Winter wonderland. This hotel has a warm and loving ambience from the moment you enter reception. Lovely and patient staff that make you feel very welcome. The room was super cosy and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to walk to all major attractions. I will definitely be back.

A clean and conveniently located hotel within minutes walk from Old Market Hall and Tram station. Staff were very friendly and professional, and the larger queen room was spacious. The hotel has a 24 hour gym, sauna, bar and luggage storage facilities. The room also has a kettle and ironing board. The only thing that was missing, was refilling of some of the body lotion/shampoo, as it wasn't full when we arrived. Otherwise, a great hotel and will come back again in the future.

The hotel is not in the city center but it takes more than 20 minutes by bus, opposite is the forest. The room is on the first floor, the windows can be locked, there is no kettle, it may be borrowed at the front desk, the room is not large, the water heater may not be the conventional method of opening and closing, so I do n’t know if the phone came in at night and asked if I knew the front desk number Is n’t that because they do n’t use this water heater ... Breakfast is good and the sun is plentiful.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The breakfast spread was also very good. I arrived at 6 AM, and since most European hotels don't allow early check-in, after speaking with them, the hotel agreed to let me check in early for an additional 100 Euros and upgraded me to a suite.

Very bad booking service and even customer service. I paid the hotel room, but the code was not sent to the hotel room. I called a pay-per-view aspa, telling them that this is because I didn't prove my identity (although there was no place where I could do it) I sent them a picture of the identities that was not enough for them too. The asphatic staff gave me the room number I got in. He called again later because my identity was still unable to verify and was still silent in a pay call for 6 minutes and then closed that call without saying anything. A hour later, the guards come to the door to check the identity, which was done. In total, I was n.25minuuttia in a call with aspan, you would not think it is so difficult to get into the room you paid for.

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

The hotel is a bit dated but was spotlessly clean. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal. Nearby attractions such as Senate Square, the Synagogue, and the historic market are all within a 10-15 minute stroll. Our room had a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the complimentary sauna. The breakfast was outstanding – very generous and delicious, highly recommended. A minor point for improvement was the check-in process: Upon arriving around 11:30 AM, we were informed that our room was ready, but only if we paid an extra €20 for early check-in. Otherwise, it would be available at 1 PM as part of our standard booking. Also, in July, the air conditioning in our attic room struggled to keep the room cool.

Stayed at Scandic Helsinki Aviapolis, a convenient airport hotel near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. Overall, it was a good stay, ideal for transit travelers and short visits. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service running every 20–30 minutes. It is also within walking distance of Aviapolis train station (about 15 minutes), making it easy to reach Helsinki city center. A major plus is the Jumbo Shopping Mall nearby, offering a variety of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store—perfect for those needing last-minute essentials or an alternative dining option. The room was clean, modern, and functional, featuring comfortable bedding, a work desk, and a well-maintained bathroom with a walk-in shower and essential toiletries. The breakfast buffet starts at 6 AM, offering a great selection of fresh bread, cold cuts, hot dishes, and Finnish specialties. For those with super early flights, a light breakfast is available from 4 AM. Due to time constraints - I briefly checked out the gym and sauna in the basement which appeared well-maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth. The overall atmosphere is modern and practical, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early flight or needing a short, comfortable stay near the airport.

The hotel is close to the station, and the entrance and front desk are well-appointed. I arrived before check-in, but they were able to store my luggage for me. Lemon water, Oreos, fruit, and other items were available in the lobby. The only amenities provided were shampoo and conditioner, but the room was spacious enough for me to spread out my luggage. There's a sauna and shower on the second floor, so I didn't use the shower in my room. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of items.

Breakfast is really great 👍 I have eaten breakfast at various hotels, but there are more variety than anywhere else! There are oatmeal, a wide variety of breads, fruits, desserts, salads, cereals and lots of toppings, drinks, gluten-free and vegan menus. I still miss it, not only because I don't get tired of breakfast even if I stay for 4 nights! Thank you for great service! I'll visit your hotel again someday!!

When I booked, I fancy this hotel with a good location, right next to the tikkurila train station. It is very convenient to stay in whether it is from the airport or by train from another city. Finnish hotels are not cheap, and this chain is not bad. There are still some tableware and kettles in the room, you can take a light meal, but the range hood really didn't understand it, there is no pipe, and the smoke is directly from the top. The smoke is still in the room. Self-service check-in, no front desk, poor survivability is a bit challenging. The hotel has a shared washing machine, which is good.

A basic hotel in an ok location. Really nice employees at the reception. Great views from the sauna upstairs, but otherwise impractical facilities in the sauna/shower section. You had to leave your shoes in the hallway if you didn't want your socks to get wet when you went to the ”changing room”, and when you put your shoes on it would be good to have a chair to sit on. Only three showers available, so you had to queue to get in the shower. A hotel popular with families with children, so the swimming pool was noisy and full of splashes. Similarly, there was always someone coming in through the door slowly with a group of children at the sauna, so the steam baths were missed. Nice that fresh croissants were served to the tables at breakfast. The bar waiter had his own strong opinions about what is good beer and what is not. I have understood that the first lesson of a customer service person is that the customer is always right. I got the feeling that I don't understand anything about good beer when I said what I like. I didn't feel good about that encounter.

The hotel is in an excellent location, more than 300 meters from the central railway station (direct access to the airport), and the Helsinki Central Library and Concert Hall are within walking distance; the front desk and staff are very friendly; the hotel is an old building, all on the 5th floor, but not on the same level, but the sign system is very well done, and guests are not easily lost; the breakfast is very rich, buffet + a la carte, the taste is very good, breakfast starts at 7:00, the hotel prepared a simple breakfast for early risers at 4:00, which is heartwarming; the hotel has a sauna and Finnish bath, which are really refreshing when you return to the hotel in the evening; there are steps at the front entrance of the hotel, but there is a special elevator at the back door of the hotel that can directly lead to the road ground; the details are considered very thoughtfully and are satisfactory; the only shortcoming is that there is no traditional wardrobe.

The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a kettle and a refrigerator. Rated as a luxury hotel, a standard room costs about 1100 RMB per night without breakfast. It's quite convenient to take the tram from the station. If you're staying in Helsinki for a few days, you might consider getting a one-day or multi-day pass, as it's more cost-effective. Good value art deco hotel for a three night stay. Exceptional breakfast. Not very helpful pre advice about location. So… If you are coming from Helsinki port (eg ferry from Tallinn), get the tram 7T to Kaisaniemenpuisto. Then a short walk to the hotel. Tap and pay at the ticket machine for €3.20 one way, zone AB. From Helsinki airport, get the train to Helsinki main train station, 33 mins, tap and go, zone ABC. To get there walk down the road for 7 to 10 mins; contemplate some cobbled streets when wheeling luggage, but not an issue.  NB Helsinki Kampii is the main BUS/COACH terminal that you may use to go to Porvoo for a wonderful daytrip; a bit more of a walk from the Arthur Hotel ( use Google maps). Not to be confused with the Art Deco train station. All are walkable.  Finally, a visit to Suomenlinna (zone AB tap & go) is recommended along with Senate Square/the Cathedral & the Russian Cathedral. Great restaurant for Finnish food and beer under €7 is Ravintola Kolme Kruunua. Lovely shops at the harbour stalls & Craft Corner. Take a walk down the Esplanade.

The location is a bit far from the metro station, but quite close to the tramcar station. I was assigned a room at the end of the corridor, even outside of the main accommodation area. The room is fundamentally clean, but the water pot is too dirty to use. The shower head kept popping off, and the light in the shower room automatically turns off it if I took a shower longer than 5 mins and will not turn on again unless I go outside the shower room and then come back. The sauna was highly satisfying, except that I saw a couple went to the sauna room during the woman only hours, each of them with just one tower and no other clothes.
