The lady at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded our room. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations based on previous reviews, but as soon as I entered the room, I was blown away by the floor-to-ceiling windows and city views. I didn't even want to leave! The night view was absolutely stunning, and all the photos were taken from inside the room. Breakfast was also good, and the breakfast restaurant on the terrace had a great view too, with lots of little sparrows flitting around, waiting for scraps. Plus, the Asian restaurant next to the hotel lobby is really delicious – highly recommend it!

An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin. The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice. The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

After spending a few days exploring Tbilisi, I booked two nights at this hotel to relax before heading back home. I didn't really go out much, just stayed in the hotel's cafe, enjoying the beautiful view opposite. It was incredibly comfortable. The location is also excellent; it's about a 20-minute walk to the city center along the river, and a taxi back takes only a few minutes.

The hotel is definitely a bit run-down. The soundproofing is terrible. The shower leaks a little. There's a nasty smell from the sink if you don't run the water for a while. Comfort and cleanliness – the hotel is very attractive both inside and out, and the room is comfortable. 4. The friendliness of the staff – they were supportive, accommodating, and answered all our questions. Special thanks to the receptionist, Marian – very knowledgeable, educated, considerate, and polite, and customer-focused. It was a pleasure talking with her. Including helping to book a car to Kazbek Lonely Church, the price is reasonable and the driver is very skilled. The most important thing is that we are traveling as a family. Great location, not far from the city center. We stayed for 5 nights. On the first night, we were given a room with a tiny balcony facing the street. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel's soundproofing was so bad that I strongly advise others to avoid it. I chose this hotel in Tbilisi because of its unique location in a park, and also because I saw a sign for a tennis court and wanted to play some. (Actually, it's a peak court...) Due to the hotel's materials and construction, the soundproofing in the entire room was terrible. For example, sounds from the next room walking or watching TV could reach my room. I could feel my bed vibrating from even a slight movement in the next room. The hallway was filled with the sounds of guests chatting, and the barking of stray dogs in the park early in the morning and evening was also very annoying. I stayed for three nights, and not a single night did I feel like I got a proper rest. I was either woken up around 6 AM by the next roommate's phone alarm or by the barking of dogs...

I stayed for several days at this hotel. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, and extra shower gel was provided. The room had an exit to its own terrace (the only downside was that a building was being built nearby and it slightly blocked the beautiful view of the city). There are no complaints about the order in the hotel. The walls are a bit tired, dirty in many places, they should be updated and painted. Amenities in the room: slippers, mini-bar (lemonades, sparkling and still water, juice, beer, nuts - all for an extra fee), small bar soap, shower gel/shampoo (2 in 1), air conditioning. Next door is a wonderful restaurant with a panoramic view of the city. I dined there twice, it was delicious! It's called ”Amo”. The location of the hotel is not very good, but you can walk to the central part of the old city in about 20 minutes, the way back is up the hill.

No refunds allowed, everyone please read carefully. Even canceling three days in advance is not possible. Don't book if you have travel plans or are likely to change them. Ctrip intervened multiple times to communicate, but the hotel refused to provide a room. Ctrip unilaterally compensated me 200 yuan; it was a booking that cost over 600 yuan. I don't recommend traveling here in the short term either. There are protests everywhere, and you might even get hit by tear gas. Safety first. There's also a recent mayoral change.

The hotel is located right outside a pedestrian street, which is nice, but it's a bit far from the main attractions, so it's not ideal for walking around. While the rooms are well-equipped, they lack attention to detail. Out of two rooms, only one had towels, and every time I turned the lights on or off, the soft furnishings behind the bed made a strange gurgling sound, like a water leak. The breakfast wasn't very diverse, and several empty tables hadn't been wiped clean, suggesting they might be understaffed. Having stayed at two hotels in Tbilisi, this one was a bit disappointing.

There's a business center nearby, and if your room is on the unlucky side, you'll be perfectly visible. Service: Daily cleaning, paid laundry service, paid shaving kits. P.S. In my room, they add tea bags if I use them up – that's a nice touch. Location: Near the zoo (funny to hear a donkey at night) and a park. Shops are not far, just a two-crossing walk away. Также зона курения на балконах расположена неудачно: запах тянет прямо в хостел и иногда даже в комнату, что заметно портит комфорт. Если не учитывать этот момент, то место действительно хорошее и в остальном все понравилось.

There's no luggage service here. As a solo female traveler with a 28-inch suitcase, a tote bag, and a backpack, I had to haul everything to my room myself. When I asked if anyone could help me with my bags, I was told no. That's unbelievable! Even small, unrated hotels usually have staff to assist with luggage, let alone a place like this that's supposed to be a four-star garden hotel. Aside from that, everything else was pretty good. It's a standard hotel; the hygiene isn't outstanding but certainly not bad, so you won't be disappointed. The hotel is located in a new area with lovely, clean streets and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location is very nice. You're just minutes away from shops and bakeries and restaurants. It's so convenient. And the people working there are nice. They have a washing machine and drying racks you can use. But I wouldn't stay here again. The heat is blasting and you can't adjust it. You could open the window but it's very very noisy and people often smoke right in front. I heard some kind of mob fighting and shouting, one drunk guy trying to talk another drunk guy out of going to Lebanon, Germans meticulously planning their night, and many cars driving by with loud music. The room is much smaller than in the photo and the toilet is both physically broken and needs to be jiggled to stop running. By local standards, it's a bit overpriced.
