Dear tribeca hotel management, i recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, i had a disappointing experience that i feel compelled to bring to your attention. 1. Bathroom cleanliness: the bathroom was not cleaned properly before my arrival. Basic amenities such as a bucket were also missing, which caused great inconvenience. 2. Breakfast experience: the complimentary breakfast was far below expectations. Only two items were available, ***** with a few fruits, which is not sufficient or satisfactory for guests. The quality and variety of the breakfast need serious improvement. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. This hotel overall. It is probably an upgraded version of the All Seasons Hotel in China. The room is very large. It is about 25 minutes away from the airport. It is also 25 minutes away from Gandi's hometown exhibition hall. In about 15 to 20 minutes, there is a large shop mall. The hotel's breakfast has a freshly ground coffee machine and a large table. The rest of the breakfast is not something I am accustomed to as a *********. But the bread is very delicious when baked. Compared to other whole wheat bread, I find their eggs to be particularly sweet, especially the yolk. The service at the front desk was very good. You can exchange foreign currency here. The bed is soft for sleeping. Anyway, I like it very much. If you come to India for the first time, it is best to drink bottled water. I recommend drinking Coca-Cola.From€71

The rooms are overall good, its in 3rd floor but there is lift facility. The roads outside the hotel can get muddy if it rains, also there is a bit of odd odor that comes occasionally in the room. A few lights in the room don't work and the shower head was a bit loose. The receptionist is very polite and friendly. There furniture-is good and are comfortable as well.From€25

This hotel overall. It is probably an upgraded version of the All Seasons Hotel in China. The room is very large. It is about 25 minutes away from the airport. It is also 25 minutes away from Gandi's hometown exhibition hall. In about 15 to 20 minutes, there is a large shop mall. The hotel's breakfast has a freshly ground coffee machine and a large table. The rest of the breakfast is not something I am accustomed to as a *********. But the bread is very delicious when baked. Compared to other whole wheat bread, I find their eggs to be particularly sweet, especially the yolk. The service at the front desk was very good. You can exchange foreign currency here. The bed is soft for sleeping. Anyway, I like it very much. If you come to India for the first time, it is best to drink bottled water. I recommend drinking Coca-Cola.

But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.
