We arrived at 3Pm and didn’t get our room until after 4:30 which was definitely disappointing & would have appreciated better communication by the reception - we were told it would be ready soon, we had to ask when it would be ready, and one reply was we will meet you in 5 min and it was over 20 min . Overall besides check in, beautiful!
