Nice hotel. Stayed here for four nights. At first, I didn't know what an accessible room was. I just wanted to choose a king-size bed, so I booked a deluxe accessible room on Ctrip. Later, I negotiated with the front desk to change the room. The front desk promised to change if there was a room. I didn't expect that they really changed it on the fourth night. Suddenly I felt a little better. There shouldn't be many choices in Hatfield hotels. This one is still relatively good in all aspects.

Location is remote, quite far away from the “centre”/ Galleria. Staff are helpful and nice. Room is clean n tidy. Due to the COVID-19, no room cleaning only request for the service. Before check-out, have a breakfast at the hotel restaurant, food is fine to me. Overall comment is satisfactory.
