Location: From afar, you can see the Ferris wheel and cable cars on the mountaintop, and below, you overlook the entire river, which is absolutely beautiful. It's in a bustling area. Room: The room has 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing view 👍. The entire room has a clean color scheme, and the facilities are good, but surprisingly, the hand soap and shower gel were almost empty and hadn't been refilled. Breakfast: Honestly, it wasn't great. The fruits were quite ripe and became unappetizing quickly after being served. Other items were mostly Western, and the only hot food available was omelets. Special shout-out: The extra bed for our check-in was a huge help. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk!

An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin.The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice.The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

Upon check-in, there was an issue with the room payment – I had paid through Trip.com, but the hotel couldn't see the payment. Nevertheless, we provided a deposit while the situation was being clarified. Overnight, the Trip.com team resolved everything, and our money was returned! This was the only unpleasant thing that happened during our stay. The hotel offered amazing and varied breakfasts, a really great outdoor pool and spa area, and a beautiful and cozy room! Many thanks for a wonderful stay! 👍🏻🫶🏻

The room facilities and overall environment are quite old, not as exquisite as shown in the pictures. Pros: Clean, hot water comes quickly, good sound insulation, the front desk staff helped carry luggage to the elevator, and the balcony was very comfortable for relaxing. Cons: At least in our room, the air conditioning was very poor, it was cooler to just open the window. The balconies are connected, so if there are many people, the relaxing atmosphere is lost. There were parties with very loud and lively music in the first-floor dining area (but the room's sound insulation was good, so even those sensitive to noise could tolerate it). The check-out inspection was super fast and saved my charger that I almost left behind, which was great.

The room wasn't huge, but the high ceilings gave it a good sense of space, so it didn't feel small at all. When we first checked in, we were given room 206, which was incredibly noisy. I went downstairs to the front desk, and without a word, they offered a solution. They moved us to room 303, an inner-facing room. The service was absolutely impeccable. And the hotel staff were all very friendly and spoke fluent English. Five-star service, truly. Plus, the deposit was refunded very quickly – I received it within 12 hours of checking out. The breakfast was just okay. However, after staying at other larger hotels in different Georgian cities after checking out, I realized their breakfast was actually quite good in comparison. I'd suggest adding more food options that appeal to Asian tourists, especially those from China, Japan, and Korea. During breakfast, I noticed most guests were indeed from these three regions. This would definitely boost the hotel's competitiveness.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was pretty good and exceeded my expectations!

Regarding the service, it was absolutely impeccable, truly on par with what you'd find in China. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I had originally booked the wrong room, and while Ctrip spent ages trying to reach the hotel, saying they couldn't get through, the hotel staff at the front desk promptly and cheerfully changed my room for me. As for the facilities, they were a bit odd. The shower system definitely needs replacing; it leaked everywhere. The beds are much softer than those in Chinese hotels. Some rooms face a bar, which can be very noisy, so if you're sensitive to sound, be sure to mention it when you check in.

I really loved it here. The superior room with a balcony offered beautiful views, especially at night when you could see the church directly across. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor, and there's also an outdoor terrace. Enjoying the view while having breakfast truly sets a good mood for the day. I particularly enjoyed the coffee here, and the other dishes tasted great too. Regarding the winding road mentioned in other reviews, a taxi arrived without any issues at all, so it really wasn't a problem. I highly recommend staying at Sole Palace.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the Dezerter Bazaar, the train station, and the waterfront. The cleanliness of the hotel was about a 3/5, but we overlooked it since we only used the hotel for sleeping. We booked a room with a balcony, which turned out to be quite dark because the balcony itself was very large. However, this also made up for it. In the evenings, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed the peace and quiet, along with the beautiful view of Mount Mtatsminda. The room didn't have toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste), but we had brought our own. On our last night, around 2:30 AM, a fire alarm went off loudly in the room and throughout the hotel. We rushed out of the room to check what was happening. It was turned off a minute later, and everyone went back to sleep. Apparently, someone had been smoking.

We stayed here for two nights out of our week-long trip, and the breakfast was excellent! The bread, salad, yogurt, and sausages were all delicious. They even had some traditional Georgian dishes (only those suitable for breakfast, though), which I really enjoyed. The room was clean and had a refrigerator. It's conveniently located near the hot springs, so you can walk there. I highly recommend it if you're staying on the Old Town side.

The location of the hotel is very good but the service wasn't very good, It felt like they didn't care much about the visitors or maybe, the bed sheets wasn't changed for the 3 days we stayed there, the tooth paste wasn't being renewed, and we had to call them everytime we want to change the glasses and cups in the room, one day we left and came back in the evening and no one came in our absence to clean even though we left the tag requesting to clean and we had to call them again to request someone to come clean and change the glasses as well. The place is nice I liked the decorations, but they need to take care more of customers services and expirence.

I stayed at Moxy Tbilisi during my trip to Tbilisi and had a really wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent service and the genuinely welcoming team. I originally booked a room for two, but unfortunately my friend wasn’t able to travel with me. When I mentioned this at the hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and changed my room to one that was more suitable for a solo stay, with one bed. I really appreciate it when a hotel listens to its guests and makes an effort to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Another huge plus was the early check-in. I arrived at the hotel in the morning, well before the official check-in time, but my room was already available and they let me check in immediately at no extra charge. After travelling, being able to leave my luggage, take a shower and relax instead of waiting for several hours was incredibly appreciated. Small gestures like this say a lot about the level of hospitality. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also really enjoyed the whole Moxy concept. Check-in takes place at the bar, and you receive a welcome drink upon arrival. I chose a cocktail, and it was genuinely delicious! The hotel itself is modern, stylish and full of energy. There is also a bar and restaurant, as well as a 24/7 Grab & Go option, which is very convenient if you want a snack or a drink at any time. The location on Saarbrucken Square is another big advantage. Many places in central Tbilisi are within walking distance, and getting around by taxi is also very easy. After a busy day exploring the city, it was always nice to come back to such a comfortable and modern hotel. The room itself was also very comfortable, with a modern and functional design, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, good soundproofing and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers daily housekeeping and great Wi-Fi, which is especially useful if you need to get some work done while travelling. Just one disadvantage: there is no fridge in the room. Not so bad, but sometimes it may help. But for me, the biggest advantage of Moxy Tbilisi was definitely the people. A hotel can have a beautiful interior and a great concept, but it’s the way you are treated that really determines how you remember your stay. The team accommodated my room change, allowed me to check in much earlier at no extra cost, and were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. A huge thank you to the Moxy Tbilisi team for the wonderful hospitality and for making me feel welcome from the very first morning I arrived in Tbilisi. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel is in Vake. This is a nice business area but a bit far from the old city and touristic parts. The hotel is in a locally well known twisted highrise. The rooms showing their age and towels and linens are at the end of their life cycle. The hotel service in Georgia is one of the worst in the World and this one is no exception. I guess it is a residual cultural thing left over legacy from the USSR era.

Marjan Plaza is a relatively new hotel which is located close to a metro station making it very easy to reach many points of interest. The hotel is spotless, has a beautiful pool and spa area, good breakfast, very nice staff. We felt at home at this hotel and will certainly return. The value for cost is fantastic and therefore I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I would consider changing is the opening time of the pool and gym. They open at 9am whereas most people who are in to sports would prefer working out/swimming before breakfast so it would be nice if the pool and gym would open at 8am.

Location: 5 min. metro and a large shopping center, Freedom Square BUT!!!!! The neighboring building is the parliament, which means the road is often blocked, you can't get to the hotel, and in principle I was annoyed by the large number of government agencies hanging around nearby. I ran away from there, because near the metro and in general in that area all sorts of beggars also got me. Room: for a junior suite the room is small, the sofa and table are unnecessary, they scratched all my legs) The mattress is comfortable. The air conditioning on the 9th floor, the last one, room 903, did not work properly. They clean every day, change the towels! Breakfast: everything is enough! But the food in heated containers is cool and you eat cold, I always wanted a microwave within reach. And it's great to heat up khachapuri and pancakes with meat. One standard dish at breakfast is strange for us Russians: sometimes pasta with cauliflower in sauce, sometimes rice with apples) but the second hot dish is good. It is not customary to order fried eggs in portions, but they made it for us upon request!!! The view from the balcony is just super!! The water pressure on the 9th floor is good.

We stayed at this hotel for the first two days of our Georgia trip. It's about 1km from Freedom Square, a quick walk away. We booked it mainly because it offered free parking, which we needed for our rental car overnight. Plus, it's within walking distance to nearby attractions. We originally booked a double room, and while checking in, we took a look. Although the hotel thoughtfully added a small extra bed, the room was really tiny and had no balcony. So, we canceled it and upgraded to a suite with a balcony. In reality, the balcony wasn't very useful; it rained continuously for the first two mornings, turning the balcony into a drainage channel. Once the rain stopped, I waded through the puddles to snap a couple of photos. The bathroom looked clean, but the odor was just awful. Even after just going downstairs for breakfast and coming back, the moment I opened the room door, the bathroom reeked. With limited time, we couldn't bother with changing rooms, so we had to put up with it, keeping the bathroom door tightly shut at all times, otherwise, the room would be unbearable. On the positive side, the hotel service was good, and breakfast was quite rich with a wide variety of cheeses.

This is a beautiful hotel. The views from the window are stunning, you can see the Mother of Georgia statue. The corridors and the room itself are decorated in nude tones, which is very calming. The room has everything you need – bathrobes, towels, shampoo, shower gel, a sewing kit, shoe polish sponge, slippers, and a basic necessities kit. Each room has quotes from famous people about Georgia written on the wall. My room had quotes from Pushkin. Breakfast is served on the terrace and includes red caviar, fish, and various berries like blueberries, watermelon, and cherries. The terrace offers views of the Mother of Georgia and Freedom Square. There's also a 24-hour restaurant nearby that makes a pretty good Ajapsandali.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to currency exchange offices, restaurants, wine shops, Freedom Square, bus stops, and a metro station. We had a deluxe room with windows facing the courtyard, so it was very quiet. We slept peacefully, with no noise from the street or neighboring rooms. The room was small, but it had a wide bed and two pillows per person. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were provided. The toothbrushes were very good, and there was tea, coffee, and two bottles of water daily. However, there were no cotton pads or Q-tips, no shoehorn, and no sewing kit. Of course, we hadn't brought any from home, relying on the hotel to provide them. The breakfasts were delicious and filling, with very tasty pastries, sweet and juicy fruits, and amazing cheeses – there were four types of cheese every day. The reception staff understood Russian, were helpful and offered advice, and didn't ignore us, as some other reviews mentioned. The only inconvenience was that breakfast started at 8:00 AM, but tours often left at 9:00 AM, so you had to rush to eat and then get to the tour.

Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

We really relaxed when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is located in a nice area, right next to the cable car that goes up to Turtle Lake. There's a Carrefour opposite, and buses go everywhere. It's a super flat area for walking. The room service was excellent. The rooms have bathtubs, which are great in the evenings. If I go again, I'd definitely stay here.

TRGuest UserWe really relaxed when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is located in a nice area, right next to the cable car that goes up to Turtle Lake. There's a Carrefour opposite, and buses go everywhere. It's a super flat area for walking. The room service was excellent. The rooms have bathtubs, which are great in the evenings. If I go again, I'd definitely stay here.

One of the best Hotel I ever stayed in! I came before the checkin, as I have very long sleepless flight. They feed me (for free) and checked me in even before 2 p.m. Polite and helpful personnel. They give me all the directions I wanted. Very clean and cozy room. With incredible bed (that could be because of my sleep deprivation), I slept like a log (very comfortable log) ;) It situated just next to the Fortress. And other places of interest (Kura set, ancient Georgian churches). All in all, highly recommend! Disregard the price - it worth every penny.

We had a wonderful stay at Passport Hotel! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that it really felt like being at home with family. The hotel has a lovely family-run feel, which makes it even more cozy and special. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even took some lovely pictures of us when we asked! The rooms were comfortable, well-equipped, and most importantly, very clean. Cleanliness is something I care a lot about, and this hotel met my expectations. The breakfast was also really nice. The location is great too, close to the Old Town and many of Tbilisi’s main attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, such a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

A good hotel with a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast. The building looks very beautiful, with fresh renovations, and it’s pleasant to stay there. A big plus for the wireless charger built into the desk — very convenient. I forgot my charger, so I was still able to charge my phone.

At night, this area transforms into a bar street with all sorts of unique bars. If you don't want to go to bed too early, you can experience Tbilisi's nightlife. The front desk staff speak English fluently, and it's a very Chinese-friendly hotel.

The location is fantastic, with a metro station right next door. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk to the Old Town and the cable car. The room was very clean, and the Wi-Fi and hot water were stable. They provided two complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and tea. Breakfast is served on the top floor, offering a nice view.

The hotel's location is its main advantage. The bed and pillow were soft, which was also a plus for me. And it seemed like the overall stay was fine, but! Service makes all the difference. In 7 days, no one came to clean my room once. When I saw the cleaner on the second-to-last day and asked why they weren't even taking out the trash, I was told: 'Just grab a bag yourself and take it to the outdoor bin.' What, excuse me? For the last 3 days, the Wi-Fi and TVs in the rooms weren't working, and one day there was no water at all. And the staff – it's like they greet you and talk to you, but in reality, they don't care about you at all. Also, it wouldn't hurt for the hotel to put up signs for guests, and for the staff, asking them not to make noise on balconies and in the stairwell corridors. The doors are paper-thin, and as soon as someone starts talking loudly (and they don't know how to be quiet there), whether it's 7 AM or midnight, you can hear everything in your room.
