The hotel has a magnificent view and modern rooms. That's probably all. Service is 3 stars maybe- check-in takes an incredible amount of time. At first, they’d put something into the computer for about 10 minutes, then they told us to come back for the key after 3pm(check-in time). When we got back, we had to stand for another 5 minutes, they were doing something and printing again. This is not counting the amount of time spent in the queue. The hotel positions itself as 4*, but does not provide a bathrobe/slippers. And the shaving kit in the room turned out to be for extra pay, which we found out during check out. By the way, we were able to find slippers. Apparently at the local spa. They don't give out towels for the beach - only for the pool. They tried to come to us with cleaning at 7 a.m. or 9 p.m., the aspiration itself is commendable, but the time is surprising . Breakfast is not bad at all. There is no beach of its own, only a public one. The food in the poolside restaurant is not bad, but the service needs to be improved. We forgot to pack food with us and they didn't even apologise and didn't offer any compliment. The rest was just as expected

The location is good and the service is good. The hotel is quite lively, with different organizations holding activities indoors and outdoors on weekends and weekdays. The downside is that the sound insulation is really poor, and you can hear your neighbors sneezing and coughing, as well as the TV sound. We did encounter a power outage at night, which lasted about a minute.

Casa Santa Clara: Sofitel Legend under Accor. It is also the largest of the three luxury brands in the city. The picture shows the garden. It is also a historical site where you can have breakfast surrounded by lush tropical plants and mottled ancient walls with columns. It is wonderful! I am also very grateful for the recommendation of netizens this time. I am also an Accor member, so I chose it. The service is as warm and sophisticated as expected, and it is the first hotel I have encountered that gives a welcome gift - a big bag of Colombian coffee powder! It feels very thoughtful! In addition, many people get married in Cartagena, and I also met families dressed up in this hotel. See the last picture. Hahahaha

When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

The room was very warm and the bedding materials were superb. The terrace pool and scenery are amazing, you can sit there and watch the sunset, sunset and the ancient city. Walking distances are beautiful old towns. I was refused to board the plane because of the visa problem. The hotel also flexibly agreed to help me reschedule. Thank you very much for the breakfast. The dishes are not as many as well-known five-star hotels, but they are very exquisite and taste superb. The waiters are very warm and friendly. But I saw some white stains on a small pillow. I don't know if I didn't wash it or forget to change it. I was a little unhappy at the time. In short, the value is divided into this point, close to one hundred points 💯

The hotel is really old, the first room was not good, the windows were really cloudy, the bathroom really small, but the second room was really good with garden and pool view, and on the lagomar building. The restaurant was ok only and I ordered pulp and mash potatoes, very expensive and burn. The pools were fine. Why they covered the laguito view with trees ?So in conclusion for that price, not impressed.

I had stayed at the Allure Chocolat in the past and loved it. I loved the room, rooftop pool and pool bar, great staff and good breakfast. Location is excellent, close to the walled city. I booked this return trip to stay at the Chocolat only to arrive and after checking in the front desk man said by the way our pool is closed during your stay for a private group. Note their their rooftop pool and pool bar is a key reason for staying here for me. I then asked why they was not stated at the time of booking the room and he couldn't answer that but said don't worry, we will send you in a taxi or shuttle to another hotel to use their pool. Unacceptable. I was upset and asked to speak to the manager. His option was to transfer us to their other hotel Allure Canela which has a pool. He said it's close and easy walking distance to the walled city and it would cover my need to have the pool on site without the hassle of taking taxis or shuttles to get to the pool. So I agreed and regretted it. Allure Canela is a nice hotel, but smaller, noisy location and the pool is the size of a large bathtub and seeing all guests was going there from all 3 Allure hotels in town, it was quite busy with no deck chairs to use most of the time. So the point of this feedback is based on the poor management decision of the Allure Chocolat to block the pool for a private group and not warn guests booking rooms on those dates. I feel this was deceptive and ended up paying too much for a room in a hotel in not so great location. I did get free meals for 2 nights, but this didn't make up for the inconvenience and excitement of staying at the Chocolat. I will highlight the front desk man Felix. He was very nice and tried to help at Chocolat when he had to tell me about the lack of pool facilities. Very nice man.

The structure is beautiful, divided into two buildings, two terraces and two restaurants but discreet and more expensive food than what is out there. The bedroom could be much better...the bathroom was really sharp, at all at the standards of other Selina facilities. The bed was quite comfortable at least. The air conditioner in the room at a too low temperature that was not possible to modify by creating ice in the room.

The hotel is excellent for families and couples. It has a variety of games for children. You can also use the pools of Torres del Mar, which is the hotel next door and belongs to the same owners. There is also an infinity pool on the 10th floor of Torres del Mar, highly recommended. The service is spectacular, from the lobby staff, waiters, cooks, gardeners. It was a wonderful experience. For the beach, the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas but you must pay a fee of 50,000 COP per day for it (12 USD Approx). Everything very clean. It is in a quiet area of Cartagena if you want to relax and enjoy the pools, the sun and the beach. The buffet-style breakfast was also spectacular with wide options of Colombian and foreign food. I would definitely go back again.

This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

The customer service is immaculate, literally as soon as we arrived in the taxi a staff member was there to take our bags and help us to the desk, and breakfast is operated beautifully. Our room was gorgeous and spacious, the rooftop is stunning and a lovely area to relax, and there’s even comfortable outside seating at the front of the hotel so you can watch the world go by. My only feedback would be to have a kettle in the rooms, as it would’ve been nice to have made a hot drink without going to the lobby. Nevertheless the coffee provided is delicious, and the staff are always there to help. Thank you for a magical stay.

Allure Canela is a nice hotel, but smaller, noisy location and the pool is the size of a large bathtub and seeing all guests was going there from all 3 Allure hotels in town, it was quite busy with no deck chairs to use most of the time. So the point of this feedback is based on the poor management decision of the Allure Chocolat to block the pool for a private group and not warn guests booking rooms on those dates. I feel this was deceptive and ended up paying too much for a room in a hotel in not so great location. I did get free meals for 2 nights, but this didn't make up for the inconvenience and excitement of staying at the Chocolat. I will highlight the front desk man Felix. He was very nice and tried to help at Chocolat when he had to tell me about the lack of pool facilities. Very nice man.

USBrightI had stayed at the Allure Chocolat in the past and loved it. I loved the room, rooftop pool and pool bar, great staff and good breakfast. Location is excellent, close to the walled city. I booked this return trip to stay at the Chocolat only to arrive and after checking in the front desk man said by the way our pool is closed during your stay for a private group. Note their their rooftop pool and pool bar is a key reason for staying here for me. I then asked why they was not stated at the time of booking the room and he couldn't answer that but said don't worry, we will send you in a taxi or shuttle to another hotel to use their pool. Unacceptable. I was upset and asked to speak to the manager. His option was to transfer us to their other hotel Allure Canela which has a pool. This is a 3.5/4 stars hotel. For the brand I was expecting a higher level of service and better facilities. The window in our bedroom was dirty to a point we could barely see the outside, some areas are in need of TLC, and some furniture needs replacement. The lighting in the room is not convenient ( either its fully bright or total darkness, no in between). The remote somehow didn’t control the tv (only the tv box). they felt the need to wake us up to remind us we needed to checkout by noon ( which I find cheap, rude and unnecessary). I came with higher expectations and was disappointed unfortunately. Favourable points: good bedding + friendly staff.

My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

Excellent option to enjoy Cartagena The hotel is very good. The location is perfect, just between Getsemani and the historic centre, which allows you to walk to Cartagena comfortable. Furthermore, there are many restaurant options very close. The staff is very comfortable and very comfortable and the staff is very comfortable and very comfortable. We had a great time, breakfast is very good and varied. However, the room had no window. It has a small entrance of light that gives where the air conditioning is located and in the photos it seems to be a window but it is not. I highlight this in particular because we booked thinking that it did have a window and the photos of the rooms are misleading.

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area, close to the port and only a short taxi ride from the historic centre. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was good and the rooftop area had a lovely view. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants within immediate walking distance, so transportation is needed for dinner and sightseeing.

Not a perfect bathroom or room (cheap shades that fell down and not amazing painting jobs) but very comfortable, nice people, incredible location and truly the best views from the roof pool we practically had to ourselves. This is a great option.
