My first impression of the hotel was it’s not professional as they did not receive my booking even though it was fully paid before arrival. I had to resend the confirmation email for them to retrieve my booking. The hotel looked unlively. The room was nice with good view. However they need to upgrade the mattress. Breakfast was very basic without much choice. We enjoyed the sea and indoor pool though.

Points to improve : - First impression when you arrive in the entrance hall: feeling of being oppressed. Piles of suitcases in the hall. Small hall vs. large number of customers - Deplorable reception at reception ＞ Brief and rapid indication of the operation of the hotel (catering hours, bars, etc.) - Once in the room, no leaflet available concerning the operation of the hotel ＞ we had to ask reception to find out that we had to download a TUI application - Very few power outlets in the room - Surprise to receive a hot chocolate in a water glass. - Does not clear the table at the restaurant level ＞ poor service - Access to the main restaurant from inside the building is via a descent of 18 steps, which is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. - The main restaurant is configured with tables very close to each other ＞ Feeling of oppression and being at the table with these table neighbors. - Crossing the corridors to reach the rooms, the spa is quite long ＞ Only one elevator - A customer clearly attacked me while I was online. Good points : - Has an iron in the room - Spacious room with beautiful sea view - Free slippers - Diversity of food at the restaurant In conclusion : - customer service needs to be reviewed. We made the decision to leave the hotel as soon as we arrived vs accessing the restaurant. Communication with reception and sales was very complicated. After a multitude of requests, we ended up closing our initial file early. - We are far from a 5 star / palace! Isn’t the primary concern of this type of status not customer satisfaction?

Un accueil très chaleureux des employés au top a par les animateurs qui sont antipathiques et surtout qui ne parle que allemand !!! Les employés de la réception ( Mohamed en particulier à qui j ai eu souvent à faire ) très gentil et à l écoute les piscinistes amine et Akim au top de la gentillesse du sourire 😁nourriture très bien tous tous les employés Tunisien sont vraiment au top !!!!juste un défaut que je peux souligner est le manque de considération pour les voyageurs qui ne sont pas allemand !!!! Merci à Mohamed de l accueil  a amine Akim les piscinistes pour m avoir fais passer un séjour agréable malgré ce manque de considération pour les français!!!!

Quiet and relaxing establishment. The staff is friendly and helpful. The concept of ”tapas” and ”à la carte” dishes offered at the restaurant of the establishment are really great to discover new flavors accompanied by good Tunisian wines. The proposed buffet is still to try. The apartments are pleasantly spacious and well equipped. The private beach with snack / bar is only a five minute walk away, a real treat. The pool and deckchairs are excellent for a nice nap in the sun. Small plus beach towels / pools are provided free of charge. Small minus the laundry service of the establishment is really worth reviewing.  Excursions, sometimes at exorbitant rates will also be offered by ”staff”. Negotiation is integral to the success of these. In short ... A very nice first experience in Tunisia.

The overall is great, the service is good, the bed of the sea view room directly faces the sea. All inclusive, many types of food, although not too tasty. There are many flies, and Tunisia is common. Volleyball is not borrowed. It can only be played in groups, saying that there is only one hotel.

The only problem was the payment of the residence tax, I didn't benefit from the legal tariff (Tunisian traveler) I had to pay the European tariff despite the presentation of Tunisian identity card. Not very correct... but good not serious.
