Very good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

Stayed in full delight from the hotel! Staff very friendly and attentive, met and accompanied simply perfectly, helped in all matters . Very enjoyed the delicious kitchen, live music and stunningly beautiful waterfall on the territory. It was pleasant to surprise that when they left, they gave food and water to the road. Thank you very much to Mr. Bejoy! We will definitely return again!!

This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

Stay was good. Service people was very polite and well behaved. laundry was not upto...the blanket had dust and we can feel it. As they said its a munnars budget pool resort, but pls don't take pool of spice jungle if it's in cold climate, because we can't use it because of too much cold water in the pool. And the half kilometre of road to this resort is like off road which is difficult for the new drivers.

It's really the mountain courtyard, we loved our stay there, checkin process was smoot, staff was very humble and helpful, especially they have great chefs, and breakfast has so-man options and all are awesome, don't forget to have jucie, cheese omlete, we loved our stay, ordering food from rooms is bit expensive, suggestion to management to provide some magnetic stickers to customers with their logo, since it looks good. Pros : room and view staff friendliness access to main road cons: balcony view could have been better, from our room there was no view property is small, no cycles or proper area to roam/walk inside the property. it feels locked. no lift/elevator vehicle arrival area is too steep, you can't stop comfortably Food is average, nothing special. but you don't have good restaurants nearby so this is the only option swimming pool area needed more outer space and a guide to monitor.

Best of all was the Hotel Food .The Executive Chef and his team did a great job on preparing delicious and sumptuous breakfast . All the staffs there were very friendly and very helpful . It was very nice to experience, right from check in to check out. Hospitality is very good. There is always some one is ready to help at all places be it pool, boat riding, high tea, raft, peddle boat, swing, culture programme or break fast or dinner. You find every body greeting you with smile. So you feel like more than home !

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.
