The staff are one of the least helpful during my Türkiye trip, you can feel they are very robotic. Does’t feel welcomed at all but the room is really lovely as seen on the pics. Bfast is great with lots of choices. Location is great cause it is close to all the yacht and the old town. From the balcony of our room we have the view of the marina.

Great hotel, it's more suitable for children to live in a suite. The hotel rooms are clean and big. Inside the hotel is a small garden with a swimming pool. The restaurant in the hotel is also great, the steak is delicious, the price is not expensive, there is a park nearby, very suitable for children to play, children of all ages will love it. It was nice to stay there. It is located very central and design is very well also well equipped. There are 2 things to considerable to bad such as there was no elevator and parking spot. This hotel was chosen only because somewhere in the reviews read that there was a parking. It turned out there was no hotel parking. However, there is a paid parking nearby, it allowed us to load the suitcases, and then on the recession the girl told us a free parking near the place of Tuesday's market. There they parked. Hotel is modern, with good repair, there is a safe, a teapot, but there is no balcony. It is in the center and next to the old city. Hot water was. Small rooms without any real good view, but with a small balcony and some mountain hillside view. Very clean and breakfast is excellent. Front desk very helpful also. Can't get any better location wise, and since Fethiye is about outdoor adventures and exploring Old Town shopping & eating you don't spend much time in your room so small & clean room is very acceptable. This hotel is the most comfortable place for me to travel in Turkey. There is no one. The following experiences are particularly deep: 1) Family business, the boss has a very good service, special hospitality, always helpful to help you solve this problem. Various issues, mentioned below 2) The front desk helps to book a paraglider, even during the peak of the 11th National Day, the day of the check-in is booked the paraglider on the second day, surprise! You know, I asked a circle outside, because no one can arrange for the 11th holiday. 3) The hotel is in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the bus station, and 2 to 300 meters away from the seaside trail and taxi collection station. Convenient transportation 4) We live on the top floor, the balcony is about 8 square meters, sitting on the balcony, the sun is particularly comfortable, the house has a large kitchen with a large fridge, a large dining room, a full house style. 5) It’s late in the morning, the boss deliberately The chef made a meal; and the front desk picked up the plane to catch the morning at 8:00, and prepared to take the bus at 5:30 in the morning. It took more than an hour to get to the Raman airport. We loved this hotel. It’s a 15 minute walk from the town centre so it’s nice and quiet but there’s a grocery store and 2 good restaurants very near. We had a deluxe room and it was more of an apartment. Just the 2 of us but would easily accommodate a family of 4 as it had 2 bedrooms. The pool menu and the restaurant food was excellent and good value. The hotel has beautiful scenery and the gardens are lovely. The pool area was excellent with plenty of beds but they don’t provide beach towels so take your own or buy when you get there. We will hopefully go again next year.SOLD OUT

The hotel is a bit remote, the room is really really really small, but the service staff is quite enthusiastic. Because it is an all-inclusive hotel, three meals a day are solved in the hotel, and the kids will not feel bored as long as there is water to play. There are very few Chinese people, and more Europeans and Americans come for vacation. The hotel design is very unreasonable. The elevator can only go to the 5th floor, but our room is on the 6th floor. There is a problem with the shower. Anyway, the bathroom is leaking.SOLD OUT

Near the wonderful beach of Oludeniz almost neighboring a forest
The building is not recently built but is very well maintained. Garden with beautiful swimming pools.
Breakfast varies very much in the whole rather than good.
Big rooms unfortunately not well sounded
But the unhappy attitude of some guests who sneak late night is more disturbing.SOLD OUT

It’s the first time to live all-inclusive, it’s a happy hometown, all kinds of restaurant food, drinks, snacks, supper, drinks are free, and there are all kinds of entertainment, archery, tennis, football, table tennis, billiards, you can go to Fete by sea Xie, go to the jazz bar to listen to music and enjoy fine wine and food at night, it is unforgettable.
Environment: There is a private beach, the environment is beautiful
Facilities: There are various types of swimming pools. The most amazing thing is the water park. The slides are very fun. There is also a swimming pool at the door of our room, so you can play whenever you want. Various restaurants to enjoy food and drinks at any time

This is my second time at Jiva Beach and 7 years later the service is still excellent. The restaurant has a new extension ,the variety of food is exceptional and so is the service, the staff can't do enough for you. Special thanks to Atakan, Musa, Tansu in the restaurant and Samira and Oguz at the reception.
The beach front has had a makeover with a new beach bar, new sun loungers and cocktail hour in the afternoon for those cocktail lovers .

What a fabulous resort! Settled along a beach, this adults-only resort is all about the water, with oceanside dining, a spa, restaurants and more.
The restaurants are really good, we enjoyed every meal. The advice is to book some of them way ahead of time.
Staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful.

You can also book spa and paragliding directly at the hotel! ! Moreover, the paraglider booked at the hotel is only 75 euros, and services such as airport transfers are an additional 10 euros. If you need to take photos or the like, you need to pay 30 euros to the instructor separately. The entire journey only costs 800+, which is more cost-effective than booking through other channels.
So this hotel is really great. Oh, and by the way, you can buy refrigerator magnets at the hotel’s supermarket, and you can reserve lunch at the restaurant, which you can order while basking in the sun by the pool. The burgers and fries are amazing, super crispy, highly recommended!
