This is my second stay at the Gravity hotel this year for business, It was so good the first time I asked my company to use it in future, It is conveniently located in the commercial area and near to the industrial area. The staff are excellent, always friendly and have a smile, my cleaner Zakit Fuad provided an excellent service and ensured my room was cleaned to a very high standard every day, The staff at Breakfast time always remembered my order and again the service was excellent. The rooms are very clean and the hotel well maintained throughout, thanks for anther lovely stay

The location of the hotel is close to the industrial area, but it is far from the city, but it is connected to a large shopping mall. Shopping and eating are very convenient. The room is very large, there is a large refrigerator, electric heating stove, microwave oven, hotel service is also very good, if it is a business trip in the industrial area, it is very good to live in this house.

I stayed here twice during the first ten days of July. Absolutely fantastic, hands down best Accor run property in the UAE. Most of the customer service at Accor hotels in the UAE is atrocious and horrible. But this property, is the absolute opposite. Honestly, other properties in the UAE should send their management and staff to shadow the staff and management at this hotel. All of my requests being an Accor member were met with absolute ease. Everything was efficient and most of all prompt. The staff, Roshani, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful and the staff who checked me in on my second stay, I believe a Moroccan staff early in the morning, was equally fantastic. The hotel goes out of its way for its loyalty members and that is truly appreciated. This has become my go to property in the UAE even if I have work in Dubai. I would not mind the drive because I have tried so many Accor hotels in Dubai and they are frankly just empty properties devoid of service. A special thanks to the staff working at 10pm on the 20th at Aroma. He went out of his way to accommodate my wife and that was very touching. Thanks once again and I will definitely be back.

This is a review long overdue. Visited the hotel about 2 weeks ago and I've been meaning to write this review ever since. This stay was actually a competition I had won via Instagram. I have visited and reviewed many hotels in the UAE and the Shangri-La definitely ranks in my top luxurious hotel stays yet. I would like to thank Intan, the very polite lady who checked us in. Intan definitely deserves mention without whom we probably wouldn't have had as great a time. Upon hearing that we were also celebrating a special occasion, she provided us with lounge access which was the highlight of our stay. The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel and the service by all staff was testament to the brand. Aside from the opulence of the hotel, the superb facilities, the beautiful beach and the amazing infinity pool, the Horizon Club Lounge was just the cherry on the top. Mr Jem and Ms Berna were the most hospitable. They spoiled us beyond measure. The food at the lounge was delightful in all aspects. The food preparation and presentation was on point. Very often, food that looks so good doesn't actually parallel in taste. I can certainly say that the meals were both, beautifully presented and scrumptious at every bite too. I don't think I've ever spent more time in a hotel lounge before. Jem and Berna were both very professional and definitely deserve praise. We felt more like family than hotel patrons. The breakfast at the hotel was just another feature deserving mention. It was one of the most gourmet breakfasts and the variety was nothing short of spectacular. The Abra ride was wonderful escapism. This canal and Abra feature is just gorgeous. I honestly felt like I was in Venice. Muhammad, the Abra guide was , delightful and polite. I would also like to make mention of Carmen at reception who extended our check out and to the breakfast team who really went out of their way to ensure that we had a fantastic meal. I would certainly love to visit this resort again.

The picture for suite which I book is different then the actual room. In real it’s just one bedroom with sofa but in pictures it’s giving a look of 2 separate rooms or even one picture showing stairs to go up for bedroom and down is sitting area. I report this after check in but seems reception staff waste all energy in how to talk polite rather then how to solve the problem. By talking nicely doesn’t means good customer service. Anyhow thanks for giving me extra time for checkout. Need to make sure about who upload the picture in Trip.com? Is it the hotel mistake or trip.com mistake.

We attended our son's wedding at the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr during the second week of March. The hotel is a beautiful resort property, with great amenities and a wonderful view of the Grand Mosque. What set this hotel apart is the superb service and care provided by the entire staff at Fairmont over the duration of our stay. With more than a hundred guests in our collective party, they managed to make everyone comfortable and well cared for. From the reception to the concierge to the wait staff in the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and friendly. While it is always hard to remember every name - and one inevitably leaves someone out - we do want to especially recognize Fidan Aghayeva (Restaurant Manager) and her team, Cyril Anne Amorato (Assistant Sales Manager) and her team, Zahid, Jose, Rajeev, Tariq, Joshua, Raymond, Roy, Serian, and so many more. Thank you all for taking such good care of us! We will definitely recommend Fairmont Bab Al Bahr hotel to our friends and family.

Thanks guys for your hospitality! Everything was amazing! Thanks to guys from reception, waiters in The Grill, in main restaurant and poolside snack bar. Power of this place is in people who works there! Pool is big and beautiful, u can find there a lot of drinks and Shisha as well! We’ve requested for Kingsize bedroom but they had only higher price room available, and they kindly upgraded us for free! My baby was happy and we are happy too!

I was first time in beach rotana and overwhelmed by the hospitality and greetings. Door man was amzing and polite, don't remember his name but believe he is from Nepal.. I dine in Garden restaurant and had a very pleasant experience there with a delicious food and memorable hospitality. While me leaving the hotel, I couldn't find my valet ticket and Mr. Francis approached me, though I was bit panicked with the situation but he kept me comfortable while offering me and my fiance Arabic coffee and explained me about Beach Rotana.. It was really amazing experience and I will definitely recommend Beach Rotana to all my family and friends ❤️

I had a great experience staying at the yas island Rotana hotel. The hotel is not far from the yas mall. There is a free hotel shuttle bus at the door, which runs every 15 minutes. Y2 can reach Ferrari Park and Warner Bros. Park, which is very convenient! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and there are outdoor facilities It feels very comfortable to sit outside the swimming pool and have breakfast. I would like to especially thank the hotel for this trip. My family's passports were lost in the taxi. It was the hotel's datat guy who enthusiastically contacted the taxi reception desk and asked for the license plate and driver's phone number. He immediately asked the driver to return and return the passports. Give it to me, so that I, who am in a foreign country and don’t understand the language, don’t have to ask for help🆘The embassy!

Stayed here for my birthday in the private pool villa! It was surreal. My whole stay from the atmosphere to the kindness of the staff really made my stay extra special. Actually I think to leave the bad feedback for this hotel because of some things, I was expecting from this hotel, when I came with my mom i suddenly felt like the hotel doesn’t match with pictures in reality of this hotel and I was trying to cancel my booking but the trip come had some policy and the guy in reception was so polite and professional he change my room with very nice room with balcony face to the beach, my mom love that room and I change my mind. When we start to leave for few days I realize that it’s really nice hotel, people are polite and very respectful, always smiling and trying their best, the buffet was excellent, thank you chef for cooking delicious meal and we love that, we enjoyed a lot with my mom, breakfast amazing very fresh food and clean!!!! The room was very clean and the workers were very friendly and polite especially Mohammed was cleaning my room 514 he very friendly and so respectful with shining eyes!!!! Yas Island is a very separate area where you are not easy to visit downtown but gives you a very quiet vacation accommodation. Got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which is considerable spacious and everything is nearly brand new. The pool is nice but what makes it better is connected to the WB hotel pool which you can walk there to enjoy the pool there too. WB pool is cool which a big screen for warner bro canton all the time and very good for the kids!

Approximately 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport, Copthorne Downton is perfectly placed for all your needs. Shopping mall, Ferrari World, Yas marina are all 19 minutes away by car. Room was spacious and very homely. Ladies at reception are real strength, dealing with no matter how big a problem with speed and efficiency. The concierge was very helpful and courteous. All the staff were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible I will definitely come back as I felt genuinely welcomed.

We initially checked in for only 1month in 2020 but due to covid, we stayed for more than 1year. It was very pleasant stay. All Staffs are very friendly and efficient specially Mr. Austin and Mr. Shibu. They are always there to help. Housekeeping service is also very good compare to other hotels. Hotel location is OK, the surrounding shops are more and more lively. The hotel is a bit old and it is estimated to be many years old. There is a door in my room that leads to the next room. It feels very unsafe. I can hear it in the next room, especially in this position. If it is night, it is not convenient for friends to come over, the front desk will ask.
