Service we received from Security and valet was very good Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out. Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly. Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606. Room service was good

But in this trip, hot water not working in room, continuous polishing work happening creating noise, these experiences are not good. Got the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a ”aloo pyaaz” shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.

Well in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all
