The front desk is very welcoming, the hotel is in a good location, just off the road on the island, across the road from the resort to the beach, the beach is evener than Miami, the sand is fine, the seagulls fly, the most important people. Overall room 105 was good however what looks like mold in one corner of the front of the shower and dirtiness of the other corners both inside and outside need some serious cleaning and bathroom smelled moldy. The service has patience and enthusiasm. Get up early and cross the road to the beach, you can watch the sunrise, the video is taken in the morning, so beautiful! The facility was not up to par for a Hilton. Charging for parking when the lot was 3/4 empty was an insult. Just renovated! New cabinets, SS appliances, kitchen island. This is a beautiful, quiet, relaxing condo in a desirable, safe ocean front community. This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has recently been renovated and is located in The Diplomat Condominium Complex. We are only 1 mile South of the World-Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, in one of the best locations in Cocoa Beach. We are within walking distance of so many great restaurants, parks, shopping, and bars. The condo is a second-floor end unit, which makes it a very quiet location. The Oceanfront condo complex has a private gated boardwalk (see photo above - the condo is only a few steps away from the boardwalk), a community recreation center, shuffleboard and tennis courts, laundry facilities, a heated pool with club house (see photo above). The community has just completed construction on a covered picnic area with an outdoor charcoal BBQ. We also have great views of any rocket launches from the beach. The night launches are FANTASTIC! The Diplomat Condominium Complex is located Ocean side just off of A1A, directly across the street and within easy walking distance to a grocery store (Publix, across the street). There is no need to drive once you arrive. We are minutes from local attractions such as Kennedy Space Center. Only 60 minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.Our complex has a strict pet policy. Only 1 pet per condo, 25lbs and under. Cocoa Beach does not allow pets on the beach.
