cleanliness and comfort, the peace and quiet... I could go on forever! Everything was perfect, without exception – the room, the design, the grounds. The housekeeping was impeccable, not a speck of dust in the room, and the grounds were constantly maintained. The beach is just a stone's throw away, the water is crystal clear, there are lots of turtles, and beautiful fish. We walked at low tide to the turn on the left side, and from there, we started snorkeling along the edge of the reef where turtles gather in groups of 3-5. We even saw a venerable lady about a meter long. It's incredibly beautiful, they look like they're flying. Larger fish also swim in from the deep there. There are cats on the hotel grounds, so don't be lazy, pack a bag of cat food in your suitcase, and they'll thank you with their purrs. Not far from the hotel, there's a cat shelter where they treat sick animals, and also sell food and souvenirs, with the proceeds going towards animal care. Don't miss catching at least one sunrise and watching a sunset; photos simply don't do the beauty justice. After swimming to our heart's content and enjoying delicious dinners, we slept like babies on the comfortable beds, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of birdsong. It was a vacation for the mind and body, feeling as if we were in paradise. A special thank you to the staff who create this incredible atmosphere.

We loved this hotel in every way, it was in the most perfect location, incredibly quiet, on the most perfect tropical beach, with the most stunning swimming pools. The rooms were amazing large and with an extremely comfortable bed, we adored our large outdoor bathroom with the round circular bath and overhead rain fall shower. This hotel was our favourite place to stay so far with its beauty, antiques all over the grounds and in the most idealic setting. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and thoughtful. I very much hope to return and can not recommend it enough.

JIVANA!! This hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the elegance of the place and the peaceful setting. The rooms are magnificent, carefully decorated and quite comfortable with a large outdoor bathroom. Everything is designed to guarantee total peace of mind. You can see fish and large turtles... it's pure bliss. The staff is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. We even had a perfectly adapted baby bed. The swimming pool is quite large. The plated breakfast is delicious and served in a peaceful atmosphere. The spa activities are superb, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation. A true paradise that we don't want to leave. An address to share without hesitation!

A hotel that brought us a lot of surprises and warm feelings, we booked a two-bedroom villa. The hotel front desk manager saw that we were 5 people and immediately upgraded our three-bedroom villa. This is a big villa with a sea view. The room is spacious and everyone can live very comfortably. My son doesn't go to the beach every day in the private pool. Every waiter in the hotel restaurant is very enthusiastic and wants to learn Chinese, especially when I see my parents want to. Eat hot noodle soup, let the chef order seafood noodle soup, the two old people said that this is the most delicious noodle soup we have eaten in this ten-day journey, and the hotel front desk manager arranged the Lengmu Island sengjiji car and boat intermodal package Also very perfect, the price is much cheaper than Taobao, the key is that the Clippers directly to the hotel's beach to pick us up. Unfortunately, our trip to Gili T Island is only two days. I really want to stay in Kokomo for two more nights. If you have the chance to come back to Gili T, we will definitely stay in Kokomo.

Nous avons eu petit bungalow derrière la route dans un coin sans vue ! Nous avons demandé pour changer mais il fallait faire un gros surplus pas très commercial puisque nous étions seul ! La nourriture est très bonne et le staff très souriant et gentil  un peu cher pour les repas car taxe de 21%  Et hôtel très isolé scooter ou taxi nécessaire !

This was a lovely stay! Front desk manager was the nicest person I've met on this island. The hotel has its own beach with a wonderful coral reef where thousands of fish live. The breakfast here was basic in selection, but quite delicious anyways. The room was clean, big, and comfortable, but it would definitely benefit from some updating, especially the bathroom. Nevertheless, it was an amazing stay!

Villas look new, but somehow there's quite obvious wear and tear across the property. The bedrooms could really be cleaner, lots of dust, spiderwebs. The real problem was the mozzies, no coil provided, so i had to get my own because the house was invaded by mozzies on the first night. They gave me a bug spray but I was concerned about the toxic chemicals across the bedroom so I couldnt use it as much. Overall its a lovely property, could just be better maintained.

It is located near epicentrum. This is an okay hotel if you need to re-check your needs to Gili. If you forget some things (Like I do. I forget to bring suimsuit. Wow...isn't it?) I bought some suim suit at the mall. Nail clipper, sunblock too. Other than that, I dunno why I would recommend this hotel. I could have been wiser to spend my money at other hotel. But if you must, don't try their breakfast. Un-hygiene. This is not suitable for family with kids.

Just a few steps away is the luxury hotel Bask; I ate there for dinner, which cost three times the price of a typical hotel, but the food wasn't worth the extra cost. Facilities: The hotel pool is small, but that's okay, the beach is right outside the door, so there's no need to swim in the indoor pool. Cleanliness: Good, the staff are very nice. Cleaning is done daily. Service: Excellent.

Overall, the hotel was okay; we stayed for one night. I didn't like that they mixed up my breakfast and insisted it was what I ordered, but they didn't change it, so oh well. The pool was nice, the location was okay, and we rented a bike nearby. It cost 250,000 at the hotel, but we got one for 150,000 for a night at a nearby hotel. We checked in early and checked out late, no issues there.

We stayed in a family bungalow with four families, including two children. ■ Good point Stand. Enough to walk from the boat stop. It may be a little bad to roll your suitcase, but there are convenience stores, shops, and pharmacies along the way, and you can get most of them. There is a restaurant at the hotel on the beach, and it was very pleasant to have breakfast on the beach and take the sea breeze. You can enjoy seafood barbecue in a relaxed atmosphere for dinner. The taste was neutral for tourists. It's about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the northern snorkeling point. Staff is very warm and friendly. I am a traveler from Japan, but when we entered the reception, I was impressed that all the staff greeted me in Japanese. お Department House が Quick and suitable. The family bungalow had a bunk bed and the children were delighted! The water server was also very helpful in the hot Gili Island, where you drink a lot of water. The air conditioner worked well and the hot water in the shower came out sufficiently. Every morning cleaning was done early and it was very clean. I think it's a perfect room.

We arrived at the amazing island of Trawangan, and from the port to the hotel, it was a 3-kilometer journey. You can rent a bicycle for 250 rubles a day, an electric bike for 900 rubles a day, or take a horse for 1000 rubles just to the hotel. The hotel is luxurious. Even my picky wife loved everything. Housekeeping every day. We asked to move the beds together, and it was done. The air conditioning works perfectly! The staff is very helpful. The sea is 150 meters from the hotel. The breakfast on the beach is wonderful. Everything for the hotel guests is excellent. There's a shop and currency exchange nearby! Special thanks to the guy ANNGA. He always helped us with everything. There are two open-air movie screenings in the evening! Well done!!!! They're earning their 4 stars, performing like a 5-star hotel!

Experienced a unique tent ⛺️ room, the white veil satisfies the beauty of a girl, the hotel service is super good, the staff patiently explained the route of the entire island, told us where to snorkel to see turtles, how to use keys and safes, attitude Super good. The tent has air conditioners and fans. It also has hot water for bathing. I like bamboo toilets. The tent is surrounded by flowers and trees. It is very quiet at night. You can hear the songbirds. The only inconvenience is that the way out is not very good. Go, there are no street lights at night, the hotel provides flashlights, free bicycles, and you can also book a carriage in advance. The location is relatively biased. We took a long time to find it. Thanks to the accompaniment of the hot weather of Xiaomi Mile, if you want to experience a different accommodation You can consider this eco-resort hotel. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.  The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low. Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.  The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb. And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

This stay was much more than I expected. I originally booked this hotel as a last-minute emergency for one night, but I ended up wishing I had booked my entire three-day stay here! What stood out: A Special Shoutout to ”Superman”: I have to give a special mention to my driver, Superman. He was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment I met him, I knew I was going to fall in love with my stay at this hotel. He made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The Room & View: The room was incredibly spacious. Even though I booked a garden view, I was given a generous upgrade to a partial ocean view. From the beautiful bathroom to the balcony, the scenery was breathtaking. Exceptional Service: The service went above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp and were extremely flexible in helping me book a private tour for the same day. The Experience: They arranged a pickup for me directly from the Lombok port. I rented a GoPro through them for the tour, and despite the rain, the team was so kind and accommodating. Dining: I had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding with an incredible view. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and the attention to detail was amazing. I truly regret not staying here for my whole trip. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is excellent, with all villas featuring private pools. It's about an hour and a half from the airport and 20 minutes from Lombok Zoo. ATM Island is directly opposite, and you can rent a boat to get there. In front of the hotel, there's a coconut grove, with local fishing boats to the left and a stretch of beach chairs to the right. The restaurant is located on a small hill, a 3-5 minute walk, or you can request an electric buggy from the hotel for a ride; the views are fantastic. The service is warm, and the staff are all very friendly. If you're going snorkeling, you can borrow a life jacket, but they do need to be replaced soon. In the evening, you can go beachcombing. Overall, highly recommended!

This hotel on Gili T was fantastic, I was actually sad to leave! Given how natural and untouched the island is, getting a room and service of this quality felt like an absolute steal. The room itself was huge, with a shared lawn in the front and a private backyard featuring a pool, outdoor sun loungers, a toilet, and an outdoor shower. The hotel's private beach wasn't very big, but the views were absolutely stunning.

Really loved the character of the staff. They're so polite courteous and very friendly. Some may be just in training, but they worked very hard to satisfy your needs. And the location is brilliant, especially if you're a surfer - 5 mins walk from your room, and you're just a 2 min paddle to a class reef break. There's also good reef snorkeling just in front of the hotel. And the hotel's grounds are spacious and well maintained. The downside... 1) The rooms are showing their age, and sound proofing is non existent (so, go for the bungalows for more privacy). 2) The breakfast restaurant struggles when the hotel is busy. They only have one coffee machine serving ~30 - 40 tables, or ~100 diners! Consequently, a good coffee can take time to arrive. Meanwhile, the food in the warmers is more often than not cold. However, on the positive side, there's a wide range of food options for bfast.

The resort is located next to pier which is very convient for travellers to and from other island in Indonesia. The site was huge and nicely decorated. The pool was equipped with a volleyball net and water slide which is perfect for everyone. They have daily activities arranged to entertain guests, eg yoga, fun golf etc. A lot of Breakfast options and the food was delicious. The only problem we got was a bit of drainage smell at the toilet and the drainage was slow. All the all, we would love to visit again.

Without a doubt, the best thing about the hotel is its staff: kind, friendly and very efficient. As an example, the taxi we had ordered to go to the airport on the last day left us stranded and thanks to the young man at the reception we were able to arrive on time. There was no transfer available at the hotel, but he did us the enormous favor of calling people he knew to get us a ride. The facilities are amazing too. We were also lucky that there was little occupancy, so there were days when we were alone in the pool. Regarding cleanliness, it is true that it has been the cleanest hotel we have been to in Indonesia, but if you are looking for European cleanliness standards, you will not find them. The bathroom needed a good dose of anti-limescale and anti-rust.

Incredibly attentive staff! First-class service! The guys are just great! We felt their care all the time, everything we asked for was done very quickly! Thank you very much for this! The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices. There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road. Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

The hotel environment is excellent, with all villas featuring private pools. It's about an hour and a half from the airport and 20 minutes from Lombok Zoo. ATM Island is directly opposite, and you can rent a boat to get there. In front of the hotel, there's a coconut grove, with local fishing boats to the left and a stretch of beach chairs to the right. The restaurant is located on a small hill, a 3-5 minute walk, or you can request an electric buggy from the hotel for a ride; the views are fantastic. The service is warm, and the staff are all very friendly. If you're going snorkeling, you can borrow a life jacket, but they do need to be replaced soon. In the evening, you can go beachcombing. Overall, highly recommended!

Hotel wise kinda old Room is old especially the aircon The toilet amenities is the worst, the hair dryer is so weak that even short hair takes forever to dry The toilet design will make the whole toilet floor wet as per the picture Facilities wise, very small pool, small gym that only have 2 equipment no weights Staff is attentive The room really need renovation and upgrade

The resort is very nice. Staff members were friendly. Facilities and rooms were old and a bit worn-out but were clean and well-maintained. I liked the pool which was large and well-maintained. We loved the beach front restaurant experience where we can have over meals overseeing the beach. The sandy beach was also nice and peaceful in the morning and sometime frequented by turtles between 7 to 8:30am. The beach was west-facing and the sunset view was astonishing. Only that the location did not have much shopping areas and restaurants but we were pleased to find two 24-hr marts nearby. Location was very quiet and provide much serenity to our stay.

After my rinjani hike I decide to stay at a nice place to rest. Indeed my choice was perfect. Ambience here is great. Took a hot shower and went to a pre book massage which was unbelievably comfortable. Food I recommend the spagetti bolognese which was super good. Pizza and dessert was normal and could be improved. I had beers too which was a great way for me to chill. Had a good time.
