The apartment is very convenient, it may take a long time to build and the facilities are not very new. The service staff is very enthusiastic, helping to get luggage, deliver things, check in and check out quickly. The restaurant is on the first floor, and the taste from the lobby to the entrance of the restaurant is too Indian. Breakfast is ok, because I usually only make oat milk, I do n’t eat Indian meals and do n’t comment on the taste. The service attitude is very good and very welcoming. The emphasis is on exaggerating the Asian restaurants in the same courtyard. The names are shown in the picture. The environment is very good. My stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff.
The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries .
The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful aroma while entering. The rooms are really large 484ft². If you are smokers, you would need to upgrade to a balcony room as the property is a non-smoking environment.
The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets are perfect. Each room has a comfortable couch for a work station. The kitchenette is available to use at an additional 3000 inr extra. The dishwasher is available for use.
Bathroom is very spacious, and not to mention TAJ Soaps..

First of all, because we stayed together for a certain anniversary, the hotel said that they could help prepare and upgrade the room type, which is more than six stars
The hotel already had a good price and I was very satisfied with the superior room.
Later I found that the swimming pool was perfect, not too deep, the water was clean, and there was no odor in the changing room, which was a big plus
The breakfast options are also diverse and the food is delicious

Our room didn’t have a bathtub like our friends’ did, but honestly, the shower alone was impressive. The hot water was so satisfyingly warm that you actually need a couple of minutes to cool down after stepping out. The restroom was equally impressive, with an automatic toilet seat that sanitizes itself and stays warm — a small but luxurious touch.
A nice bonus: you can request complimentary cut fruits every night, which is great for digestion, especially when traveling. Breakfast was definitely worth adding on; for the price, the quality exceeded expectations.

Hotel looks lovely and on the surface seems like a high quality hotel. But the service was seriously shambolic. They didn't provide hand towels in the room, we had to ask several times for them before they finally appeared. The breakfast was bizarre - noone manning the coffee station but you weren't allowed to serve yourself (it was just a push button machine). No decaffeinated tea or coffee. It took ages to receive the love station food even though the breakfast room wasn't even 1/4 full as we were very early. They agreed to book us a taxi but on reconfirmation they had no record of it, so they tried to persuade us to instead use the hotel charter vehicle for 4x the price! My recent stay at Taj Club House was quite disappointing. The service was slow and lacked warmth — the overall atmosphere felt more like a funeral parlour than a hotel. No one greeted or acknowledged us throughout the stay, and there was a clear absence of hospitality.
The phone in our room wasn’t working, so every small request required multiple follow-ups. The Wi-Fi connection was poor the entire time. Although I requested to speak with the duty manager, there was no meaningful response.
On a positive note, Imran Khan at the reception was polite and efficient during check-in. Breakfast was decent, but the staff seemed rushed and distracted, focusing more on tasks than on guests.

Stayed for 10 nights over the Independence Day weekend in August, and was very impressed by the hospitality and service of every staff member from the front of house to the room service, who did not hesitate to accommodate my every request.
Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more.
A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Good experience staying at E hotel. The staffs were all helpful and Attended to all our needs. Sunitha and ***i were good room keepers. The breakfast a good, though it’s vegetarian. It will be good if they start breakfast from 6.30am instead of 7.30am.

I recently stayed at The Park Hotel in Chennai and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has a modern, stylish vibe with excellent service. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was luxurious, and housekeeping was prompt.
The dining options were fantastic. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, catering to both Indian and international tastes.
The location is ideal, close to major business hubs and shopping areas like Anna Salai. The staff was courteous and attentive, making my stay even more pleasant.
The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend The Park Hotel for both business and leisure travelers.FromKRW 115,713

The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. Breakfast is rich in taste and variety. Facilities are kept clean. The face towel is soft and fluffy, but the bath towel is hard and thin and smells like the kitchen. Staff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. The food is good for a 3 star hotel but it is not at all at the level of a 5 star hotel.
The staff was excellent - especially Sneha M. who helps guests at the lobby and offers quick and effective solutions and also another Sneha who works at the restaurant.
The music 🎶 in the restaurant is the worst I heard in any hotel in India.
It is two types of music (classical Indian and also western) which are played at the same time!
It is ridiculous and annoying and it is also too loud which is why some of the staff look miserable.
The chef was walking around the dining room exchanging pleasantries with guests but he should be on the kitchen controlling what goes on there.
The ”chai masala” had no taste of ginger and the milk was so burned that it kept steaming for a whole hour (it was undrinkable so I returned it).

The rooms are what you expect to find in a hotel that was considered luxurious in the 1990's.
