This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin.The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice.The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's location is pretty decent. It took about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was quite comfortable; I booked a slightly larger room type. However, the surrounding area is a bit quiet for walking, and it's a bit far from the main attractions. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Already beyond expectations, the hotel was originally set. I found that its location is super good, whether it is a taxi or a subway is super convenient, and the scenery outside the window is very good, you can see the Holy Trinity. In addition, I lived outside the old town before and it was so noisy. There was no problem here. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, but it could be until 11 o'clock and weekend to 11:30. The lazy gospel. The swimming pool is small, but the depth is relatively shallow, very suitable for bringing a baby.

Convenient city hotel located close to everything I needed. The location made getting around very easy. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and perfectly fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One small downside was a slight bathroom odor if the door was left open, but overall the stay was comfortable and practical.

Overall, it lives up to Marriott's quality. Its prime location is the biggest advantage, perfect for a casual city walk. The room offers a view of Holy Trinity Cathedral, and a taxi ride there costs only about ten yuan. It's also very convenient for getting to the cable car, the bell tower, and so on. There's a large park nearby, and I really envy such a chill living environment.

The hotel itself is very decent, with a good breakfast, excellent service, but I had an unpleasant situation with the cleaning of the room. When I did not ask him to clean there, they cleaned without my knowledge, which is not bad, but in the room due to the rush on business there was a mess and things were scattered. When I returned back I found that a couple of packing bags were thrown out and in general things were touched because they were lying in other places, which I really did not like, but the money that was lying on the table was not touched. Another thing that was not very good was the location, because the hotel is located on a mountain, it is difficult to get there on foot with luggage, only by taxi.

A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price. Breakfast was excellent. For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Except for the uphill walk, the location is excellent and it is a boutique hotel in a quiet area. The second-floor view room has a balcony where you can lie down and watch the city view and sunrise. It is cleaned every day and the breakfast is rich and satisfying.

The room was small, and the receptionist was friendly but unprofessional. For example, when I asked how to get to Gori, they said I could take a taxi. (It's like telling me to take a taxi from Shanghai to Suzhou—why would I ask if I could take a taxi?) When I asked where the intercity train station was, they said they were new and didn't know. They completely lacked any willingness to help me look it up. Basically, they knew nothing about answering my questions and gave random replies after reading my message. Furthermore, there was no phone in the room; I had to add the receptionist on WhatsApp. As a Chinese user whose phone number couldn't be registered, I also had to download an app to receive necessities like toothbrushes or slippers.

First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

Excellent hotel, stylish and new. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with soft and cozy beds. Daily cleaning and complimentary bottled water are provided. The breakfast buffet is good. There's a self check-in and check-out kiosk. The bar staff are very helpful and will even provide ice upon request. A minor drawback is the lack of a mini-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, but these are small details. It's a bit far from the metro and the city center, but for the price, the location is excellent, with shops nearby.

Nice hotel & Nice rooms. Our room had a View of the Freedom Square and it was really wonderful to see the Saint George Monument from our windows especially in the night. Wonderful hotel but just one negative that a four star hotel like Marriott doesn't have a bellboy to pick up & drop off luggage. It seem quite weird and didn't expect it. However, apart from that the stay was just wonderful. The room with freedom square view is worth the price.

The hotel's location is good: walking distance from the hill to the center and back by taxi (uphill). There are shops and cafes nearby. The room is decent with a balcony, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. Cleaning was excellent. The only downside was the unpleasant smell of the carpeting and cigarette smoke in the room upon arrival. We aired it out in the evenings and opened the balcony and window for fresh air in the mornings. The reception staff was excellent, explaining everything and answering all my questions. The price is high for a room like this; there are better options in the city for the same price.

Location: 5 min. metro and a large shopping center, Freedom Square BUT!!!!! The neighboring building is the parliament, which means the road is often blocked, you can't get to the hotel, and in principle I was annoyed by the large number of government agencies hanging around nearby. I ran away from there, because near the metro and in general in that area all sorts of beggars also got me. Room: for a junior suite the room is small, the sofa and table are unnecessary, they scratched all my legs) The mattress is comfortable. The air conditioning on the 9th floor, the last one, room 903, did not work properly. They clean every day, change the towels! Breakfast: everything is enough! But the food in heated containers is cool and you eat cold, I always wanted a microwave within reach. And it's great to heat up khachapuri and pancakes with meat. One standard dish at breakfast is strange for us Russians: sometimes pasta with cauliflower in sauce, sometimes rice with apples) but the second hot dish is good. It is not customary to order fried eggs in portions, but they made it for us upon request!!! The view from the balcony is just super!! The water pressure on the 9th floor is good.

Customer service was even funnier; their initial solution was to help me communicate with the hotel to get a free cancellation. So, the platform, without losing a single penny, is perfectly fine with me being stranded on the streets in a foreign country? What a great solution!?

There's parking available, and the metro is about 10 minutes away. Room 409 is very noisy from the street, with cars driving around at night with their mufflers blaring. The room periodically smelled of cigarettes, either from the street (our room was on the 4th floor) or from the ventilation. There's an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The electrical wiring from the card reader in the room didn't work several times, but the reception staff quickly turned the circuit breakers on and off, and it started working again. There's a small pool nearby, plenty for children, and the staff cleaned it up. The staff is customer-oriented. Breakfast is quite varied; no meat except sausages, plenty of salads.

Very beautiful hotel, everyone can directly navigate the bus to climb the mountain, it is still quite steep, but the scenery along the way is different. In Tbilisi these two days, it is almost from the cable car park to the opposite Holy Trinity. The night view and sunrise are unobstructed, and even I think the 26 ₾ of the small train is extra spent. The breakfast on the 4th floor was great. Offering different types of cheese, as well as vegetable meatloaf, it has a salad mixed with a Western vegetable, it is delicious, I spent an extra five or six yuan on convenience stores and supermarkets after that, breakfast is very rich, coffee, black tea, milk everything, and apples. Behind the hotel to the south car park direction, the convenience store is also very cheap, bread is about 1 yuan, wine even has a large bottle of 7 yuan. The price is very low, and there is instant noodles to buy back to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel is also very kind to help provide bottle openers and forks. Meimei has a full meal on the terrace. I didn’t expect that this is the most correct choice I have made, but I have gone some wrong way. If you choose this hotel, Get off at the airport 337 directly, go to the coffee shop where you can change the portrait, and then go directly upstairs. Put your luggage up and go to see the night view of the small train.

We stayed during the May holidays. The hotel is centrally located, which was very convenient for getting everywhere. The room wasn't large, but the plumbing was good. Our room didn't have a balcony and faced the street, so it was noisy at night. The breakfasts were good; the only downside is they start at 8:00 AM, so if you have an early excursion, you might miss out. Overall, the hotel is worth the money!

We arrived at the hotel on our first night around midnight due to our flight. Upon entering the room, we found there were no toiletries like toothbrushes or toothpaste. After contacting the front desk, they provided them for us. The next day, after returning from our errands, we noticed the toiletries hadn't been replenished again. It seems they don't restock these items after cleaning the room, which is far below the standard expected of an international four-star hotel! I hope the hotel improves its service quality in these small details.

The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.

The rooms have everything you need, including toiletries, bathrobes, towels, and slippers, as well as tea-making facilities and a kettle. Instant coffee is also provided, though I don't drink it. - Each room has a safe. - The mini-bar is stocked with alcoholic beverages, and glasses are provided. - They provide 0.5L of water per person daily and are happy to provide more upon request. - The reception staff speak Russian and have guest umbrellas available. - The staff are very polite, caring, and attentive. I'd especially like to mention Nana at reception, who thoughtfully explained the hotel's concept. - The veranda on the 4th floor is a special highlight of the hotel. The hotel was clean. However, our room was a family room, and they had opened up a sofa bed for our daughter. The leg of the sofa wasn't fully extended, and when my daughter sat on the edge, the metal part of the sofa fell onto her ankle. Thankfully, it only caused a bruise. Please be very careful. The hotel staff came and attended to it, but it was a significant oversight. We got off lightly. The hotel's breakfast area is definitely inadequate; everyone is packed in, and you can't find a place to sit. There are long queues, and plates and cups constantly run out. Of course, since it was Eid al-Adha, there was a very high volume of tourists. There are no phones in the rooms. If you need to call reception, there's only one phone by the elevator. GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. However, our room was a family room, and they had opened up a sofa bed for our daughter. The leg of the sofa wasn't fully extended, and when my daughter sat on the edge, the metal part of the sofa fell onto her ankle. Thankfully, it only caused a bruise. Please be very careful. The hotel staff came and attended to it, but it was a significant oversight. We got off lightly. The hotel's breakfast area is definitely inadequate; everyone is packed in, and you can't find a place to sit. There are long queues, and plates and cups constantly run out. Of course, since it was Eid al-Adha, there was a very high volume of tourists. There are no phones in the rooms. If you need to call reception, there's only one phone by the elevator. There's no water in the room either; they've put a water dispenser next to the elevator for water. What's different is that the toilets have bidets.

Excellent hotel! I really loved the location on one of the most beautiful streets in the city. The red hop-on/hop-off city bus, complete with an audio guide, stops near the hotel. There are currency exchange offices, all sorts of shops, cafes, restaurants, and even shawarma spots nearby if you want a quick bite. On our first day, we walked to Freedom Square using Maps.me. We crossed the famous bridge, passed through a flea market and a park, and walking at a leisurely pace with my mom, we reached the city center in about 35 minutes. We were very pleased with the service at the hotel; our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor with beautiful city views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly. By the way, they let us check in before 3 PM since our room was ready, no questions asked. We were so happy about that after a long journey and a sleepless night. I had read reviews about evening noise outside the windows. We experienced it too, but only once during our stay. And honestly, if we had closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning, we wouldn't have heard it. But we left everything open. Overall, though, it didn't affect our general impression. This hotel is super! 👍

This was my first time in Tbilisi. It's a small city, but due to severe traffic congestion, the taxi ride from the airport to the hotel took about 50 minutes. There's not much they can do about it; the roads are narrow, yet there are many cars and lots of traffic lights! My stay at the hotel was good. As a Hilton member, I really liked it! My only minor complaint is that the floor staff occasionally made quite a bit of noise while cleaning in the mornings, and they spoke quite loudly. I hope this can be improved. There's a Carrefour supermarket directly opposite, and a Wendy's, similar to Burger King. There are also restaurants not far behind the hotel. Getting to attractions by taxi usually takes about 15-25 minutes, so they're not really that far; it just depends on the traffic conditions at different times! I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfasts were magnificent. Housekeeping was daily. We asked for extra pillows, and the staff brought them right away. I even received a complimentary gift from the hotel for my birthday. The only minor issue was that some water splashes out of the shower onto the floor due to the partition, but it's not a big deal. The entrance of IBIS was off the side behind a grand building. And what a welcoming sight as the bright cheerful interior of IBIS immediately lifted spirits. The place was joyful, fun, energetic and staffed by the most enthusiastic and hospitable receptionists I ever met. They were polite, spoke good English, helpful and accommodating. Special shoutout to Sheshe, I was impressed with this hotel, I extended my stay. Breakfast was excellent with free flow of coffee and tea. Highly recommended hotel.
