Beautiful hotel! Front desk very friendly,especially Latasha! My request for a quiet room was granted. The 6th floor in low numbers is good. I stayed 3 nights for work and my room was SPOTLESS! The mattress was firm, my pillows fluffy. I especially loved the slippers because I forgot mine. Upon arrival Franklin helped me with my luggage and on a rainy day my umbrella was in my car. He kindly gave me one. The only drawback was the Valet parking. They're very good at what they do but I wish there was maybe off-site parking. $18 is a bit steep, I walked to work so I paid for my car to be parked. The morning coffee in the lobby was very good. I didn't get a chance to eat at restaurant Ridley but the aroma sure smelled good. I would definitely stay here again. The lobby's decor and seating was very comfortable.FromJPY 27,853
