LOVED this hotel!!! Hands down the most beautiful hotel on the island. This place offers stunning beach vibes with little apartments and lovely outdoor spaces that make it so easy to relax and soak up the island lifestyle. We actually rented bikes and rode around the entire island, and this was easily the most beautiful hotel we saw! The pool is the absolute main feature here—great cocktails and an amazing vibe. The rooms were nice, and the outdoor shower was the cutest touch! My only minor critique regarding the room would be the lack of shower gel holders and towel rails near the actual shower itself. Food-wise, breakfast was incredible. It can take quite some time—you could easily spend an hour there—but it wasn't a problem for us because they bring out croissants and pastries while you wait, keeping you full while you enjoy the beautiful views. An absolutely stunning stay, I can't wait to go back!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the beachfront with private sun loungers. The staff are welcoming, and there's a tap outside each villa to rinse off sand after the beach. We were greeted wonderfully and checked in immediately as our room was ready. They promptly brought welcome drinks and cold towels. Regarding the downsides: there are no disposable toothbrushes or body lotion. The water isn't in disposable bottles but in a carafe that you have to refill yourself in the lobby. The room is very dark with insufficient lighting. The windows aren't airtight, leading to high street noise, especially when the call to prayer starts at night. The refrigerator is also very noisy. The air conditioner is positioned to blow directly onto the bed, so we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. The AC is also loud. There were strange worm-like caterpillars crawling in the bathroom and room. There are no power outlets near the beds. Breakfast is à la carte, with an additional buffet offering vegetables, fruits, cheese, cold cuts, and pastries. The breakfast food isn't very good; poached eggs were overcooked. A plus is that you can order several dishes from the menu. The latte coffee was very bitter, and I had to add milk myself. I believe the price for this hotel is too high. The only plus is the location – it's conveniently situated a 10-minute walk from the port and has a beach spot where you can see turtles.

We loved this hotel in every way, it was in the most perfect location, incredibly quiet, on the most perfect tropical beach, with the most stunning swimming pools. The rooms were amazing large and with an extremely comfortable bed, we adored our large outdoor bathroom with the round circular bath and overhead rain fall shower. This hotel was our favourite place to stay so far with its beauty, antiques all over the grounds and in the most idealic setting. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind and thoughtful. I very much hope to return and can not recommend it enough.

JIVANA!! This hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the elegance of the place and the peaceful setting. The rooms are magnificent, carefully decorated and quite comfortable with a large outdoor bathroom. Everything is designed to guarantee total peace of mind. You can see fish and large turtles... it's pure bliss. The staff is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. We even had a perfectly adapted baby bed. The swimming pool is quite large. The plated breakfast is delicious and served in a peaceful atmosphere. The spa activities are superb, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation. A true paradise that we don't want to leave. An address to share without hesitation!

A hotel that brought us a lot of surprises and warm feelings, we booked a two-bedroom villa. The hotel front desk manager saw that we were 5 people and immediately upgraded our three-bedroom villa. This is a big villa with a sea view. The room is spacious and everyone can live very comfortably. My son doesn't go to the beach every day in the private pool. Every waiter in the hotel restaurant is very enthusiastic and wants to learn Chinese, especially when I see my parents want to. Eat hot noodle soup, let the chef order seafood noodle soup, the two old people said that this is the most delicious noodle soup we have eaten in this ten-day journey, and the hotel front desk manager arranged the Lengmu Island sengjiji car and boat intermodal package Also very perfect, the price is much cheaper than Taobao, the key is that the Clippers directly to the hotel's beach to pick us up. Unfortunately, our trip to Gili T Island is only two days. I really want to stay in Kokomo for two more nights. If you have the chance to come back to Gili T, we will definitely stay in Kokomo.

This was a lovely stay! Front desk manager was the nicest person I've met on this island. The hotel has its own beach with a wonderful coral reef where thousands of fish live. The breakfast here was basic in selection, but quite delicious anyways. The room was clean, big, and comfortable, but it would definitely benefit from some updating, especially the bathroom. Nevertheless, it was an amazing stay!

Villas look new, but somehow there's quite obvious wear and tear across the property. The bedrooms could really be cleaner, lots of dust, spiderwebs. The real problem was the mozzies, no coil provided, so i had to get my own because the house was invaded by mozzies on the first night. They gave me a bug spray but I was concerned about the toxic chemicals across the bedroom so I couldnt use it as much. Overall its a lovely property, could just be better maintained.

We stayed in a family bungalow with four families, including two children. ■ Good point Stand. Enough to walk from the boat stop. It may be a little bad to roll your suitcase, but there are convenience stores, shops, and pharmacies along the way, and you can get most of them. There is a restaurant at the hotel on the beach, and it was very pleasant to have breakfast on the beach and take the sea breeze. You can enjoy seafood barbecue in a relaxed atmosphere for dinner. The taste was neutral for tourists. It's about 15 to 20 minutes walk to the northern snorkeling point. Staff is very warm and friendly. I am a traveler from Japan, but when we entered the reception, I was impressed that all the staff greeted me in Japanese. お Department House が Quick and suitable. The family bungalow had a bunk bed and the children were delighted! The water server was also very helpful in the hot Gili Island, where you drink a lot of water. The air conditioner worked well and the hot water in the shower came out sufficiently. Every morning cleaning was done early and it was very clean. I think it's a perfect room.

The tent has air conditioners and fans. It also has hot water for bathing. I like bamboo toilets. The tent is surrounded by flowers and trees. It is very quiet at night. You can hear the songbirds. The only inconvenience is that the way out is not very good. Go, there are no street lights at night, the hotel provides flashlights, free bicycles, and you can also book a carriage in advance. The location is relatively biased. We took a long time to find it. Thanks to the accompaniment of the hot weather of Xiaomi Mile, if you want to experience a different accommodation You can consider this eco-resort hotel. However, it is quite rundown and needs a refresh, especially the toilet.  The toilet bowl has stains and the overall bathing area are mouldy. I understand we’re in the middle of nature but I would expect better maintenance. Plus the water pressure was low. Maybe it was the rainy season (it rains every evening/overnight), the area is filled with millipedes everywhere, the worst part is that they are in the villa as the doors/sliding doors have gaps. We’re fine if the insects stay outdoors but the millipedes enter our villa every single time and they appear at every creak of the villa. It was tiring trying to keep them out of the villa.  The redeeming factor for the villa is really the view, the Indonesian cuisine at Aura and their prompt service. The view is as amazing as you see on their website, if not more. And they have exceptional food at their restaurant and the service was superb. And yes, there are monkeys in the morning and evenings. The staffs will inform you upon check-in, to lock the doors and avoid eye contact.

Our several night stay was delightful.. We really appreciated everything about this resort. The location was desirable for us in Sengigi and is also set back from the busy road providing a quiet atmosphere. The service level was brilliant with every interaction with staff professional and positive. Special shoutout to Chef Jiandi who kindly assisted to navigate through the extensive menu. Food quality and ambiance is exceptional matched with a perfect service level, despite prices punching a tad higher than similar Lombok properties. Room is gorgeously appointed, spacious, quiet, impeccably clean and both of our rooms had excellent views towards the beach. The bedtime stories and cookies are a thoughtful touch and treat. Pool and surrounds are beautiful and ample lounges provide a nice level of comfort. Beach bar is wonderful for sunset drinks and beyond with those gorgeous Lombok sunsets ever so memorable.

I must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day trip. You will never regret choosing this hotel!

Hotel itself, location and facility are good. But the service is really bad. Hotel was leaking on stairs and bathroom when raining. The main entrance was flooded when raining. All lights along the main entrance were not working, walking was dangerous at night. We need to tell the staff more than twice just to get the wet towel replaced due to rain, and to have our room cleaned. The staff did not know our entitlements by saying our rooms did not include breakfast, and we had to argue and showed proof of purchase. The entrance door to the villa was difficult to open.

Personally, Gili Trawangan itself is not a destination that impressed me greatly. The hotel is large and pleasant. The staff are lovely and always smiling. The breakfast is very good and varied. The room is quite spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden, even if it's a bit dated. The toilet flush, however, is a bit noisy, probably a defect. On the other hand, the hotel is isolated, with not much to see around. It's a place to relax but not for sightseeing. There are a few restaurants on the main avenue, including Le Square, which is very good. The hotel's restaurant is good, but the service is excessively slow, about an hour's wait every time.

This hotel is a real gem! I believe it's a local establishment, and everything from the ambiance, size, unique features, cleanliness, and service was top-notch. I especially loved the resort-style vibe – it's truly an 'art' hotel. There are so many artistic installations and paintings throughout the property, all with excellent taste. I stayed in a garden view room this time and particularly enjoyed the semi-open-air shower area. Dinner was absolutely superb at the beachfront restaurant, which offers a different theme each night, creating a wonderful atmosphere. My only complaint would be the breakfast. While there are many options, it's a 'choose one out of ten' system. For many, especially those who prefer a Western breakfast, it's simply not enough food. Even the fruit portion was tiny – 'three types of fruit, 6 small slices in total, very delicate, but not satisfying.' And you only get one glass of juice and one coffee.

I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay from the service to the facilities. My room came with a private pool and a breathtaking sea view, which was the absolute highlight. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a swim in my own pool while overlooking the ocean felt like pure luxury. The room itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfectly clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. I also appreciated how well-maintained the entire property was, and how everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests had a comfortable and memorable stay.

The hotel is amazing! The rooms are really good, and so is the pool. The breakfast is super complete with something for everyone! We absolutely loved the hotel part. Now, for the restaurant and spa… - Restaurant: Honestly, it's unacceptable to serve that kind of meat, which is a shame because the presentation is incredibly beautiful, the fries are good, and the sauce is amazing. However, the meat itself isn't real meat, let me explain. It's reconstituted meat, full of fat and god knows what else. There are no muscle fibers at all. It's supposed to be good meat with the texture and taste of real meat, but after tasting it, we sent the dish back! It’s the first time in our lives we've ever sent something back! We spoke with the chef and the manager, and they didn't charge us for it. They understood, but despite that, they're still serving this 'meat'. - Spa: Honestly, are you real masseuses or just employees doing multiple jobs?! I have never had such a catastrophic massage in my life; I actually cried by the end of it.

This is an old Balinese-style hotel with a bungalow system. The service is friendly, and the hotel atmosphere is quite comfortable and quiet. The location is in a quiet area of Senggigi. You have to rent a motorbike to get around. Breakfast is standard with not many choices. What I like is the fairly spacious room, bathroom with an old-fashioned bathtub. It's still comfortable and pleasant.

Location and cleanliness were good, and the service was friendly. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options available. The room was large and comfortable, with a proper working desk which was very useful for business travelers. I stayed for 3 nights in the first room, but the shower was a bit old and the water did not spread properly. The bathroom drainage was also quite slow. I then moved to another room for 1 night, and the shower condition there was much better. Overall, it was still a good and comfortable stay.

This is my second time staying here! They have really comfortable beds and reliable wifi for working. They have great room service and staff are always friendly. It was a little loud in the morning- it sounded like someone dragging furniture in the room above over and over. Not sure why!  But I would definitely book again and I always recommend here for a comfortable sta

Great location near the airport if you got early flight. Hotel wise kinda old Room is old especially the aircon The toilet amenities is the worst, the hair dryer is so weak that even short hair takes forever to dry The toilet design will make the whole toilet floor wet as per the picture Facilities wise, very small pool, small gym that only have 2 equipment no weights Staff is attentive The room really need renovation and upgrade

The staff is absolutely lovely. They gave me a room with a sea view, even though I booked a garden view. I was especially pleased with the gym: it's always empty, the equipment is limited, but it has the bare minimum. And Senggigi beach is wow! I regretted wasting my time in Kuta instead of coming here straight away. It was a special pleasure to swim with turtles, whose existence in this place I did not know.
