The facility was not up to par for a Hilton. Charging for parking when the lot was 3/4 empty was an insult. Just renovated! New cabinets, SS appliances, kitchen island. This is a beautiful, quiet, relaxing condo in a desirable, safe ocean front community. This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has recently been renovated and is located in The Diplomat Condominium Complex. We are only 1 mile South of the World-Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, in one of the best locations in Cocoa Beach. We are within walking distance of so many great restaurants, parks, shopping, and bars. The condo is a second-floor end unit, which makes it a very quiet location. The Oceanfront condo complex has a private gated boardwalk (see photo above - the condo is only a few steps away from the boardwalk), a community recreation center, shuffleboard and tennis courts, laundry facilities, a heated pool with club house (see photo above). The community has just completed construction on a covered picnic area with an outdoor charcoal BBQ. We also have great views of any rocket launches from the beach. The night launches are FANTASTIC! The Diplomat Condominium Complex is located Ocean side just off of A1A, directly across the street and within easy walking distance to a grocery store (Publix, across the street). There is no need to drive once you arrive. We are minutes from local attractions such as Kennedy Space Center. Only 60 minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.Our complex has a strict pet policy. Only 1 pet per condo, 25lbs and under. Cocoa Beach does not allow pets on the beach. The facility was not up to par for a Hilton. Charging for parking when the lot was 3/4 empty was an insult. The bartender snuck a $7 tip onto the bar bill for one drink and we didn’t have the receipt to prove it!

Clean hotel with a pool in the center for the night. . Overcast day so I didn’t do much here as it was just the stop before my cruise. Will be a much busier neighborhood in the future as a convention center is going up across the way. Nice older hotel

En recepción van realmente lentos para hacer el checkin, hay un aire acondicionado que te deja helado. La habitación está bastante bien pero sólo lo recomendaría para pasar 1 o dos noches ya que la habitación no es muy amplia. Hay una máquina de comida y bebida en recepción junto a una máquina de hielo. No puedo opinar de la piscina porque no nos acercamos a verla.
