We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family. We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool. Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it. Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature. Overall, highly recommended!

The service attitude is very good. We have set a room. They upgraded to a mother room. The environment is very good. After there is a large garden, all the apple trees are behind it. There is also a stream behind the parking lot garden. The environment is very pleasant.

It is certainly possible to relax and rest from the daily vain, enjoying a pleasant atmosphere. I want to believe that the bath complex provides its guests with unforgettable impressions and a mass of positive emotions. Overall, this is a place worth visiting for recovery and good time.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

A magical, fabulous, unforgettable place! I filmed every corner of this place on video... everything is so thought out to the smallest detail... For the convenience of travelers, there is everything necessary and even more... emotions are overwhelming... I don't want to tell in detail, since the impressions of adults from what they saw both in the whole complex and in each house are another wonderful moment, I was delighted like a child))) In the morning, breakfast in a wicker suitcase... Although breakfast wasn't a buffet, it was delicious and filling, with many choices for the main course. We truly relaxed, body and soul. Думаю это лучший отель в центре Дилижана по всем параметрам. Очень чисто, гостеприимно, современно, при этом не дорого. Отлично подойдёт тем, кто работает в поездке - на первом этаже есть бесплатная рабочая зона, где можно присесть с компьютером и никто вас не потревожит. Так же как и на террасе на крыше с шикарным видом. Ставлю все пятерки и отдаю все свои должные))

A beautiful hotel, a stunning breakfast, a stunning view of the mountains, in the morning you can go out on the balcony, listen to bird singing. To the center of Dilijan we went to the Yandex taxi, 300 drama. We had a spa visit, but we did not take bathing supplies, so I can't estimate, breakfasts bought 22,000 drams for two days, but they are worth it. Shops are not nearby, it is necessary to go to the center, by taxi 5 minutes. The room has everything you need: water every day, tea, coffee, teapot, slippers, towels, coats, toothbrush and pasta, shampoo, shower gel, fan. Heating in the room is, is included individually. The only thing I didn't have was to feel Armenian hospitality, no one smiles anywhere except a woman in the restaurant, but it is a small minus, in the rest everything is fine.

Wonderful hotel. Fresh, cleaner clothes, cleaner houses. The two-storey houses themselves are on the first floor of the kitchen, living room, a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. There is an exit to the backyard with mangal and chairs-bags. There is a balcony from the bedroom with a wonderful view. It is no secret that Armenia has a central heating problem and we were driving drowning, no longer expecting heat. But surprisingly, the house was warm. We still asked to mellow us the fireplace. Very cozy, warm, beautiful and quiet. A corner of silence and calm. And what wonderful people on the respiratory and the workers are so happy one

Amazing guesthouse! The owner is incredibly kind and sweet. Breakfasts felt like home-cooked meals, truly delicious, and the room had a mountain view. The street is quiet and peaceful. My daughter and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. First of all, Dilijan is very nice and small, and this hotel overlooks the cityscape from the hill. The way up is not very steep. It took us 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The rooms are clean and nice, and the windows are lit with natural sunlight. I was especially fond of the bed, which was a massive wooden one, very stylish and comfortable. The bed is fluffy and warm. Everything is ok in the room, and it has a private bathroom, which is super comfortable too. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. They promptly answered all of my questions, and also let me leave my rucksack after checkout until my taxi arrived. I am very happy with my time there. This place is very nice, but I believe it will be nicer in summer because the hotel has a beautiful yard, and it was too cold now to sit there and enjoy the scenery.

Everything is beyond our expectations! We had a quiet room with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains beyond the rooftop of the opposite building. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of high quality food items. The staff are attentive and helpful which made our morning meals very enjoyable. We highly recommend Dilijani Tun Hotel to anyone who is planning a trip here.

Wonderful hotel. Fresh, cleaner clothes, cleaner houses. The two-storey houses themselves are on the first floor of the kitchen, living room, a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. There is an exit to the backyard with mangal and chairs-bags. There is a balcony from the bedroom with a wonderful view. It is no secret that Armenia has a central heating problem and we were driving drowning, no longer expecting heat. But surprisingly, the house was warm. We still asked to mellow us the fireplace. Very cozy, warm, beautiful and quiet. A corner of silence and calm. And what wonderful people on the respiratory and the workers are so happy one

Amazing guesthouse! The owner is incredibly kind and sweet. Breakfasts felt like home-cooked meals, truly delicious, and the room had a mountain view. The street is quiet and peaceful. The room also came with a kettle and clean towels. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and loved having tea on the veranda in the evenings while soaking in the view.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family. We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool. Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it. Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature. Overall, highly recommended!

A magical, fabulous, unforgettable place! I filmed every corner of this place on video... everything is so thought out to the smallest detail... For the convenience of travelers, there is everything necessary and even more... emotions are overwhelming... I don't want to tell in detail, since the impressions of adults from what they saw both in the whole complex and in each house are another wonderful moment, I was delighted like a child))) In the morning, breakfast in a wicker suitcase... Mmmm... thanks to the owner for the warm welcome and creating a fairy tale (including for adults)!!!

A beautiful hotel, a stunning breakfast, a stunning view of the mountains, in the morning you can go out on the balcony, listen to bird singing. To the center of Dilijan we went to the Yandex taxi, 300 drama. We had a spa visit, but we did not take bathing supplies, so I can't estimate, breakfasts bought 22,000 drams for two days, but they are worth it. Shops are not nearby, it is necessary to go to the center, by taxi 5 minutes. The room has everything you need: water every day, tea, coffee, teapot, slippers, towels, coats, toothbrush and pasta, shampoo, shower gel, fan. Heating in the room is, is included individually. The only thing I didn't have was to feel Armenian hospitality, no one smiles anywhere except a woman in the restaurant, but it is a small minus, in the rest everything is fine.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel this weekend. First of all, Dilijan is very nice and small, and this hotel overlooks the cityscape from the hill. The way up is not very steep. It took us 10-15 minutes walk from the city center. The rooms are clean and nice, and the windows are lit with natural sunlight. I was especially fond of the bed, which was a massive wooden one, very stylish and comfortable. The bed is fluffy and warm. Everything is ok in the room, and it has a private bathroom, which is super comfortable too. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. They promptly answered all of my questions, and also let me leave my rucksack after checkout until my taxi arrived. I am very happy with my time there. This place is very nice, but I believe it will be nicer in summer because the hotel has a beautiful yard, and it was too cold now to sit there and enjoy the scenery.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.
