Deerfield Beach Resorts

we were in town for my daughters wedding and our family and friends stayed at ocean Villas. the rooms were very nice, clean and remodeled. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were available for our use. Deb the manager was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating for our large group.  I can't say enough good things about Deb and the staff! We will definitely stay at Ocean Villas the next time we are in town! I completely recommend this gem of a hotel!!!

The rooms were priced perfectly. The staff was pleasant to talk to especially Raymond. Please remember to speak w/ him when you arrive, and the views were amazing. The only words that come to mind are ”BEST HOTEL EVER”. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, ”I'll be back”.

I had booked two rooms for 4 days. Upon entering the hotel we checked in and our rooms were clean no complaints there. My complaint is about one of the agents by the name of Robert. Not only was this individual rude but also very racist/prejudice. He caught my attention after my family and I would enter and leave the property without any reaction from him other than him looking at us strongly. Before leaving one morning I told him I had two rooms and I wanted both serviced. He spoke in a manner as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. And our rooms weren’t even serviced! From that moment on I just observed him. Sadly for every Caucasian individual that entered and checked into the property he was so nice and humble greeting them with respect and addressed them as they entered and left the property. For every colored individual his mannerism was certainly not the same at all!!! Apparently this is not the first complaint about this agent I was told. Other than that location was minutes from the beach. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind.

Clean and hygienic, elegant environment, first-class service and advanced facilities. Four times in the seven-year stay in this store, each stay has a feeling of going home, especially every time you live in the 737 room, the top corner, facing the beach!

The quilt and pillows are good, and the room is large. The furniture is complete and there is a microwave. The window is a whole piece of glass and cannot be opened. It may only rely on air conditioning for ventilation, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy. The windows and doors are facing the public corridor and cannot be opened for ventilation. Breakfast is ordinary with ham slices. Figure 3 is the next series of the same name + plus, which has a private balcony and is a bit more expensive.

A little better than average. Not impressed

The hotel is very old, the room is very humid, the equipment is very old, the lighting is very dim, and the sound insulation is particularly poor, and the rest is not good. There are boiled eggs for breakfast, which will be lightning-proof in the future. There is a Mexican restaurant nearby that is good to eat.
