The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.FromHK$1,104

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob.

Very pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room.
Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel.
Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center!
I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others.

The Washington hotel in Hiroshima is positionally one of the best hotels that I had the pleasure of staying at as it is located directly beside a PARCO and a Don Quijote. In addition to that, directly opposite of the hotel is a Familymart convenience store and there is also a Sukiya positioned behind the hotel.
The hotel is also located roughly 15-20 minutes away from Hiroshima station ( by streetcar) and roughly 10 minutes away is a round one stadium.
The hotel’s staff were helpful and accomodating and when my friend and I encountered an error with the check in counter, one of the staff dropped what they were doing just to manually check us in. We would recommend this hotel for those who wish to have great convenience at their fingertips along with a very comfortable stay in HiroshimaFromHK$361

The room was large enough to open a big suitcase comfortably; only the bathroom was a little small, which didn’t affect its use. The view was breathtaking — I attached a photo — and waking up to that scenery every morning was a perfect for me.

Pros:
1. Excellent location.
2. Service was very good.
3. The hotel is quite new.
4. All basic facilities are well-equipped.
5. Breakfast was very rich and varied.
6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great.
Cons:
1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby.
2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended.
3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.FromHK$736

The chain hotel we chose to stay in was a recently opened inn and is popular among tourists because it has a hot spring bath. However, it is located in the red-light izakaya district and is some distance away from the city tram station, so it is difficult to drag the luggage to the check-in point. The hotel facilities are new, but unfortunately the hygiene inside and outside is not satisfactory. Dust is obviously visible in the room, and the hygiene of the large public bath is also disappointing. It may be related to the small area of the bath! My wife told me that the dirt in the wash basin in the women's bath does not seem to be cleaned every day or is ignored. The same is true for the bottom of the bathtub. As for breakfast, there are not many choices, maybe it is free. Fortunately the basics of croissants and coffee were in plentiful supply. I give much credit to the exceptional service provided by the Front desk team and housekeeping. They have been well trained and follow-up, as and when required. It is one of those few properties which I have experienced, as a global traveller, where it was difficult to leave.

This was my second stay at The Next Hotel. They have two locations in Hiroshima, and I've stayed at both. I definitely prefer this one over the one closer to the city center. The service here is excellent, and the staff are really friendly. They even provide a BALMUDA pour-over kettle, which shows they really put thought into their amenities. They have a coffee machine that one can use once a day behind the staircase.
They also have breakfast in buffet style only for ¥500. I find it quite delicious, you can purchase the ticket at the counter. You have buy in advance as it might run out.
The location is very convenient its less than 5 minutes walk to the closest tram station. It is also close the atomic bomb museum. You can also borrow mama chari(bicycle) from the hotel for up to 4 hours. It is convenient for getting food or go to the peace park.

I had an amazing stay at The Knot, Hiroshima! The hotel is stylish and perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the city. The bar was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely incredible – there were so many options to choose from. I loved the small touches in the room, like the chic dressing gown, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A standout for me were The Knot Coins – complimentary tokens for snacks and drinks – I used mine for a Basque cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. An above-average room with three tiny, loophole-like windows, the blackout blinds of which couldn't be opened during the day due to broken blinds. A large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and rain shower. A well-equipped kitchenette, but no table or chair, just a sofa and a side table—barely suitable furniture for properly consuming home-cooked meals. Strict adherence to check-in times. We had to present our passports several times and then enter all our personal information, from our date of birth to our address, into a computer terminal. This data was all known from the reservation or could have been read from the passports. In other hotels, such data was pre-entered, and after verification, we only had to sign. That would be a standard that corresponds to today's digital world. The selection of amenities was extremely modest. Only instant coffee was available, no drip coffee bags. For breakfast, we were referred to three station cafés, some of which didn't open until 9:00 a.m. We cannot understand the extremely positive reviews from other guests.FromHK$566

Unlike the online reservation, the number to dial was not written on the reservation form, which was very inconvenient. The people staying at the same hotel helped me out in many ways. The emergency contact number was quick and helpful, but it would have been helpful if there were clear explanations, as some people are not good at using the internet. The capsule room has a large space for the bed, but maybe not enough for storage, depending on the bag you bring. AC worked fine and air circulation was decent. Expect the same noise and disturbance from the hallway lights as any capsule hotel, which is not a problem for me. The shared bathrooms were clean and furnished with amenities. The hotel offers towels, slippers and sleepwear, and gives another kit for gusts staying for more than one night. Breakfast didn't have too many options but had enough for me as a Westerner. Location of this hotel is perfect, 2 or 3 blocks from the main Hiroshima station. This hotel was good for the price paid and I'll certainly stay there again if possible.FromHK$167

The entrance had a suspicious atmosphere and I was worried if it was okay, but when I entered the room it was completely normal. There was no one at the front desk and everything was automatic, so I was confused, but I was only planning to stay overnight so it was fine. They also served juice and the room was clean and spacious, which was nice. I wonder if this style of room rental will become more common in the future. If it helps reduce costs, I think it's good for just staying overnight.FromHK$697

I chose Fav Hotel because I wanted a group of 4 friends to stay comfortably, so I chose this hotel with a large room. There are also washing machines, microwave ovens, cooking stoves and tableware in the room, which can fully meet the needs of people with cooking and laundry needs. However, the hotel is a bit far from JR Hiroshima Station. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk and the convenience store takes about 5 minutes to walk.

Location is good, near to the bus stop for the tram or walkable from the Hiroshima JR station (accessible by lift and escalators without having to carry luggage up any stairs).

The room itself is spacious, and the mattresses are very comfortable (we had stayed at hotels with hard mattresses before). A new set of towels is provided every day.
It's very convenient that the rooms are not cleaned, so you don't have to move your suitcases 😄

The hostel had a great location. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but you had your privacy.
Toilets and shower were very clean.
All in all a nice hostel to stay for 1 or two nights. For a longer stay I would recommend a different one because the beds weren’t that comfortable:))
